AEast Coast FlooringFrom start to finish we were very well informed of the product, the process, price, and schedule. Absolutely no surprises and every aspect was completed as promised. We had a whole house, over 1600 sq ft to do including kitchen. I want to stress that I personally have installed hard wood flooring and laminate on several occasions and can appreciate the scope of work and difficulty of the labor involved. Jeff, our lead installer, was very professional and when faced with a short crew did not let it alter his schedule of 4 days to complete the installation. We are very pleased with the final product and would highly recommend East Coast Flooring (and already have) to other homeowners in the market for flooring. She responded quickly to my quote request and had her crew out to complete the project within a couple of days. Very reasonable pricing and she laid out a timeline for the work to be done, all went according to plan with no hidden costs or delays. Tile installation is no easy task and really needs to be done right to avoid problems later. You can see the quality of their work and they really do know their trade. Amy called referred by chuck. Amy said they would be coming Monday 3-30-2020 at 10am. we're looking forward to their arrival! we'll see. Amy and Mario arrived and repaired the damage

AAfter researching we decided to avoid the big box stores with their cheap discounted quality and unknown/random installers. We are so glad we went to the Laminate Flooring Store - our tile is beautiful ! The entire experience from purchase to install was great. Kyle explained the different types of flooring, pros/cons, and there was no high pressure selling. We selected samples for him to bring to our home. When he brought them, he also included more detailed samples that we might like based on our initial selection. He was spot on and we loved the choices. But beautiful tile is nothing unless it’s installed properly – and this was going into 3 rooms that each fed into an existing tiled room. Glenn and his installation team were knowledgeable, efficient, and very talented. They walked us through transitioning from new to old tile and it looks great. If you’ve ever had people working in your home daily, then you know that it helps the situation when they are just the nicest guys – which these guys are! Thank you Kyle, Glenn, Greg, and Alan.
