AAll Star Heating and Cooling of Central FloridaThe professionals at All Stars did an excellent job of analizing my problem. They did not recommend putting a band aid on the problem. They wanted to get the problem resolved and I appreciated that. From the very beginning I felt like they did had my intrest in mind. I was shown everything that was a problem so I had no problem deciding to get a better unit. The replacement unit is better installed than the original one that came with the house. AFlorida Attic Insulation ProsThis was an exceptional experience. Dennis, the owner, was on time for the estimate and returned each text message promptly. He explained each option available. Dennis wrote the estimate listing each service he would provide. We scheduled the service, and he and his employee were on time. Dennis provided me with added information about the condition of my attic, which he said was good considering it is a 30 year condo. The insulation was the original. I had seen the attic, it looked sad. It took about 1 hour. I ,then, went into a attic, to check it out...WOW, about 13 inches or more of pink insulation R38. I have noticed a difference in my electric bill, $94 this month. Can't wait for the summer! Dennis takes great pride in his work. I would hire Florida Attic Insulation Pros again!- Jami S.

I was in shock when taking possession of the property the previous tenants of almost 30 years left it a mess & in the first day i handed the keys to Jim & the Cutting Edge Crew I was amazed at the Speed & detail of work done within the first day. AWe were new house shopping and most of the builders use "core foam" technology on the new cinder block homes. For various reasons, we decided not to move, but to upgrade our current house. In the summer, the inside walls of our block house are literally warm to the touch - especially the walls that face west and get the blazing afternoon sun. Kind of feels like a brick oven does! Our custom built home built in the early 1990's had zero insulation in the walls. Googling "core fill", I found Tailored Foam was the vendor that can provide this service in Central Florida. I called them and Chris got back to me the next day and educated me that they could retrofit this technology in existing homes. Chris came out the next day and walked around the house to check out the residence in person. Price quoted was extremely reasonable and competitive and they came out the next business day and installed the installation which took about 5 hours. Tailored Foam was very prompt, courteous, and professional. They cleaned up and left the house very neat. They called both times letting know they were coming out on time. I highly recommend them. The only thing the homeowner needs to do is touch up the paint where the holes are drilled. This was not a problem as my paint was not faded and I had some matching left over paint. I wish I had found Tailored Foam 20 years ago!

AWorking with Roof Top Service has been a big pleasure for us. The roof is excellent and that's really the most important part. These guys came out, working in hot temperatures and did a job that really has a lot of dangerous components. It's not easy, but these guys couldn't have done better in my eyes. There were some areas related to the marketing and financial end of the company that did have issues, and when I ultimately brought these frustrations to the owner, she had an answer for everything and could not have been kinder or more understanding. This company has had to bear a huge task following Hurricane Irma and I completely understand how difficult it is to manage everything. I'm very happy with the way the owner responded to my concerns and I think it speaks volumes when you get that call or message back. Really, this is a smaller company that has had to stretch itself out to handle the demand they've received following Hurricane Irma. So, while some things may not be perfect, they do their best to be transparent and do show legitimate concern when things may have been miscommunicated. These are great, real people running this business. The fact they took so much time out of their day to speak with me really made a huge difference. I loved how thorough all the explanations were and how much I could tell they care about their customers. Believe me, they mean the best and work to give you the best. After a long process, I'm happy to say that we have one of the best looking roofs around and have picked the right company for the job. The job itself couldn't be better done and that to me is why you should pick them. They use quality materials, do thorough work, have fair prices, and try their best to be as honest as possible. Roofing is a complicated business, and especially when insurance is involved, there's a lot of factors to consider. No project is the same and that is why sometimes issues come up. If you have an issue call them, don't just rant about it online, these people do care about you. I'm so happy they do too. I would highly recommend Roof Top Services for a residential roofing job. They're local, they've been around for a long time, they're not going anywhere, and they do work for you. You might have to wait a little longer and they may not be the absolute cheapest out there, but you will get quality. They also have a great warranty, probably the best out there. If you have some patience and understanding, you will walk away a satisfied customer, like I did.

AWe had our tile roof replaced by SolarShield in June 2019. The SolarShield crew was excellent. Showed up on time and cleaned up the work area every night before leaving for the day. Work was estimated to take 5 days, but they finished in 4 days. They do a quality, professional job. We expect no problems with this new roof for years and years to come.
