John returned my call in a timely fashion. I had great difficulty finding professionals who wanted to do this small job. He came out, we discussed exactly what I wanted, and he gave me an estimate on the spot.

On the scheduled day, John appeared on time and began work before I even knew he was there. He built and stuccoed the planters to my satisfaction. He filled the crack on the other slab neatly and even filled in the front of the slab where it had been raised up.

I'm waiting to paint when I paint my house, but I'm very happy with the job done.

Mr. Waltz brought out some great samples as well as letting us know where his distributer was located (a local business) so we could look at examples of his work and see more color options. He was on time with his appointments and finished the job in a timely manner, even though we had some bad weather. His estimate is the price you pay, unless you add on additional work. We did get an additional estimate for some other paver work in the back yard. We are looking forward to having that done soon. The prices are very reasonable and we were very happy with the craftsmanship and attention to detail.

AAA Services of Central Florida Inc
I needed someone "last minute" because the handyman I had hired had to go out of state suddenly and could not finish the work he was hired to do.  I needed the work done asap because I had a closing date the following week and needed to get the work done before then.
AAA Services responded immediately to my call for help, and worked with me to make sure they were able to meet my timeline, even though it meant they had to juggle their other commitments.
They came on time when they promised, and completed all of the work.  The quality was excellent!  My son was at the house and was impressed with the professionalism of the workers, too.
When I got the invoice, I was pleasantly surprised that the total due was LESS than what I was quoted in the estimate!
I cannot say enough good things about AAA Services, and will definitely use them again.  I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs honest, caring, professional and reliable work done around the house.

Spoke with Michelle to set up the appointment.  On the day of the appointment  she called back  in the morning to ask if it was convenient to change the appointment time to earlier in the day, which it was.
Kevin arrived on time, cleaned the chimney, added some cement to seal the firebox, and wrangled an obstinate damper into submisssion.   What little mess he made (and then only in the fireplace) he cleaned up before he left.
Overall I was extremely happy with the service level and the work done.

At first we were a little worried about the cost as we have a much bigger pool than other normal sized residential ones. The owner, Paul, was referred to us after we saw some of his work in Palm Harbor. He came to look at the job and explained the different types of pavers and the styles we could choose from. From the start we knew Paul was a pro. He does the work himself and is incredibly skilled, making many very difficult cuts in stone look so easy. The end result was breath taking! We were amazed at the work done. All of our friends and neighbors love the pavers and every visitor raves about our new tropical paradise! Paul took special care to work around our dogs and cleaned up every day before heading home. He is a master Paver & Brick Layer, a true gem and rarity here in Florida! I would recommend this company to anyone. Price was never an issue. He even helped build a bricked border which helped compliment the poolside. No complaints here. I hope you will enjoy his work as much as I do.

John's company, "Masonry Restoration Masters," was referred to me by the home inspector we had hired to do a pre-listing inspection, after the inspector recommended we have some tuck pointing done, due to cracks in our house. Basically, there was a long crack line in the bricks, about a foot above the ground, running most of the length of the front of our house, plus some cracks in our brick patio in the back of our house. John was accompanied by his brother, Steve, and together they worked to dig out the old, missing or broken mortar in the crack, as well as pointing out to us a number of other small areas in our house experior which were in need of some brick repair/tuck pointing. They then installed new mortar, and were careful about creating a near perfect match in color compared to the original, 55 year-old mortar in the rest of the house. They came back 2 days later, allowing time to let the mortar set and completely dry. Upon return, they brushed/filed away any excess mortar and did some touch-up work all around. Two days later, John came alone to scrape out broken and cracked mortar in the areas of cracks in our brick patio, then filled those areas with a mortar to match. The work they did was excellent and upon inspection of the previous cracks, one cannot even tell anything was amiss at all, which is a sign of a job well done. The mortar is a near-perfect match to the old and any prospective buyers should just notice a clean, well-maintained and sharp-looking brick home, instead of noticing 15 feet of cracks in the front of the house! Besides their excellent masonry skills, John and Steve were very friendly and pleasant, willing to engage in interesting conversation with me while they worked and they were quite professional, as well. They were careful to close the gate each time to keep our dog from escaping and they even stopped to throw the ball in a game of fetch for our little dog.

Although I had a reasonably good idea of what I wanted done, John was very helpful in recommending creative ideas for using the decorative pavers to get a good look. Because I was very budget-conscious, he worked with me to get a nice-looking job for the price I wanted. Once the details were established, the work was completed quickly and it looks great.

John Jimpie came to measure the space, make suggestions and give us a quote. He then brought us sample pavers for our approval. He purchased the materials and did the work in about a day and a half. We are extremely pleased! It is an artistic job, neat as possible and John was a pleasure to deal with. He is a real craftsman who takes pride in his work. We also had him look at our back patio, which needs repair. He made some suggestions but did not push a solution. It will be a much larger, more expensive job, and he understood that we wanted to take a more cautious, wait-and-see approach. When we are ready to do work there, we will certainly call him to do it. I recommend Jon Solutions without reservation.

Not only does it look amazing, but he was very professional, on time and stayed on budget. It was great to deal with John as he helped us with design ideas.
