Relocated electrical

Joe and Donna are fantastic. They responded quickly, were always on time and are incredibly professional. His motto was to 'treat our house like his own', which he honored. We have saved his number on our phone and will use him every time we have an electrical need.

1. New electric outlet with appropriate wattage for new ac installation. 2. Replace house circuit breaker box

Both jobs went well. Excellent money and time saving recommendations were made and proved helpful. Contract work was done in August 2018. Work was performed as specified. The service was professional. I couldn't be more satisfied. This led to my hiring Electricomm again for a partial power outage in my home. The power company had to run a new line to my home, but I also needed to repair the power box. The work done by Electricomm resolved the issue. I will be using them again for additional projects.

We had an old outdoor electrical timer that controlled an outlet to which a pond pump is plugged in. The outlet and the timer mechanism needed to be replaced. We also needed an indoor electrical outlet replaced.

It went very well. She showed up on time (actually 15 minutes early), diagnosed the problems and made the repairs. She was friendly and professional, and we would definitely use her again.

Removal of old kitchen florescent lighting and cove panels, install new lighting

It went well and took less time than originally estimated, which ultimately saved me money, so I am pleased with that. I did ask the electrician to hold my check one day, because I didn't get paid until the next day. I had forgotten that the company does not take credit cards. He agreed to hold the check, but then didn't do so and deposited it immediately. I don't know if this was forgetfulness or something else.

When I called ElectriComm I had a list of various issues, mostly lighting, and a non-functional GFI, around our home we wished to address. Also our exterior lighting needed some work. A tall or extension ladder would be needed to some of these projects. ElectriComm has a reasonable hourly charge for their services. Donna was very helpful answering all my questions. She and her husband Joseph are both licensed and insured electricians.

Donna was great. When we scheduled the appointment Donna said she or her husband Joseph would be coming on the agreed upon date. The day before our appointment, Donna called to confirm, and said she’d be the one coming. She arrived at the agreed upon time with all she required to do our job. We walked though the house identifying where the work was needed. She is very professional and efficient, and a really good person. Donna answered my questions and made some suggestions for other work we want to do in the near future. I felt very comfortable with the way she works. It is obvious that she cares about how she does the work and is very neat and organized. I will definitely call ElectriComm again!

We hired Donna and Joe to create the infrastructure for, and install, two ceiling fans on our patio. Before the job, Donna made certain that we had bought the right fans for the purpose and took care of all permitting.

The work was done extremely thoughtfully and the fans are perfect. There aren't many contractors that we would hire again, but Donna and Joe are terrific. They do exactly what they say they are going to do with speed and professionalism. A++
