Gutter Cleaning reviews in Enterprise

I have very mixed feelings about this review but need to take this opportunity to explain my experience.  I wanted to have the gutters cleaned to help keep dirt and dust from making it through the pool screen and onto the pool deck I recently refinished.  Jeff called after the gutters were cleaned to say it went so quickly that he offered to clean the pool screen and remove the algae at no additional charge.  I was impressed and allowed him to do the work.
I arrived at home just as they were finishing up and we had a discussion about the pool deck.  He complimented my work but mentioned there were some spots I missed with the sealer he noticed and that I should apply another coat.  I was surprised he found any spots since I spend about the next week after doing the work walking the deck morning, noon, and night in different light as well as crawling on my hands and knees looking for any missed areas and touching up those spots.  I have not been able to find any missed areas in over two weeks.  I was also surprised to see the entire pool deck was wet but it appeared to look ok so didn't think anymore about it.
When I returned home from work the pool deck had dried and I was in shock to see the surface was dull and had lost much of it's shine.  Upon further examination I can see large areas two to three feet wide where the sealer was stripped off and there was nothing but a matte finish.  As I continued to walk all around the pool, I began to see that not only the sealer was taken off but a layer of paint as well.  In some places the concrete patch repair that I had applied to some areas was showing the natural gray color that had been painted and sealed over.  Another area that was patched now has a long crack in the patch putty.  So much of the paint has been removed that you can see some of the old stains underneath that had primer, paint and sealer applied.
This deck was in a spotless, pristine, clean condition after I completed the resurfacing.  I rinse the deck off about every 3 to 4 days with a garden hose and that is all that is needed to remove any dust and dirt that has accumulated on the surface sine it has new sealer.  Nothing would stick and it was so easy to clean!
Now that the sealer has been stripped off there are some areas that have dirt from rain that will only be removed by scrubbing with a brush.
I took a week off from work to do this project as well as another project at my house and am sick to my stomach that all my work was destroyed.  This pool deck will have to be completely redone.  Now that we are in the wet season I am against a battle to get a coat down and let it dry before the next rain.
I had one coat of primer, two coats of paint and three layers of sealer on this pool deck. The only explanation for the amount of damage that had been done was to pressure wash this pool deck using a hard nozzle and or holding the wand to close to the surface.  Any comment or suggestion otherwise is not to be believed.
Great job on the gutters and screens but my deck is destroyed and there was never any discussion to use a pressure washer on it.  I am now out another week of my time to get his deck back in shape.
I never authorized any pressure washing of the pool deck.  The original job was $100 out of pocket for supplies, four days of my time, and a lot of back breaking work and blisters due to all the detail I had put into refinishing the deck.  I am now into double the cost to redo everything.

While we got off to a rocky start, Reese always maintained contact and did everything to make sure I was taken care of.

They did a beautiful job and I'm even recommending them to my sister and will use them again in the future for all cleaning needs.
