    Josh from Drake Termite & Pest Control arrived on time, introduced himself, and described the services he would perform. Because I have several pets, I chose to have only the outside treated.  Although the products are said to be safe for pets, the price seemed more than reasonable for even partial treatment.  Josh went about his work efficiently, let me know when he had finished, and pointed out that, after removal, the mud wasp nests would leave stains.  Since I already knew that, it wasn't a problem for me.  All said, I was very pleased with the services provided.

    This company used to be A+ (our service started with them in 2009 or 2010 - so we've been with them quite awhile) but have gone down hill over the last year or so.  We used to have the most enviable lawn on the block but since the departure of the tech (Matt) that cared about what he did and how he represented the company, it's been a brown, fungus-y mess!   There have been at least three techs in the last eighteen months or so and not a one of them could care about what they are doing.  I'd have to "find" him in the yard to see what he was here to do that visit and if we had an issue, tell him where to focus.  The fungus is usually a problem this time of year, but Matt always kept us in the know of what he was applying and how we could help to alleviate the problem.  The newer techs never communicate with us at all.   I called the office several times to say how unhappy we have been and the receptionist is very sweet but what can she do but pass on the message?the management clearly doesn't care!  Most recently, I made a call to ask if he could come back to have a look at the fungus problem - again - and after explaining how bad the lawn looks, was told I'd receive a call from the manager.  The manager called back later that day and didn't seem very interested in our discontent - seemed he was just making the call to appease us, no apologies were made about the tech's lack of interest either.  He said the tech would be back out the following day to retreat the fungus areas.  That conversation took place on November 24th and the tech finally showed up on December 3rd, wandered around the yard talking on his cell phone, sprayed an area that did CLEARLY NOT have any fungus, and left!  Not only should the tech have shown up sooner, and come to the door to discuss the issue, but the manager should've followed up with us as well.  NO SUCH LUCK!  I've cancelled my service as of today and have appointments with four other companies for estimates.  My husband and I own our own business which is homeowner/customer service oriented.  We don't treat our customers the way Dave's Pest Control treated us, but we will now hire a company that puts their customers first, like we do!

    Jeff's Pest Control Service, LLC
    Jeff has been servicing our home since late 2009 when we purchased - he was referred to us by a neighbor.  We couldn't be happier with his service.  He keeps our property pest free.  We even had a situation where we purchased something from a yard sale and ended up bringing bugs into our house on the item - Jeff came out and sprayed at no extra charge, even though it was our doing.  He is always friendly, courteous, professional...his price is fair and his service is excellent.

    He charged us for a renewal and set the appointment up after the renewal, so it was a surprise to us that we would have to pay a renewal fee. I would not recommend to anyone in the future. The guy that came out was very nice and friendly. He called everytime before they came out, but the company disappointed me.

    They are very good and I have had them for a few years now. Don Woodsome is the provider. I have a contract with them; so I didn’t spend anything for the last service. I have two separate contracts; one for termites and one for bug infestation. I think it’s about $100 for the bugs. They took care of the water bugs when they were last here and I haven’t seen anything since they were here. My overall experience with them was fine. They are very good, pleasant and considerate. They do pick up after themselves. They call ahead of time and they are on time most of the times. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

    I called for service and they were very nice at the office and sent someone out that day. The servive man was very nice and understanding. The mouse had chewed through any water line it could. dishwasher, sprayer in sink, frig waterline. 5 days before daughters wedding. He baited the house with pet safe bait and posions in places they could not reach. He called to check on us and we ended up catching a mouse and a sugar glider. The sugar glider was let go in the woods. Sorry, about the mouse. I have stored all food in glass jars and frig. And we still have the bait out just in case. For anyone that has had this problem, it is not an over night fix. But with the help of Pest Control I hope we are getting the jump on it. I feel I can call them at any time for help or ideas to make the house less of a target for mice. Good luck out there.
