Kathy is beyond fair in pricing and marketing of my home to be sold. Kathy takes the best pictures ever. She knows just the right angles to take and what to show off of my home - the squirrel was the selling picture for the new buyer. The new buyer actually wrote a children book about the squirrel. ASteve's First Choice Painting IncSteve was extremely professional in every way. He gave me a quote for my 2 bed/ 2 bath homes interior. The house is 1080 square feet and he was very competitive with other bids that I had. I chose Steve because I quickly realized that he is a trustworthy local businessman who has been around for a long time. When giving me the initial quote, he was very thorough and went through all the steps with my wife and I. He told us it would be 2-3 days and what paint he suggested using. Well, He started on Monday with 2 guys and then 3 on Tuesday. He sent one painter in on Wednesday who finished up the trim work by noon. All of his employees were honest and they all did a great job. The ceilings were cut in perfectly all around. I added two exterior doors to the work load and he offered a very fair price and they came out perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him (I've already told the neighborhood) and I will use him again.- Gregory A.

AFixation Remodel and Restoration LLCJosh and his crew have completed 2 jobs in our condo and we are very pleased with the work and their professionalism. The first job was installing shiplap in my living room and master bedroom. These 2 walls transformed the condo and have given me a home I love to show off. The second job was simply giving my kitchen island a facelift which has again given me pride to show off our condo. ADivine Home Improvements LLCDJ and Tammy were wonderful! We are so happy with our new fence. I would recommend them to anyone as they were very professional, patient and do excellent work. They had our fence installed within a day and 1/2 and we could not be happier with the final results. AArtigiani Granite and CabinetryCame to do an estimate. Next came back to make a template and to confirm color, faucet and sink. Inspected what was sent and had to reorder due to the suppliers error. In one day demo'ed, rebuilt counter, ( lowered to one level ), fitted counter, polished surface, drilled faucet hole, sealed with silicon caulk, / adhesive, installed undercounted sink, caulked around, refitted dish washer and cleaned it all up and removed old counter. Excellant, shows pride in work and an artist zeal.- Bob B.

ASaltwater ElectricRoger, owner of Saltwater Electric came out for an estimate to install two recessed lights & hook-up to switches. We scheduled for an estimate for the next day at a specified time frame. Roger & his assistant showed up at the specified time. We agreed upon the next morning for the job to be done. Roger called that morning explaining that his assistant & wife were ill. He did not want to take any risk that he possibly could be a carrier of any potential illness. The job was scheduled for the following week. Roger was very professional and explained to us the various things he was looking at as a possible solution to exactly what we wanted to accomplish; he was able to find a solution. Not only was the job was completed; but, Roger & his assistant swept & vacuumed any mess they had made. Our sincere thank you goes out to Roger and his assistant. To those of you who are looking for a professional, no nonsense, extremely capable team to work on your electrical issues, we highly recommend Roger of Saltwater Electric and will hire again!- Rick B.
