Hired Allied to clean our tile roof. Picked this company because the offer a bucket so little walking needed on roof. I noticed every time I talked with the office, they tried to talk me out of the bucket. Horrible! This company is the worst. Failed to clean the roof because they refused to use ladders on two sides of the house and they wouldn’t get on the roof. Instead they sprayed chlorine solution from the ground. A new crew came to apply fungicide a few days later and realized the roof was not clean. They had to do the job over. I didn't get competitive prices but I was happy with the price. Quality was fine. Response was good. They showed up as promised. The only complaint I had with them; they washed the roof with chemicals and so they put extensions on down spouts to run it out into the middle of the lawn. It went very well. They were very responsive on quotes, invoices and scheduling. They called ahead to postpone because of rain then called again the morning of the appointment to make sure they could get to the house. Gave us an arrival time and kept it.
