    Earth's Best Natural Pest Management
    Don't waste your money on this pest control program. The technician refused to treat the other half of the attic said their spray would "reach" - and their treatment on the one side of the attic took less than 2 minutes - he said he "shot" it out; technician also claimed that nothing could live in the hot attics. Office said I should have called them - however, this is the quality of the technicians they employ. When calling out for retreatment I had to wait 2 weeks each time. Problem was never solved - contacted another company - much cheaper - who worked with me in totally resolving the problem. (They treated both sides of the attic by the way!) They were much more thorough in their treatment. Of course I won't receive a refund!

    The employees at Uprooted Pest Control were punctual, friendly, and conscientious about our home. They were very knoledgable and took the time to explain what needed to be done to address the termite problem. They were able to work with us to solve the issue at a price that worked for our family. They even went above and beyond by treating a wasp nest they noticed on the property, free of charge. We will definitely be using their services in the future.

    Did nothing to stop one rodent, charged $325: Beware paying ANYTHING up front. They require it, and that's the last time you will see them. The technician showed up on time. He foamed the penetration into the wall that I showed him, where the rodent activity was, and two other holes he found. As you may know, foam does nothing to stop rats or mice, they chew right through it, unless you mix it with steel wool - that much effort was not expended. The tech just used the same foam I have from Home Depot. The first photo I attached showed where it was chewed through the very next day. He charged $325.00 for six months' service, (actually about 45 minutes is the sum total of the service) for which he would drop off traps and check on them every three days, full payment required up front. No one ever came out again. When I called to cancel, frustrated that no one ever came out even to drop the traps off in the first place (never mind check on them) the "manager" said he would refund $100.00 because Suncoast would have charged $225.00 to foam the three holes. NEVER would I agree to have paid $225.00 to only foam a hole at the ground level. I have foam in the garage. (II also have steel wool.) It was the trapping of the colony and the ongoing service I intended to pay for. I feel unbelievably ripped off, and cant believe this company has good ratings. I wouldn't have had such a bad reaction if they would have apologized and refunded, but the "manager" was asked, and he wasn't even willing to talk to me personally. He just gave the lady who answered the phone the task of giving me the "sorry about your luck" message. Prepare to be overcharged, underserved, and clean up a mess afterwards.

    Swat Exterminating did the termite inspection before we closed on our house, then we contacted them for regular pest control service. Gerard did a great job on the first visit, addressing all of my concerns and questions, inspecting inside and outside (including looking in the attic, where there was evidence of a past problem with roof rats) and making recommendations for steps we should take ourselves to avoid future problems. So far, we're very pleased with the service.

    They did fine.  It was just as advertised, no additional costs.  They were out a few days after the purchase date.  I don't know how to compare the service.  The workers were very professional.

    Tom from Drive Bye came to our home for a free termite inspection. From 1st phone call they excelled at their customer service. They promptly answered were able to schedule us at our convenience. Tom arrived on time and did a thorough inspection. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He was prepared to answer my questions and did not try to hard sell us on services that we didn't need. I would definitely use them in the future and recommend them to friends and family.

    The techs were supposed to come out and spray my Lawn for lawn care and for pests. They could not access my back yard once, and so they sprayed from the outside. I paid my bill inspite of my lawn looking bad. Then my lawn began to look worse and worse with huge spots of dying grass. I got a letter from the HOA warning me about the condition of my lawn I then called to complain and two managers came out and gave me a bunch of bull about being "that time of year" and they explained they had to "let some people go" because of the poor quality of work. I then sent, in writing, a notice to cancel. They hit me up with another 50 dollars for that visit! They then threatened to turn me into collections. I would never treat a customer this way. I now treat my own lawn and it looks so much better.

    Unfortunately, this service just didn't work out for me. My lawn continued to have weeds and bug issues after 6 months of treatment. Nice people and very professional, but I just didn't get the results I had hoped for.

    We were satisfied with the initial
    response for our problem...they were very professional and very discreet.
     They were here for 2 hours and we paid them 700.00 in cash at which time
    a receipt was given.  We bought a new mattress and springs for our master
    bedroom and they said we didn't need to get a cover for that.  We called
    David again about 3 weeks later because I saw a bug in the bed.  David
    came out within days and checked the bed and couldn't find anything.  We
    were satisfied at the time.  At about 2 1/2 months from the initial visit
    we called David to come back out because I found active bugs and eggs on the
    new box springs(I didn't listen to them that I didn't need a mattress cover
    because I was afraid of the new bed getting them after it cost us $1300 for a
    new bed set so the bed bugs were on the box spring cover.) David was on
    vacation when we called, so we moved out of our bedroom in to the spare room
    until he got back from vacation.  We did receive a text message from David
    that he would call when he got back from vacation.  Since then we have called numerous times
    leaving messages at the office and on Davids cell that we have active bed bugs
    on our new bed but to date have not had any response.  This all started
    during memorial day (5-25-2015)weekend.  It is now 7-23-2015 and no one
    has called to schedule, respond to our calls or anything.  Even if they
    were busy it would be nice just to get a response.  We have had absolutely
    no response from them at all.
