The communication was great! Ryan got me in 09/07/2017 with almost no notice and got my car repaired before my drive out of town ahead of hurricane Irma. I will definitely be coming back in the future!

We both have hybrid Toyotas. They are rather getting up in years, and they specialize in Toyotas.  He had to replace 2 tires and he had to go back more than once. First there was a leak in one of his tires, which is perfectly fine, but they fixed that. Then there was a problem with the tire it's self. That is when he put on 2 new tires. So, they're excellent. We have used them for 3 years now because they are wonderful. We have 2 Toyotas. I have a Hylander and my husband has a Camry. They are fabulous. When you arrive, they take the car immediately. There is waiting, obviously, until the repair is made unless you are going to drop it off. But the repairs, they are very honest with you in terms of what they're doing. Their pricing, in comparison to what we were paying in New Jersey to a dealer, I wouldn't think of taking it to a dealer. We were traveling, I think it was and one of cars, and my husband asked and he said oh you have to have this done, this done, this done. You know a dealer. Then we came home thinking well we are going to take a chance. We were far away. Then we came home and brought it to Lextech, and he said you don't have to do all that done he was just trying to rip you off. They're fabulous. They are prompt. The car is always clean when you get it back, it is never dirty. Their prices are very good. They follow through. If they do something and you don't think it's done right, you can take it back and ask again. They will work on it, and not charge you again. Which is what should be done.

Everything went well. Ryan is very nice, prompt, and professional. He even went above and beyond to buff out some paint transfer on the side of my car. I would recommend him and his business to anyone!

Chad is a good person and very knowledgeable about foreign and domestic vehicles.  I called Chad first thing in the morning and he worked me in the same day for the repair.  He arrived on time and preformed the work at my home in about 90 minutes.  I will be using him again on my 2003 Land Rover Discovery!

Initially in November, took the car in for oil leak.  Hart replaced front crank pulley seal.  This did not fix the problem.
Then oil gasket seal replaced.  This seemed to have worked.  Had bad experience with the service manager at that time.  (interested more in arguing than listening).  Finally, asked to speak to Mr. Hart who was pleasant and apologized.  He took $100 off repair.
However, care leaking oil again slowly couple months later.  Took in to another local auto shop who said it was the front seal (crank pulley seal) and the rear seals that were leaking.  It was going to be expensive.  Since I already got the crank pulley seal replaced by Hart, I took the car back to them.  They stated that the leak was not from the replaced part but was from the oil pan.  The cost of this oil pan seal to fix was estimated at around $1100.  (for an oil pan seal??).  Took car back to other service shop who were also confused by what Hart did and suggested.
Feel that I got ripped off and was in a bit of a shell game.  Will not go back to Hart.  Ironically, my father and all of my uncles and Grandfather worked for GM.  I did not tell him how I was treated, because frankly he would have exploded.
**I will say that the front desk staff (although not able to explain anything technical or give reasons) were very pleasant.
And the drivers were very kind.

Daughter just moved to Florida and we noticed brakes were metal on metal. Called Tuffy to see if we could get her in immediately for safety. Thought we needed 2 brakes but it was determined all four were bad. They performed service, lifetime warranty, and now the vehicle is safe to drive.  Very grateful that with season here a company could get her in so fast and perform service at a fair price.

Company changed timing belt and water pump on an older model car with high mileage.  When car was done,  Jim called and told me car was ready for pick up, but changed oil at the same time.  The $29 charge overall was not the problem, but he decided  the car needed it before I agreed to the additional cost.  When I picked up the car, it smelled like it was leaking oil, which it did not do before the service.  When I returned to discuss this issue,  I was told, the car  is old and has high mileage, and should expect problems. The car had service a few weeks prior and it wasn't leaking oil, coincidence  maybe.    He made me feel ignorant and defensive, and kept saying, "it wasn't our fault", because I asked questions concerning the  previous service.  I was just asking questions.   There was no problem when he collected over $1300 for the repairs of my high mileage car over the last 6 weeks, but there was a problem when I presented questions, since I don't know much about automobiles, and was asking the 'professionals'.

    Mercedes Benz of Fort Myers
I purchased a CPO vehicle for my wife. We immediately had problem after problem with it. I was suspicious of this car either having far more miles on it than indicated or having been in a collision or both. Repeated complaints to service and conversations with the GM were all met with the assurance that this was not the case. Finally after demanding that this vehicle be exchanged for another CPO, the GM gave us the full extended warranty on the car for 5 years. They also did our first maintenance at no charge which was very much appreciated! After that I was pleased and we had no more service issues. About a month later my wife was in an accident. At this time my suspicions were confirmed, that indeed this car was in a previous collision and a fairly major one at that. The area of impact also confirmed my earliest fears as the car had alignment issues and then had to have the right front strut replace at approx. 8K miles . I have the testimony of the repairing facility and the old parts to prove this. They also pointed out other paint work, body putty, and residual overspray. I was furious to say the least. I called both the new GM of the dealership and Mercedes itself. The GM told me that they were allowed to sell a vehicle that had been in a collision as CPO as long as there was no frame damage. In their defense, in my conversation with Mercedes I was told that they left it to the and quot;dealer's discretionand quot; to sell a vehicle as CPO if it had been in a collision as long as it was restored to specs. My complaint is two-fold. One, and this upsets me the most, I was repeatedly outright lied to about the collision issue as it was blatantly obvious once the vehicle was on a lift and secondly, feel it is very false advertising about the quality of a CPO vehicle. I have had multiple Mercedes products over the years, although all of them new. This is the first and last vehicle of any type I will purchase from Mercedes of Ft. Myers!!!i

It took awhile to find the problem the car was having, as the car wouldn't duplicate the issue I was encountering without time  and replicating exact circumstances.  Once finally correctly diagnosed, the mechanics fixed the problem.
