  The service was excellent! We are very pleased with the results and professionalism. We had 17 trees serviced, 6 of which were removed and 4 of those they ground the stumps. We also asked them to leave the mulch, which they placed exactly where we asked. We asked for the trees to be lifted and the branches cleaned. To accomplish this, 3 bucket trucks arrived with 2 chippers. The job was supposed to last 2 days, however, other than the stump grinding, everything was completed in 1 day. Once the branches were trimmed, they raked the miscellaneous wood from under the trees, leaving the ground ready for mowing. Kudos to Dustin (estimator) and Clay (Tree Removal). They both listened to what we wanted, and went above and beyond expectations. All in all, I highly recommend Windsor & Son Tree Removal Service, LLC. So much so, I recommended them to my mom!

  Akins Tree Service

  Billy was very professional and easy to work with. They showed up first thing in the morning and had the tree As well as the stump removed without any issues. Everything was cleaned up including the roof of our home. I would recommend him and his crew should you require any type of tree service.

  TREE TRIMMING BY KEVIN INC

  Awesome tree company.  I received the normal 3 bids for the job and felt that Kevin was the only company qualified to do the work. He knew exactly what needed to be done and understood how diffucult the job would be.  I had  4 large damaged Oaks that were in the power line and grew over my neighbors home.  Due to the limited access to my back yard, they had to climb all the trees, then cut the trees up into small pieces and remove it on a small trailer towed behind an ATV so they would not damage my drain field.  This was a 4 day job, so I had plenty of time to see them in action and they work together like a well oiled machine.
  
  Kevin was there every day to not only supervised the work, but also worked along side his crew all day.  He can drop a tree on a dime and he has one of the best ground crews that I have ever seen.  Kevin and his crew take pride in their work and I was impressed that they cleaned up my yard before they went home every day.  All limbs were picked up and they even raked up the leaves from the fallen trees.
  
  I could go on and on about this company, but you should definitely call Kevin to give you a bid and trust me you won't be sorry that he did the work for you.  He will definitely be doing all my future tree work!   Thank you for a job well done!

  Rays Tree Service

  I saw the Angie's List deal for a full day of tree work for $1299. We had 4 trees to remove and 1 Oak to lift. I purchased the deal and within a few hours, Wally had contacted me through the Angie's List message service. We set up a time for him to come out and view the trees and property. He explained the stump grinding was not included and would cost an additional $300 the day of the service. Overall, for the amount of work involved, we thought the total price was fair.

  After Wally previewed the site, we settled on a date for him to come out with his crew and complete the work. Once they arrived, they began working immediately. While we live on a large piece of property, two of the trees were between the house and a fence, and another tree was close to the house. The crew took care not to damage any of the surrounding plants, shrubs, fence, gardens, etc. We asked for the mulch to be left on the property and they were pleased to do it. They hauled off the remaining larger pieces.

  Friday I called Windsor & Son Tree Service requesting they send someone to look over the problem trees and provide a quote. Max Windsor arrived that same afternoon and assured me they could remove the tall pine trees from the small restricted area without damage to my or my neigbor's property, and that they would provide me with proof of work comp and general liability insurance. He quoted $2,800, which was $1,200 higher than a quote I had from a smaller tree service several months ago. (He wouldn't return my calls when I tried to schedule his work.) However, his confident friendly manner and the pictures on his website showing a climber on a pine tree convinced me to trust him to do the job, and his quote was about what I had expected. He said he could have his crew there the following Tuesday. In the meantime his insurance agents e-mailed me proof of his insurance and he called on Monday to confirm the crew would be there the next day at 8:30am.

  The crew of four arrived on schedule with two trucks and a big tractor and huge chipper, all of which had to be parked in the  street right-of-way and my driveway since the clearance around the house would not accommodate anything larger than a pick-up truck. They threw a rope up to the top of the tallest, middle pine tree and one man donned climbing spurs and went up the tree and got to work. It was interesting to see how smart and professionally they worked. Using  ropes held by workers on the ground to steady the worker aloft while he cut limbs, and to lower the cut limbs and land them directly in the limited work area at the base of the trees. The work went smoothly. At times the tree man used the ropes to swing over to one of the other trees to remove some limbs by walking out on some long limbs while steadying himself with the safety rope and attaching another rope to the limb before sawing it off. A worker on the ground held the safety rope strung from the top of the tallest tree and others held the rope with the limb and lowered it to the ground. I felt this was as good as watching Aaron Rogers at work.

  The workers dragged the limbs out to the front yard and shoved them into a huge chipper. After the limbs were down the tree man worked his way down the trunk cutting off sections and dropping them at the base of the tree. These big logs were then carried out with a large Kabota  tractor to the street and loaded into one of the trucks. Then the tractor brought in a big stump grinder and quickly reduced the stumps to chips, which the tractor then removed with a front-end loader. Meanwhile the workers raked up the miscellaneous droppings around the site and cleaned up the droppings in the driveway. The whole operation couldn't have gone any better. They also cut off a nearby bush at my request and used the tractor to carry away a large piece to cement to save me work when I re-landscape the site.

  Stumps For Less

  First of all, Bill Price picks up his phone!   He was very, very easy to contact and speak to.  He politely answered questions about the services he provides and was ready to get the job done the day I called.  
  When he arrived, he was ON TIME and very courteous.  He got the stumps ground down quickly and had good equipment for the job.  
  His prices are just like his business name-- STUMPS for LE$$.  I was extremely pleased with the cost, service, and the ease of contacting Bill.  
  Now we're ready to sod the area he worked on and I couldn't be happier with the job he did to get the stumps out of the way.
