    Nationwide Roofing
I called Nationwide after my roof started leaking on a Sunday afternoon. Raphael called me back and came out the next day. He was very knowledgeable and also helped me find other areas that needed attention in my home as a result of the roof leaking. Nationwide Roofing worked with my homeowners insurance and helped to even find someone that could replace my flooring. His crew was very professional while working on the roof and completed the job in 3 days. I highly recommend Nationwide Roofing. Im not knowledgeable in home repairs at all and was nervous that I would be taken advantage of because of that. Raphael and his crew did the exact opposite. So glad I called Nationwide Roofing and very happy with the work on my roof!!

    Gutter Helmet of Central Florida
This is a follow up on a previous job. I hired this company to install seamless gutters all around my house previously. I rated them highly here on Angie's List at the time. However, I came to find that the gutters on the entire backside of my house weren't draining properly. I called to have someone come out and look at them (they were under warranty), and I sent them pictures of the rain POURING over the top of the gutter. I didn't hear from them so I called them back again, and the person I talked to (I believe it was the owner) said someone had came out and looked at the gutters and said there was nothing wrong with them. (THAT WAS IMPOSSIBLE because I'm always home and if someone had been on my roof or in my fenced backyard, I would have known.) The person on the phone said he would send the person out again, and I emphasized to him that they were to call first and come to the door when they arrived. So a man named Mike was sent out. He told me that he was the person that had been here previously, and acknowledged that he hadn't been in the back yard, and only looked at the gutters over the top of the fence (but didn't come to the door?!?). I showed Mike the pictures, and he went right to where the rain was coming over and could see the problem. He ended up taking down the entire back gutter and remounting it. I haven't had a problem since! It was difficult to get someone out to fix it, but I am VERY HAPPY with the final outcome.

    Over The Top Roofers LLC
My story with Over The Top Roofers goes back to February, 2017. My roof was 17 years old at the time and we in Central Florida were facing yet another hurricane season. I called Over The Top and three other roofers to give me the sad news. The first company I called was the one who installed the roof I had at the time. They were very thorough (tongue in cheek); they didn't bother to come out and look at the roof; they just e-mailed me an estimate to replace it. OOPS. I decided to look further. The next two did come to the house and they each walked around the house, took some notes, gave me the bad news and wrote up their estimates. The last guy I called was Jim Braddy, co-owner of Over The Top, and we made a date for first thing the next morning. Guess what; Jim brought a ladder with him. I held the ladder while he climbed up and walked the whole roof. After a while he came back down and said, "You're good to go right now but I think we should take another look at it next year." Through a huge smile I said, "Good news; I will look forward to seeing you in a year." I had found my roofer. He came back to see me this past February and after his tour of my roof he said, "Well, Chuck, I think we've gotten all the mileage we're going to get out of this roof." So we made a deal. The process leading up to and through the installation was neat, clean, efficient and easy on me. Jim, Greg and Dale were professional, friendly and easy to work with. They were supported by Helen, Denise and Lisa in the office who were very friendly and helpful. They kept me apprised of what was happening, how is was happening and when it was happening. The crewmen who did the work were fantastic. They arrived on time and hit the ground running. I expected this project to be an ordeal but it turned out to be a piece of cake. I heartily recommend the Over The Top team.

    Central Inspections Agency LLC
Our experience was pleasant at every point from contact until final report. We were very impressed with Mr. Reppy's knowledge and competence. He arrived at the appointed time and completed his inspection quickly and efficiently. The report was completed and delivered to our insurance agent the same day. I highly recommend the Central Inspections Agency and will certainly use him if ever we need another home inspection.

    Universal Roof & Contracting
*After coming to give the estimate and saying they would get back with me with the total, they never did, although they kept calling wanting to come back to give me an estimate again. *After the contract was signed, a 2 week lead time turned into over 2 months. *PRICE GOUGED on a signed contract because of Hurricane Irma!!! The contract was signed BEFORE the hurricane, but after the hurricane they wouldn't do the work for the contract price, claiming "they made a mistake on the contract". I was given an ultimatum, pay $1600 more or they wouldn't do the work. (My insurance company says they overcharged by $2300. I believe it was really more than that because I had to step down to a lower grade shingle to keep the price around the contract price.) *I had a small warranty claim from the previous roof, the value which was $2100 wholesale. They only would give me $1600 credit, although I'm sure they were reimbursed the full amount. *The owner Ken Mallick, apparently didn't care about my business (after the dough started to roll in from Hurricane Irma jobs), sighting he made $21 million in 2016 when I mentioned getting another roofer and he'd "never heard of Russ Noyes Roofing [the other roofing company I sighted] and they are probably a fly by night company! I made $21 million last year! He probably isn't even a qualified roofer!" Ken said. ( Incidentally, Russ Noyes Roofing is highly rated, and Ken didn't know what he was talking about. I should have hired him). *I was told all roofers would speak English and be legally allowed to work in The U.S., but only the supervisor, who wasn't always on site did. I believe they were all undocumented "illegal" workers. They did good work though, but so would legal workers! *The quality of the roof cap seems to be poor and I was told there would be a fiber filter underneath to prevent bugs and dirt from getting inside the attic, but it wasn't done. Unfortunately, I didn't catch it until the roof was done. *Aside from the owners price gouging, customer service was very good. The office people were very good, as was the on site supervisor. Kudo's to Eli, Meriah, Meghan, and the site supervisor whose name I don't recall. Even Ken Mallick was good overall until the hurricane hit. After that his customer service went to ****.

    Gutter Helmet of Central Florida
Salesman seemed good, but when the installation crew got there, he had made some engineering errors. The installation crew had to lower the gutter installation level to make it work with the materials they brought, based on what the were told they needed. Fortunately, I had just had all the fascia on the house replaced with 1x6 deck board which made the change work. Salesman allowed me to pick white gutters without bringing to my attention that an off white gutter that would match my house was available, which would have been nice, but that's not a huge issue. Lead time was 8 weeks out, but that worked out okay, because I was having a new roof installed too, and the roofing company project was delayed that long! Installation crew was an hour late (they were scheduled for 8am, but that wasn't a "firm" time), but they had the job finished in just a couple of hours, so no big deal. The gutters are SOLID! They aren't going anywhere when the next hurricane comes (or so it seems). Keith did an excellent job of hanging them securely! Screws were used for the entire application ensuring a solid job. The AMERICAN, ENGLISH SPEAKING installation crew, Joe and Keith, were excellent and between the 2 of them had 50 years of gutter installation experience! Joe was happy to accommodate any special requests I had, such as downspout height and angle. The funny part is, this company was recommended by Universal Roof and Contracting who I would NOT recommend.

    Over The Top Roofers LLC
Over the Top Roofers showed up on time (actually a few minutes early!) and performed ALL requested repairs in under 45 minutes, with before and after pictures showing the work performed. The ENTIRE process was timely, courteous and efficient, with ALL repairs (maintenance) being completed in under 2 weeks from contract signing. The technicians (Leon and Joel) did a GREAT job!! I have now used Over the Top Roofers twice I would DEFINITELY contract with them again in the future if needed.

    Home Depot
They did a good job but my family member did step on multiple nails. I called to report it but they did not respond or do anything about it. The contractors that came out did not home the Home Depot logo on their trucks. On some days they left early which prolonged the process. I would recommend the products and their sales department but not the contractors.

    All My Sons Aluminum
I first thought I would need a new roof and gutters to fix my leaking roof. I was relieved and very much impressed when The All My Sons Aluminum representative said I only needed minor repairs to the roof and gutters. It's very rare when a company is that honest. They could have told me my current 35-year-old roof was beyond repair and made thousands of dollars more than the less than a thousand they charged to make my roof almost as good as new.
