    Absolutely perfectly, these folks are true professionals at auto detailing, I had a car that was in serious need of all aspects of cleaning and waxing inside and out, these guy's really did a professional job. I am pleasantly and highly satisfied. I was greeted by Mike when I delivered my vehicle and when I picked it back up I was truly amazed at the fantastic job they had done cleaning and detailing my car. Fantastic service, fantastic people.

    They are reasonable and they do a good job on your car. They don't do anything unnecessary. We took it in thinking it needed a brake job. It didn't need a break job, it was out of alignment so they fixed it and changed the oil.

    This shop was one of the best I've dealt with in the area for this car. The shop was VERY accommodating considering that I was very particular for my 1965 Corvette. First, they allowed me to watch all of the work - very unusual for a shop to allow this because they always claim there are insurance issues. The technician that replaced the tires, let me watch and asked a ton of questions about how I wanted the work done. He was very careful with the car.

    The technician that did the alignment also allowed me to watch. He carefully checked the wheel bearing tightness and tightened them for me when they were a bit loose. He set the alignment to my specifications, asking me questions about what I wanted the whole way.

    The car drives better than it ever has and looks great.

    Only negative I had was that the shop is very dirty. While I would take my cars back for tire/brake/exhaust service, I don't think I would take it there for engine or other service where I consider cleanliness to be important.

    First Coast Paint-Body Towing
    First Coast Paint and Body was the nearest repair business on my insurer's (USAA) approved list, so I checked their record on Angie's List and seeing good reports, called them to set up an appointment.  They had me bring the car over right away, they worked up an estimate quickly, and they coordinated with the insurance company.  We agreed on the following Monday morning to begin work which they said would be finished on Friday.  I dropped the car Monday morning and confirmed a Friday finish.  On Wednesday, they sent an email saying that the car would be ready Thursday afternoon.  I couldn't get there on Thursday but picked up the car first thing Friday morning.  The work was great!  There is no hint of the damage or repair work, and I can't tell where the new paint stops and the factory paint begins.  The repair really could not be any better.  I paid them my deductible and was back on the road Friday morning.
    But I discovered a problem late Friday afternoon.  I put the window down on the repaired door and it stopped about two inches before it should have.  I called First Coast to let them know I'd discovered this issue, but I wouldn't be able to get the car back to them until Monday.  Monday morning they were expecting me, they were very apologetic, and they found and fixed the issue immediately.  Inside the door, some wiring for the electric mirror hadn't been routed properly when the mirror was re-installed after painting, and this wiring was interfering with the window.  While it's true that perhaps the window/wiring problem shouldn't have occurred, mistakes are a part of life and business.  The important thing is how we choose to deal with those mistakes when they occur.  First Coast dealt with this issue quickly, professionally, and with apologies. I was there for less than 30 minutes to resolve the problem. 
    Count me as a satisfied customer.  I hope I don't need their services again anytime soon, but if I do, I won't hesitate to give them my business.

    I'm extremely satisfied with that work. Whatever they told me was absolute truth, they said when they could get it in the shop and when it would be done and they were right out off the money. As a matter of fact while I was still at the shop when I took my SUV in there to be worked on and waited for my ride to pick me up they delivered the auto parts that he needed to do my job. He immediate got on the phone and ordered what was needed.

    First Oneals cleaned up all the oil  under the truck, put it on a lift and road tested to determine the source of the leak which was the oil pan.  They ordered parts and cautioned not to drive the truck while they waited for Toyota parts.
    The repair is kind of tricky on the Tacoma 4x4 as the transfer case and engine need to be lifted in order to replace the oil pan.  Oneals did a very good job of replacing the pan and were cautious to test drive and monitor the leak repair for a couple days after the repair.  The thing I really like about the repair is that they went ahead and replaced the seals on the 4x4 transfer case which could have leaked do to being disrupted during repair.  They replaced the seals at no extra charge.  This was a major repair and important to be done right.

    The vehicle was delivered from TX and was a mess. I asked for a full detail "the works" Mike called me to let me know that the carpet did not need to be shampooed  and that he would do whatever I asked but did not want to charge me for something that did not need to be done. I agreed with him. When I picked up the vehicle he had shampooed the carpets anyway at no charge. The vehicle was immaculate. Thanks Mike. I would recommend them to anyone.

    The vendor is very fast. My only complaint is that I believe I was ripped off. I wasn't going to post a review because I am afraid of retaliation. But I decided it would hopefully prevent others from going through the same thing.
    The shop was open for viewing by the customers in the waiting room. As my vehicle was being inspected I could see the technician revving the engine. Then the owner came into the waiting room, closed the door, and began speaking Vietnamese to the only other customer waiting (2 other cars had already been processed before reaching me on the list).
    I could no longer see what was going on. Sure enough, a few minutes later the technician comes in very happy (almost giddy) and profusely smiling and says "come in here and let me show you some things". He had marked some vacuum lines with white out and said they were cracked. Only then did I realize that he had failed the vehicle on this alone (the bill showed that the actual tailpipe emissions had all passed).
    To make a long story short - I believe they have to occasionally fail vehicles so their credentials appear more legitimate in the system and avoid an audit. This is what the technician at a STAR facility told me. He even told me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with one of the sensors I had been told to replace. I am not a regular customer there, so I wish I had gone to my regular smog check vendor. I only went here because I heard they were so fast. Oh well.
