They had to break up the existing, cracked & broken concrete, remove it, cut big tree roots out of the way, all before they could pour a new slab. I was amazed at the way his crew worked and the quality of everything hat was done. They were professional and very curtious. They made me feel comfirtable in what they were doing. I would recommend them ro anyone who needs. Repairs to their mobile home. In three days My living room kitchen and bathroon were done. ATomKatz Mobile Home Service IncI am a single woman living in a mobile home and I needed my roof repaired from extensive leaking. I called Tom Katz. I had Mike, Phillip and Jason fix leaks in my ceiling that 3 other contractors couldn’t fix. They are thorough and professional as well as polite and will do anything that is needed. They even fixed my screen door that had come apart before they got here. Mike did an emergency repair and then came back with Phillip and Jason to finish the roof and the interior wall where the water came in and warped it. I want to strongly suggest that if you need roof repairs, these are the guys to call. They do above and beyond.- Susan M.

I called Florida Foundation, they came out and lifted all the concrete, redid my gutters and saved my pool and patio. They were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and always communicating with me. I know the job was much larger than they anticipated. They stuck to their quote and did the job perfectly. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone and already have. Their profssionalism, work ethic, and positive attitude impressed me, as did everyone I worked with at the company. I especially liked that they did not pressure me to do work that was not necessary. (In fact, I originally called for a different issue and they discussed better ways to handle my original project as well as stabilize the foundation to prevent future damage--all for less than others offered. ASAWGRASS PLANTATION ENTERPRISEThe process after the initial contact with Dave Sipos from Sawgrass Plantation was one of the easiest and most professional renovation I have ever taken. I have been in the construction business for a long time and dealt with many contractors. This was by far the best experience I have ever had. Hurricane Irma came to visit us in september 2017 and left behind a house that was gutted to the studs. I met with many contractors in the area and some were quoting lower prices, but there was something I couldn't put a finger on with Dave Sipos. Now that the work is completed the finger was trust, loyalty and professionalism to his client. The entire house was rebuilt with the exception of the main foundation, outer cinder block walls and roof. But the space was transformed from a 1959 beach house to a modern 2019 house on the beach. Foundations were refortified, interior walls were removed, a bath was expanded, the wiring, plumbing, HVAC and all respected trades were brought up to code and approved every step of the way by the county. The cabinets and counter tops were made to order, the moulding details were perfect, the bath and shower changes were spot on and the materials vendors provided quality materials. There was also a refurbishment of the 60 year old terrazzo floors. Just beautiful. We are so happy that we went with Sawgrass Plantation. The staff including Terry, Scott, John and the many others were a pleasure to meet and work with. This is a small narrow street with 8 homes but all the neighbors were impressed with the accountability, workmanship and ownership of the project. They also appreciated the road access not being blocked during the work. If we had to do this all over again we would choose Dave Sipos and Sawgrass Plantation Ent. for our contractor.
