    The Cat's Meow Cat Clinic
The grooming by Heather was OK, the pricing was not. My 19 year young long haired (thin coat, no mats) cat was looking a bit bedraggled; I just wanted a wash, comb out, nail trim. 1st it was $60, then $55. We confirmed it was $60 when I dropped him off, but it was $81 when I picked him up. Someone decided the vet needed to check his heart rate (they knew he was 19 and was on meds for slight asthma) and did a "mini-exam" without even calling me. Not only did they neglect to ask me about an exam, but they didn't give me any paperwork showing what they had done. An overcharge of 33% without notification was not professional.

    Melbourne Animal Hospital
We started going to this vet because it was close to our home, but we've since moved a little farther way. It's a 30 minute drive for us to get there now, but absolutely worth it. Everyone who works there truly cares about your pet. They were caring and supportive when our 15 year old Basset Hound became ill; and they were just as caring when dealing with our new and overly excited puppy. I have total trust in Dr. Postiglione and the rest of the staff.

It took 5 years to finally find a vet I have confidence in. We had been taking our cats back and forth to Tampa for care as we used to live there. Dr. Motie and his staff are very friendly, helpful, experienced, knowledgeable...He removed a mass from the mouth of one of our cats Sept 2018, and did an excellent job. We recently took all 4 of our cats for exam and vaccinations. His prices are reasonable, appointments are easy to get, he is very open to answering all my questions, and will even talk to me on the phone!!! I am very happy we found him!!!

    Les Concierges of Vero Beach
It did not go well. If you hire them, make sure your needs are simple, in writing and do not use their repair person.

Pet Medical Center of Vero Beach
I would never again take a pet of mine to Michael Herman and Pet Medical Center of Vero Beach. Herman misdiagnosed my cat – other vets had told me she had bad teeth that needed cleaning, but he did not agree and unfortunately I went with his judgement. When she presented with loss of appetite and drooling for the third time last month, he ran the usual battery of expensive tests, concluded she had ‘unexpressed anal glands,’ and sent her home with antibiotics and an appetite enhancer. He gave me the wrong dose for the antibiotic – he gave me the dog dose, not the cat dose – but luckily I read the label and caught it. Several days later she bled from her mouth after biting into kibble. After returning to Herman, he said that she had a huge dental abscess that was ‘hard to miss’ because of bone loss in her jaw - this despite him missing it several times, the most recent being three days beforehand. He referred me to a dental surgeon who he said was the most competent in south Florida. After yet more X-rays and tests, most of which were repeats of what had been done earlier, I brought my cat to the dental surgeon where I was assured that despite having bad teeth my cat was very healthy. After the procedure, I took her home and, despite following Herman’s and the dentist’s instructions to the letter, my cat died five days later. When Herman came out to tell me, despite my obvious distress at the news he wouldn’t stop making excuses for himself – suggesting that my cat had a hidden cancer and the like. I am an M.D. and a Ph.D. who has worked in academics and pharma for thirty years, and I know a ridiculous diagnosis when I hear one. It was an a**-covering excuse, given to someone whom he thought wouldn’t know better, with no consideration for my feelings. All in all, between Herman and the dental surgeon I spent over $4K, and in the end my healthy cat was dead. Although I agree with the other reviewers that his staff is friendly, this cannot make up for sheer incompetence and lack of sensitivity for the concerns of a customer. Take your pet there at your own risk

Don't sacrifice your hard earned money or your pets health by coming here. I've brought my two dogs here for years because I thought this was a good vet, even though the services are overpriced, but today I found out how wrong I was. I had surgery scheduled for my dog for today. He had a pre-op appointment on Friday and was cleared for surgery. Brought him in today and they anesthetized him and shaved his belly. Doc then noticed a severe skin rash (which he has been seen for multiple times by this vet) and cancelled the surgery. The rash was visible without his fur being shaved and was present at his pre-op appointment. I was charged over $500 between the two appointments and was told that I should have pointed out the rash to the technician on Friday.

    Allow Me Vero
Wonderfully! Tom checked on the house as scheduled and sent us photos of what he found (no problems at all, thank heavens!). When we go away, it provides great peace of mind to know that someone is making sure the house is okay. Imagine if a pipe burst, flooding the house, or the electricity went out, leaving the food in the refrigerator to rot, or the pool's water level got so low that it inhibited the filter system. All very bad news. In all, having Tom check on the house is the best--and lowest cost--insurance around.

Absolutely fantastic. If you truly, love your animals, do yourself and them a huge favor, put them here It is most definitely the next best thing to home sweet home! a very professional! beautiful property and beautiful Kennels. A small home grown company, they walk my dogs 3 times daily. Food is included, unless you rather bring your own. in my opinion, these people's love and compassion for animals is completely and utterly undeniable. They calmly and completely awnsered my every last question. FYI, I have a Brevard county business, named Best Choice AC + Duct Cleaning. I can speak from experience, when I say, about these reviews. If you make 10 people happy, on average one or maybe two well write a positive review. If there are 10 people who are unhappy for any reason whatsoever, all 10 of them will definitely write a negative review. they are most definitely worthy, of the title, a true 5-star company. as I stated in the very beginning of this review, if you truly love and care about your animal, as I'm sure you do, place them here. don't do it because they're 1/2 the price of their competitors, do it becauase your pets are family and they deserve the very best. If you need a referral over the phone please call me directly 321-499-0025. I am in no way whatsoever, Associated or affiliated with this company and everything I've posted as Direct, as possible , and personal to my wonderful experience, with East Coast. I am not employed and was not paid to write this message. Call me personally for my vocal refferal 14 hours of the day 6am to 8 p.m.
