Jeremy and Jose,. have an excellent work ethic, they kept me informed of the work progress. Price was by far the best quote. The price quoted was the final price, no hidden gimmick. The job was finalized in one day. I couldn't be happier... Thank you for an excellent job.......

    Quality Roofing By Design, Inc.
As I write this it is 1/11/2019/ My roof has been leaking since Aug of 2018. Dave has sent many non-english speaking employees out here to try and find the leak. Which was never found or repaired. Eventually he stopped returning our calls and decided (I assume) to just leave us with a leaky roof until the warranty expired. I decided even if I had to pay money out of my pocket, I never wanted him on my property again. Called Thomas Roofing, they found and repaired the problem in under 20 minutes. One of David English's wonderful employees put a nail right through a shingle. Apparently in the 8-10 times they were out here, no one could spot that. Needless to say, I will never use or recommend "Quality" roofing by design. And I use that term "quality" loosely. If I could sue him I would for all the damages this long term leak caused. Thank you David English, for nothing!

It didn't. Like so much on Angies list it was incorrect, These nice people don't do stucco work. That's what I typed in but when they called me they said they only do gutter work. Nice people but Angies list is incorrect again

    Above & Beyond Seamless Gutters
Gerard, the owner, came for the quote. Was out of the state at the time, but my wife and adult son were their and they got along great. Gave a fair quote and we accepted. He promised a time and date the following week. They were their on time, appropriately dressed and with proper identification. Well mannered and knowledgeable about the work they were doing. took the time to answer any questions that my wife had for them as I was still out of town. Finished up in timely manner and left the job all cleaned up. Job was professionally done and I could not be happier.

    Scott Smith Roofing Inc
I emailed him and he promptly responded that he couldn't do the job at this time. No problem. I give Fs for non-responses (no excuse for that) so I give him an A for at least responding. And given the right circumstances, I would try them again.

    Done Rite Roofing Inc
What had happened is they did the work, everything seemed fine. No problems, we thought, with the way it was done. When we went to sell the house in 2015, we failed the home owner’s inspection because they did work, they replaced rafters over the garage, which they were not supposed to do. Therefore, we lost a sale of the house. When I contacted them, they said, “Oh, no we don’t do that.” But, meanwhile, I had paperwork showing where they charged us for the rafters and that they said that they were going to do that. It was a big mess. We went to the county permitting because I had to have work done to repair it. Initially, we thought it was going to cost $20,000 because they thought they were going to have to take the whole roof off.  Luckily, they were able to just do repairs. It still cost us $2,600. It delayed our closing by three months. Luckily, we had another back-up buyer, but we had to make these repairs and it cost us the money to get it repaired, plus the delay. Meanwhile, we were paying two mortgages. So, it was a total mess. They denied ever doing anything with it. When we went to the permitting department, my husband asked them, “Then, how could that have passed inspection?” The man at the permit office said, “Well, because they didn’t put that on the permit, because they weren’t supposed to touch it, so, therefore, the inspector didn’t look for it.” We went to the Pinellas County licensing board. We filed the complaint. I got a letter from them saying that they found probable cause and that they were going to notify us what happened. Pinellas County licensing board now is in the process of revamping it, so we never heard anything back after that. They need to be honest and not do what they were not licensed to do. They went above and over what their license allowed. The price was not cheap. It was expensive, but we needed to get it done. The reason we went with them was because we heard they were a good company, so we were willing to pay the extra money thinking we were going to get a good quality for it. They blew me off when I contacted them and complained. They did not respond.

    R&R Seamless Gutters LLC
Had few estimates done and R&R was a lot lower than all the others. I was a little nervous because of the difference in estimates between the others but saw they had a good rating and have been in business for over 10 years. I went ahead with R&R and glad we did! Gutters look amazing and a great price! I highly recommend!

    Hise Roofing
They could have reset the screws and charged for the service. Instead, he said that the original roofer should do it for nothing if I knew who it was. I contacted the original roofer who came and fixed the screws at no charge. Hise gets a thumbs up from me for honesty and professionalism. The original roofer too. The roof is sixteen years old.

    Agent Clean
I called Agent Clean they actually showed up to give me a estimate. I was impressed with the level of professionalism as well as the price. We purchased the Full Regalia package which included my roof, windows, driveway and gutters. The hose looks so good we almost didn't want to list it for sale.
