ATotal Home RoofingHOW DID IT GO? IT WENT EXTREMELY WELL !! EVEN THOUGH THE RAIN INTERFERED, THEY WERE ABLE TO CARRY ON RIGHT AFTER THE RAIN SEIZED. ALL MATERIAL WAS BROUGHT ON A TIMELY MANNER, ALL THAT WAS NEEDED WAS AVAILABLE AND CORRECTLY SUPPLIED. TOTAL HOME ROOFING USED QUALITY MATERIAL AND THE WORK SHOWS IT, THE ROOF LOOKS LIKE A MILLION DOLLARS TO US. ALL MY NEIGHBORS HAVE GIVEN US COMPLEMENTS ON THIS ROOF! I'VE LET THEM ALL KNOW HOW PLEASANT AND EASY GOING WAS WORKING WITH TOTAL HOME ROOFING. I NOW CAN ALSO COMPLEMENT TOTAL HOME ROOFING ON DIFFERENT WEB SITES, TELLING OF OUR EXPERIENCE. I FOUND TOTAL HOME ROOFING BY LOOKING INTO THEIR REVIEWS AT THE BBB, ANGIE'S LIST, HOME ADVISOR, THEIR OWN WEB SITE AND LOTS OF OTHER PLACES. ALL THE REVIEWS I READ LED ME TO CALL TOTAL HOME ROOFING. NOT PERFECT, BUT A HIGH PERCENTAGE OF THEIR CLIENTS, RATED THEM RESPONSIBLE AND VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. TOTAL HOME ROOFING REPRESENTED THE ROOFERS WE WERE LOOKING FOR! I'VE HAD THEIR SIGN ON MY FRONT LAWN FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS, EVEN PRIOR TO THEIR COMING TO WORK ON THE ROOF. AS A MATTER OF FACT, IT'S STILL THERE !! THE REPLACEMENT OF THE ROOF TOOK TWO DAYS. THE CREW WAS VERY CAREFUL WITH MY PLANTS, OF WHICH I HAVE MANY ALL AROUND THE HOUSE, THEY CLEANED UP "EVERYWHERE", EVEN AT THE NEIGHBORS, WHERE THE WIND HAD BLOWN SOME PLASTIC DEBRIS OVER TO THEIR YARD. THEY ARRIVED SHARPLY AT 7:00 A.M. & WORKED TILL LATE AFTERNOON. THEIR LUNCH BREAK WAS QUIET AND BACK ON THE ROOF ON A TIMELY MANNER. VERY POLITE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, VERY HARD WORKING, RESPONSIBLE, AN VERY POLITE CREW. IT WAS A PLEASURE TO HAVE THEM WORKING ON OUR ROOF. WE ALSO TREATED THEM WITH RESPECT AND AS PROFESSIONALS, NOT INTERFERING WITH THEIR WORK NOR WITH THEIR TIME. WE GOT ALONG JUST GREAT! BECAUSE OF THEIR WORK ETHICS, WE ARE PLEASED TO RECOMMEND TOTAL HOME ROOFING AND THEIR WORK, THEIR STAFF AND THEIR MANAGEMENT. KUDOS ONCE & KUDOS TWICE!! ATotal Home RoofingWe had 5 different roofing companies that gave us estimates. Out the 5 we had only 1 that took the time to explain with details on what needed to be done and answered all our questions with out hesitation. Our service representative was JORDAN CRONLUND. Jordan Cronlund showed us all our options type of shingles and the difference in prices and quality. He took the time to answer all of our questions with details. We felt very comfortable talking to him because he wasn’t trying to leave for another appointment like the other representative did. He worked in different parts of the roofing business so he is full of knowledge. Comparing prices they were the best price with the type of shingle we wanted. We had 1 roofing company Collis that took them 5 days for me to get an estimate and I had to keep calling the guy. With Total Home Roofing we got the estimate instantly. Collis was charging about the same Price but there were a lot of things they didn’t include. We got the top notch shingles, with a new skylight for less than Collis was charging. And Collis wasn’t giving me the top notch shingles. If you live in a raining area like I do (Florida) you have to be aware of the rain delays, if you are scheduled for Monday and it rains all day on Thursday and Friday you will probably be rescheduled for Tuesday instead of Monday. That’s what happened to us but once again Jordan was on top of it by calling us and letting us know In advance. It’s hard to get a good contractor with knowledge, experience, friendly, and great customer service and I’m glad I call Total Home Roofing. Specially I’m glad Jordan Cronlund was my representative. Don’t hesitate call them and ask for Jordan. I already referred 2 of my friends to them and they are under contract. I hope this helps you make the right call. Thank you Roland- Roland V.

ACovenant Roofing & Construction, Inc.All went well, but if you are considering a TPO roof like I just got, be aware that they are not attractive at all, in my opinion - just a plain white layer. You might want to consider spending a little more for shingles. I wish I had.- Richard M.

Keylin arrived on time and was able to send us a quote the same day. We accepted the quote and were scheduled for the next day. Tito and Jerome arrived on time and went right to work. When the inspector came he said they did a real nice job. They needed to take off my lightning protection and when they finished the cables were left on the ground. AIn Phaze ElectricTotal professionals from the beginning to the end. Only been in Orlando for a few years. Since buying a home here I found it difficult to get any type of contractor to come by for estimates, or give fair, and reasonable quotes when they did come by. This time I was in need of an electrician. I contacted several top rated Companies near me. Four out of the ten I contacted got back to me. Two of the four tried to give me estimates via texts (didn’t go too well), and two actually came to my house for free est. Of the four estimates I received, the most professional, accommodating, reasonable, fair, complete, and quickest estimate I received was from In Faze Electric. Robert was the gentleman that came by for the estimate, and William, and Evan came by to do the electrical work. All were over the top friendly, professional, and accommodating. Evan and William were knowledgeable, very helpful, and clear with the scope of work they performed. They were also very meticulous, and neat while performing their work. I suggest you look no further if you are in need of an electrical company that will meet all of your needs. I will be using, and recommending them in the future.- David P.

FZero customer service. To me, this translates into questionable work. Lighthouse was scheduled to install a whole house surge protector at 8 AM on September 24th. At 9:30 AM, an hour and a half late, the technician called and stated the warehouse didn't have the surge protector they were going to install. He could get it later that day and would arrive the following morning to install it. The technician never showed or called. I called Lighthouse at 12:40 PM on September 25th to find out what was going on, but I got an answering machine. I asked them to call me back. I even sent them an email. It has been 4 days and I still have not received a call or email and no one has been by to install the surge protector. The cost of this project may not be very much, but Lighthouse agreed to do it and scheduled the work. At this point, I will not let Lighthouse do the work if they ever show up. I will also never attempt to use them in the future or ever give them a favorable referral.
