    Noel Tenenbaum MD
The doctor damaged my left eyelid muscle, causing severe ptosis, and also left me with severely uneven eyelid platforms (3/4 inch difference) with incision that goes up to my eyebrow, with excess fat removed on the left eyelid. The doctor refused to address the horrific results multiple times, including at follow- up on Oct. 9, when the doctor lied to my bank and stated "I did not show up," and called the botched surgery " successful" and "provided for." I am now having to spend an additional $3,400 to fix this botched surgery, (orig $999) and this doctor is still denying the horrific result, and is still providing fraudulent statements about the surgery. I highly recommend anyone who is considering this physician based on cheap groupon ads, to please look elsewhere, and thoroughly vet your doctors before using them.

    Countryside Hearing Aid
Tom and Laurie Mitchell are exceedingly kind and helpful.  My brother who is profoundly deaf went in to have his hearing checked and to see about the possibility of a new hearing aid since technology is always improving.  Rather than selling him a "new high tech" hearing aid - Tom recommended a hearing aid at half the price but with twice the power.  He said my brother needed more power rather than whistles and bells.  When my brother put it in the smile on his face was just amazing.  He then recommended that the other ear use the same type of device to balance out the sound input which had never been suggested.  It has been a month and my brother is responding far better than we could have ever hoped for.
They obviously know hearing loss and the products and did not to try to sell us something more than what was needed.  The follow up visits and checks (free) have been so good and we are so happy with the service.  We waiting a bit before writing this just to make sure - we're sure!!

    Stafford, Dr. William T.

For both visits, the front office staff was very efficient with the check-in process.  And, the waiting time to get in to see the doctor was minimal.  All of  the nursing staff has been friendly.  And, the checkout process is also efficient, including scheduling of future appointments.  I also like the reminder a day, or two, before the appointment to ensure I don't miss my appointment.

Dr. Stafford listened very well to what I had to say.  His recommended treatment appears to be on track.  He has a very calm and considerate approach to patient care.

This is the 2nd time I've been to this facility, the first time I went I did a regular check up.  After I left I realized I never had my blood work done.  I called to find out how to go about getting blood work done and the receptionist was asking me why I didnt do go do my blood work at the lab on the other side of the office and I told her twice this was my first time there and i didn't realize that i had walk across to get blood work done because no one told me that's how it works  The receptionist was awful!  I had to go back for a rash on my arm, went in on monday, an hr after I left the pharmacy called me to say that the prescription they sent in wasn't covered by my insurance and I called back the doctor asap.  48 hrs later, i'm still sitting her waiting to hear back, called twice and they keep telling me that they left a message for the doctor and he's just busy.  So the doctors and receptionists can't help?? Now I'll be finding another doctor and do not plan to ever go back!

    Dr. Carrie L. Shulman, MD
Everything was excellent. They were not sure yet very good. I did not have the elective surgery. I had mandatory surgery. My spinal cord was twisted at the top. It was really twisted which took her about three hours I think to untwist. So, the two-hour surgery went to five-hours. I was not aware of it. It was just my family waiting. Her bedside manner is excellent. She is very friendly and easy to talk to. She met my entire family and was just as friendly. She made an effort to come back to talk to my husband because he was not there when she came in to talk to me. She was just absolutely amazing. She has an excellent background also. I just really felt comfortable with her. I still have an appointment with her for a follow-up for my surgery, but I would absolutely use her again if I had to and hopeful I don’t.

    Diagnostic Clinic
I was able to obtain an appointment promptly, his staff was friendly and Dr. Shobe asked thoughtful questions, making several suggestions and considered options for treatment. He offered his availability should the pain continue, and I found that also impressive.

    Davidson, Dr. J Byron
I had seen 7 different doctors about my back issues, I was in tremendous pain. He was the eighth doctor I had seen for this and I knew within minutes I wanted to use him! He was fantastic! He gave me my life back. I have degenerative arthritis of the spine, I no longer have to take any pain meds for this. If any issues arise, I just go back and have him take a look. He is very caring and loves what he does. He is very thorough with you as a patient and addresses all of your concerns. Even Joe, his PA is great.

    Diagnostic Clinic
The Clinic resembles a small hospital but it's nothing like that inside.
We were greeted and given paperwork to complete. Then we were escorted upstairs to a waiting room but we only waited 2-3 minutes. The Doctor was friendly and very thorough and didn't rush the appointment.
We were at this appointment approximately an hour but 15 minutes of that was filling out new patient paperwork.
The building is very efficient and self-contained. If you are referred to a specialist, they are all in that same building.
Even my daughter made a comment about how friendly and organized the place was.
I hope we don't have a need to return soon, but if the need arises I am very pleased with the facility and staff.

    Kedan, Dr. Moshe
He is in his 70s and doesn't need to work, but he has a passion for medicine. He doesn't take a lot of new patients, but he is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He is very caring and believes in preventative care. He goes beyond what normal doctors do and takes care of my heart condition. I have probably recommended him to 12 people throughout the years, and they all think the world of him. The staff is also exceptional.

This doctor made me look ridiculous! I spent the next 4 months trying to HIDE my botoxed forehead! he was so busy talking about the Ospreys that he can see out his windows in the office that he seemed as if he was in his own little world! he put way too much Botox in my forehead so I could not move it at all! That is not the natural look I was searching for. He also put Botox under my eyebrows that I did not ask for or want. He did it without asking! It made my eyebrows come to a point! He also gave me an uneasy feeling with his conversation. He was recommended to me a couple of years ago but I didn't go until recently.
