AVinnys Home Repair UnlimitedVinnie Home Repair Unlimited again did an outstanding job with the renovation of our Patio and Den. We had Shiplap installed on the walls and Cedar ceilings. Wow what a difference. His company was punctual, professional, courteous, trustworthy and after each day the areas were cleaned, making our lives much easier. We have used Vinnie several times in the past for crown molding, base board and door replacements. Each time was a pleasure to work with and will definitely use his company in the future. ANautical ConstructionNautical Construction is the best! They built me an 80' seawall with a concrete cap. The cap is 4 foot wide! Truly a beast. My neighbors say it's the finest seawall they have ever seen. The dock is two levels with a 25' slip and remote controlled boat lift. As a bonus they added L.E.D. lighting that is also controlled by remote. It makes evening docking a breeze.- Steve M.

Their knowledge, efficiency and timeliness made the whole experience fantastic. We initially had pavers installed at three entrances as well as a new set of stairs built. Once we saw how amazing it came out, we pulled the trigger and had our whole driveway redone. They effectively took our ideas and provided great suggestions, and the outcome far exceeded our expectations. ARAMSEY CONSTRUCTION inc.Pat inspected second story flat roof and made minor repairs to roofing before rebuilding a deck on top of the roof area. He used a crew of three and the job was completed in about (1) week due to weather delays. He used stainless steel hardware and good quality PT lumber throughout. He gave us a couple of options. In addition, some screening was replaced and the screen frame was reattached. We collected 3 bids for the work; Pat was in the middle. I was not confident the low bid was going to use good quality materials and complete the job on time. The high bid wanted to install a railing system that I did not like.- Paul N.
