    THEY DO NOT SHOW UP Called last week to schedule a time for them to move a hospital bed locally. Rachel told me they could move it on Sunday. I reminded her that Sunday was Easter Sunday; do they really work then? Yes, she assured me, they would be working Sunday and had multiple jobs planned for that day. She emailed me a quote and I called back later that afternoon to set up a time on Sunday to have the bed moved. Rachel told me 4 men and a truck would be at my home between noon and 3 pm Sunday. I confirmed with her that the quote was valid for a holiday Sunday move. She assured me it was. On Friday, Rachel called to confirm the Easter Sunday move. Great, I thought, they're on the ball. Everything was confirmed and on our end, our family proceeded to make plans to move an infirm family member, who required the bed. I also informed our home care agency and the various CNAs of the move, telling them to report to the new address on their next shift. All was set���or so I thought. At 11:25 am on Easter Sunday, I received another Flagler Moving quote in my email inbox. I thought they might be trying to change the price they quoted earlier. Opened the email, no message, but there was a link (as in the earlier quote they emailed). Clicked it, and scanned the quote. At the bottom of the page was the following message: "As you know, today is Easter. Our crews including the one assigned to your move will not be coming to work today. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but we will not be able to move you today. Please contact us tomorrow at 386-246-7500 to reschedule your move." Apology NOT accepted. Yes, I know it is Easter. So do you���and you knew when you quoted the job. Absolutely no excuse for putting ppl in this kind of bind. Flagler Moving could not care less about their customers and the binds they put them in. Flagler Moving and Storage���and Lanco Leasing in Ormond Beach, the parent company���should NOT be in business. Btw, FMS currently has a "C" rating with the Better Business Bureau���and that's about to decrease. Wish I had checked BBB before I booked with FMS!

    Mike and his team did a wonderful job! They showed up early, took very good care of my furniture, worked efficiently and got the job done within the estimated time. I was so impressed how they covered each piece of furniture with padded blankets and stacked everything for a perfect fit in the storage room. The young men on his team were polite, careful and professional, which I appreciated. I plan to hire them again in a few months when the remodel project is done to move the furniture back from storage to my home. These days it's hard to find small businesses which get an A++ rating, but Ancient City Movers is one of the few! Thanks Mike and team!

    Excellent...both guys showed up on time and spent 4.5 hours going over the home in detail. They were very knowledgable, and educated me on what the issues were by the builder. They helped me decide which issues were critical for me to try and get resolved, and which issues were more "cosmetic". They took %10 off the fee since I was an Angie's List member, I felt the 28 page report was very comprehensive.

    I contacted the company on 4/13 and got an immediate response.  The inspection was scheduled for Monday, 4/18 at 9:00 am and Albert Gonzalez arrived early.  He was very thorough, went over all the details with me and sent a comprehensive written report.

    This move represents the second time we've used Titan Moving and Storage, and this time was as efficient and professional as was our first.  After arranging the details with Jennifer, Chris and his team loaded all contents of our townhouse plus the entire contents of a storage unit in Melbourne, FL and transported it all to our new home in Flagler Beach, FL. 
    Just like our first experience, all phases of this move were on time, accurate, and professional.  I would highly recommend Jennifer and Chris and their team to anyone considering the not-easy process of a whole house move.  Once again, a job well done Titan Moving and Storage.

    I called this company because I was getting ready to purchase an older home that had been vacant for over two years. I made an offer that was contingent on passing inspection. Although I loved the house, I was hesitant to jump in without really scoping it out.
    I spoke with Todd the first time I called. He answered the phone on a Sunday evening too. He was exceedingly helpful, answered al my questions and explained the process very thoroughly and in plain English. I told him I wanted the extra inspections, even though it was a little out of the ordinary, because of the fact the house had been empty for so long.
    On the appointed day and time, Jay Tappen came out to do the inspections. He was punctual and very professional. He let me follow him around during the inspection, explaining everything he was doing. He patiently answered my questions as we went along and made a few recommendations on some minor issues he found. Jay finished up, made sure I was satisfied with anything I didn't know and then promised to deliver (via email) all the inspection reports within a day.
    I was not disappointed. Jay came through, the house passed with flying colors and thanks to Jay's and this company's expertise, I will be closing on my new home tomorrow (as of this writing). 
    I highly recommend this company and would use them again if I ever needed them. My cost for the inspections are higher than normal, because I wanted them to do pretty much every inspection possible, above and beyond the standard 101-point version.

    - Joseph R. Navarra was hired by the Veteran's Administration (at our expense) to perform an appraisal on a townhouse the we were under contract to purchase at $185,000.00.

    - The appraiser initially submitted the appraisal on a condo form, not a townhouse form and was asked to resubmit by our lender.

    - The appraiser appraised the unit we were trying to purchase $20,000.00 below the agreed upon price.  On page 2 of the appraisal, in the appraiser's summary, he states "most consideration was given to comparable sale 3 as it is located in the same project as the subject property."  Comp 3 (parcel #29-12-32-1210-00000-0090) sold in February 2014 for $140,000.00.  The appraiser did not use a unit, four doors down (Unit 42 - parcel #29-12-32-1210-00000-0420) and IDENTICAL to the unit we were under contract to purchase that sold on 2 July 2014 for $185,000.00.  We brought this to the attention of our lender, who contacted the appraiser and requested that he readdress.  He flatly refused resulting in us losing our dream home.   

    We are also requesting a refund of the $425.00 dollars for the sub standard service that Mr. Navarra performed.  His neglect has negatively impacted us, the sellers, as well as both real estate agents.  This is unacceptable.

    We filed a formal complaint with the Veterans Administration Home Loan Division, St. Petersburg Florida.(Staff Appraisers Division)

    I've moved 3 times in the last two years. One of those moves--a long-haul interstate move--was not good. Movers were not careful and somehow, many of my items were damaged in transit.
    So when it came time for this move, I was trying to find a local company. Full Circle was great--came on time, worked hard (and it was HOT!), and were very careful with my belongings, not dropping them and not running into the walls, etc.
    The owner, Richard, came with two other guys. All of them were clean cut, courteous, and professional (unlike my other moving experience!). Based on my previous move, I inquired as to insurance but Richard assured me that, while I could buy it, it wouldn't be necessary and he was right. Nothing was damaged.
    Moving is expensive; Full Circle is a better value than some movers and did a great job. Wish I had had them for my interstate move!

    My experience was horrible.  He only showed the house one time.  He was very unprofessional.  He did not notify us when the house sold until several days later.  I asked him about it and he lied to me and said he didn't know that it had been sold.
