AMaidPro Southwest FloridaAt first, not so great, we had someone who came out and didn't really give us the results described and agreed upon so, I called the office asking if this was going to be the results expected moving forward...they were extremely apologetic, and immediately scheduled us for a "re-clean". The next day, Eliani came and did a PHENOMENAL job! She listed to what was needed, and executed to perfection! The end result, we've requested Eliani moving forward and I look forward to having a clean house!- Marc G.

AUp cleaningI have been using the Upcleaning crew for several years now and I have been completely pleased with their services. I started with a deep clean (9 work hours). Since then they have cleaned my house every 2 weeks . (4 work hours) They are easy to schedule, show up on time and get through quickly. I love having multiple cleaners get in and out. I believe the charges are a good value. I have had no trouble with having anything broken. Ever since covid they have taken precautions to protect themselves and my family. AYou've Got MAIDS MidFloridaAll went good. They didn't get the blinds in the kitchen. I think they ran out of something. The tile in the bathroom needs more attention. They said it is caused by hard water. Hopefully they will have a better solution to clean it with next time! I thought they were going to clean the windows but they didn't.- Charlotte P.

FIt did not. Scheduled for a Friday at 8 AM, and we got a text at 7 AM stating that the cleaning person was not going to show up and that they were unable to find a replacement. They then went ahead and rescheduled for Sunday morning without inquiring whether or not this was convenient. I canceled. We scheduled the cleaning as we were having a party Friday night and wanted the place looking its best. Of course, after calling 16 places on Angie's list on a Friday for a Friday, cleaning was not possible. Not under any circumstances would I hire Handy for any task. The only way to communicate with Handy is through email. Therefore, I did not even have the satisfaction of working something else out or having Handy refer me to another company that could help out. Nobody needs that kind of frustration at 7 AM on any day. F across the Board.

DI did NOT hire her. She came to my house to give me an estimate. I told her about the unreasonably high estimates I had been getting, and then she gave me a higher one! For anyone to want $370 to do a deep cleaning of the 1st floor of my home only (approx. 1200sq ft - master bath and bed, kitchen, 1/2 bath, living room) was outrageous and insulting! Nice lady but limited English and crazy prices! She quoted me $180 to clean every other week. 1200 square feet!! I have since found a wonderful cleaner who I hired with terrific references at a MUCH lower price.

AWe feel highly lucky that Angie's list enabled us to find ND Sparkle Cleaning. They promptly returned our call to set up an estimate, gave a very reasonable estimate, and their cleaning is amazing. As other reviewers have mentioned, they work hard, are very nice people, and leave the house looking sparkling clean. Very highly recommended. They are very motivated to meet our expectations (they exceed them) and totally flexible about working with our requests. The price I quote is to clean our 3400 SqFt house, with 3 full baths, 1 half bath, total of 5 toilets (2 in master).
