Clean Roof: Cleaning and Sealing Services
From my first call with Karey Woosley to the walk-around and photo reviews of the before-and-after on my 3 story, tile roof, Clean Roof was professional, competent, timely, responsive and complete in meeting their promises and my expectations. His crew was first rate and made sure that i would be satisfied with their work, even going the extra mile to do some pool screen repairs that required them to take a trip to the hardware store. My roof is 20 years old, 35 feet+ and has only edge access. Clean roof brought a lift to assure safety; they also repaired my chimney cap and secured many lose tiles. They also sealed the roof and pressure washed the entire exterior of my house. The roof looks great; so good, that we took the next step and had the house painted shortly thereafter. Here to, Clean Roof offered a recommendation on a house painter that worked out great. Karey said we would be welcomed into the Clean Roof family after the job and that we could call him anytime for 'all things roof'. That's customer engagement at its best!

    Rehab Roofing, LLC
Fantastic. They beat the other quotes I had and were using better shingles and wood than the other quotes were. I went through my homeowners insurance and ended ip only having to pay my $250 deductible for a brand new roof! Couldn't be happier!

All of the people on the job were great. There was always someone eager to help with any concerns I may have had. The only down side of the job was that the office manager changed the date of the payment that I had previously agreed on.

    Enviromental Molding Concepts
On June 13, 2018, in a follow-up telephone call to my letter dated May 9, 2018 to Environmental Molding Concepts, 14050 Day Street, Moreno Valley, CA 92553, I spoke to Daisy Rivera, Inside Sales Manager, regarding my letter of May 9, 2018. Daisy indicated that this was "out of her control", and that the file had been forwarded to the VPs for addressing. She would not provide their name(s) to me for follow-up. As of this date, I have not heard from either Daisy Rivera or the VPs of Environmental Molding Concepts regarding the warranty of the Outdoor Play and Patio Tiles. This product was installed, according to the manufacturers instructions, on the roof top deck at our home in Englewood, Florida, in March/April of 2014. Shortly after the installation of this product was completed, we left our Florida home at the end of May, 2014, to spend the summer in Minnesota. Upon our return to the Florida home in October, 2014, I started to document and send photos to the Vendor from whom we purchased this product, David Butler, President of Greatmats Corporation, of the blue pigment that we were experiencing coming off of these roof top tiles onto our deck furniture, shoes, bare feet, clothing, Travertine tile, our dogs paws, etc., during the use of the roof top deck. In speaking with the Vendor, David Butler, President of Greatmats Corporation, regarding our concerns, he commented that the loss of pigmentation was due to normal or excessive use. While normal or excessive use of this product will be deemed as an exclusion of warranty coverage, per the warranty policy, I indicated that due to our absence from the property, in excess of four months after the products initial installation, and upon my notification to David Butler of this issue beginning in October, 2014, the exclusion of warranty does not meet the criteria of normal or excessive use, simply due to the fact that we, nor anyone else, would have contributed to the normal or excessive use of the product under warranty, because no one was living at the home from the end of May, 2014 to mid-October, 2014. The warranty policy states that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship (subject to limitationsnormal or excessive wear and tear of product, etc.) for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase from the manufacturer or its authorized dealer. I believe and support the fact that this material/product is defective. In addition, several of these tiles were recently removed in a small area from the roof top deck. Upon inspection of this area, the blue pigment bled through onto the white rooftop; and while stepping in and walking on said area, the blue pigment did stain the soles of our shoes, socks and even our bare feet. We have been unable to use and enjoy the roof top deck due to the defective product. The attached photos show the pigment coming off onto the deck furniture, shoes, bare feet, clothing, Travertine tile, the dogs paws. I have made several attempts to contact Environmental Concepts, both by U.S. certified mail, return receipt requested, and by telephone, however, to date, no one from Environmental Concepts have responded to my repeated requests for contact. Attached is a copy of the five year Warranty regarding this product.

    Apex Roofmasters Inc
David Appelo and two of his crew came to our house after several phone call attempts after the first leak. Three attempts to fix the leak have failed and now a new leak is present in a different part of the roof. Since the second leak, I have made three calls to Davids cell phone and four calls to his office. In the only call that was returned, David told me he would call me back. He has not called me back. This is June 19, 2017 and the leaks continue. update: Following the initial review, an employee of Apex came by June 27th and July 3, 2018 and worked on the leaks. After informing Apex that one of the one leak continued, David Appelo called and made an appointment for July 11, 2018. David came by yesterday with an associate and worked on the roof for an hour and a half. When they left, David explained what he did to repair the leak and believed that he was successful. It rained hard that evening and the roof did not leak. I informed David that he was successful and was told to call him if the leaks started up again. For now, I have upgraded his rating to B.

Vlad and Dmitry are very dedicated and responsible. Their work was of the highest standards. They were able to solve a gutter problem that more than two other companies tried and failed to solve. I rate their performance : OUTSTANDING.

They responded very well to roof leaking in the house thanks to Patty at the desk. Work was done well but a bit of a mess left with cigarette butts nails, and water bottles. I can live with that. The foreman insisted on payment before the job was even done.and them they put the wrong color drip edge (white not brown) it stuck out like a sore thumb. Went round and round with owner. He said he would paint it. I knew that wouldn't work. Sent out a professional painter and he said that wouldn't work. Finally after 3 months and having to threaten to sue he offered $400 back on a $15000.00 ruined roof or he could fix it. Really??? FIX IT!!! Offered nothing back for all the inconvenience. The guy was a jerk. Found out later I way over paid as well. Patty and the workers were good but stay away from the owner and the foreman.

Excellent job and people!!! There were so many hoops to jump through including dealing with the county records for a new sale and then the endless rains. Everyone was so helpful and professional. They did everything possible to make the transition as easy as possible. Thank you everyone there. You are the best.

Estimator showed up and said client needed a new roof. Company never provided an estimate for repair and does not answer phone, text or email messages despite numerous attempts over a week. TERRIBLE customer service. Highly unprofessional.
