I can't recommend them highly enough. From the salesman who was very low pressure and came back 18 months later to work with me again, to all of the craftsmen who gave me a beautiful frameless glassed in corner shower, to supervisor of the project who was very responsive to any concerns, and to the men who came out to adjust a small problem - kudos to you all! And neat? You betcha! If I had another project, I'd have you back in a minute!!

Eric and his team were very responsive and a pleasure to work with. My project was treated with importance even though it was not a large overtaking. They took time to work clean prior and post which is a diamond in the rough from my past experiences. Would definitely hire them again!

Kitchen Solvers of the Gulf Coast
A remodel is such an overwhelming project to take on alone. Working with Kitchen Solvers of the Gulf Coast was the best decision I made. From the moment I met with William, I knew this was the contractor for me. Everything from the initial meeting to the final walk-through was a pleasant experience. I did not have to deal with the daunting tasks of selecting, scheduling, and managing sub-contractors and all the other details that go into a remodel project. William made great suggestions in the design of my kitchen and kept me within my budget. William, Lisa and Diane took care of everything. They helped me with some design ideas and material decisions, and coordinated all the top-notch subcontractors. I am so happy with my splurge-item, the quartz counter tops. I always knew what was going on during the project. Diane kept me in the loop and worked with my schedule. There were no big surprises. The entire job was completed on time and was beyond my wildest expectations. I want to give a shout out to all the people that were on the job. All were professional and respectful. Mike, field supervisor, who was so understanding of my needs during and right after demolition. I really appreciate his kindness and willingness to accommodate my needs. I am sorry I cannot remember everyones name but thank you to the entire demo team!!! Shad and Carlos were great with installing my beautiful new cabinets. They were professional and so knowledgeable at their craft. The subcontractors: H&D Electric, Petrulli Brothers Drywall, Ceramic Creations, Calello Plumbing were all great. I felt comfortable with each sub and will hire them for future work. I am especially grateful that any questions or concerns I had were immediately addressed and resolved, much of which was my lack of understanding certain aspects of the project or contract. So again, thank you William, Lisa and Diane! I highly recommend this company and have recommended to my friends and family.

We recently contracted with BathMasters to completely renovate our master bathroom and a dressing area of our master bedroom. We could not be happier with both the results and the experience. Aaron was very helpful in guiding our decisions with choices on design, tile, plumbing, etc. The only negative experience we had was with the delay in scheduling the start of the work. However, once the work did get started, things went very well. The crew that did the work made all the difference. To a person, the quality of work was outstanding and they could not have been more respectful of us and our home. Tyler, John, Jose, Patrick, Sebastian, Edgar (I am sure I am forgetting some others) were all very professional and talented in their work, but just as importantly, they were just great people to have working in our home. That goes for Jason, our project manager, as well. He was very responsive to any my calls, kept us updated on the status of the project, and clearly went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Again, just an outstanding group of guys who made this project a delight. On top of that, we are thrilled with our new bathroom. I highly, highly recommend BathMasters.

Kitchen Solvers of the Gulf Coast
KS spent a great deal of time going over the design, explaining the pros and cons of various aspects of the renovation, provided estimates for three different product quality levels, and provided a realistic timetable for completion and a detailed estimate. KS met all of their obligations and did not nitpick or add 'nickel-dime' charges when those small unanticipated issues arose. KS coordinated well with the appliance provider, and the owner came out to inspect the finished work. Very satisfied with the final product and would highly recommend KS.

    Ottoson Enterprises Inc
I wanted two things done in the guest bathroom; Change out the fan and paint. The fan was placed hanging over the wall tiles and paint splashed onto the mirror. Both had to be corrected. During the demolition, Ottoson's worker accidentally punctured one of the pipes. While I was given all sorts of assurances that this will not come apart behind the tiles, quite frankly I don't believe it. Instead of attaching a junction, the entire pipe should have been replaced. Someone from one of the trades rifled through my bureau and stole prescription drugs. As a result, I wanted no repeat workers and I insisted I be here any time someone showed up. This, along with the repeat visits to fix everything, made this project go on for three months. In my note to Brian: "Brian, I was extremely disappointed that you stopped working with me after a few drug tests came through as negative. If you look it up the drug is out of your system in 24 hours." After a few tests came back negative Brian repeatedly suggested that perhaps it was "someone I know" and not any of the workers. This was an insult. In the master bath, the mirror was too large and had to go back for adjustments. The countertop was cut incorrectly and that trade had to come back and fix it. While one doesn't generally stain the inside of a cabinet, eg: kitchen cabinets, I felt that a small medicine cabinet should have been stained on the inside, just as the one in the guest bathroom was done last year by the same company. It shouldn't have mattered that the master bath cabinet has a door, it looked awful when the door was opened. Outside contractors: Russo electric did not follow the specs and placed an outlet in the wrong spot in the bathroom. They had to come back and move it, and then Ottoson had to come back and patch the wall. Countryside Tile: Erik was problematic. The first issue was that he was cutting the tiles with his heavy machinery on the front walkway. I told him this wasn't permitted, and that he should be doing it downstairs. I offered use of the lanai, as I just had an outlet installed (one thing that did go well.) Instead, after walking away and subsequently returning, I discovered that he brought the saw into the bathroom, and since there was no outlet installed in the bathroom yet he decided to move my bureau and use the outlet behind. At one point I saw him taping up the drawers with blue tape, as he said the drawers were opening when he moved the bureau. Again I told him to bring it out to the lanai, but he said he was almost done and I let him finish. The bureau has sticky tape on it that will need to be corrected. Someone had to come back two additional times to fix problems with the tiles and the grouting. From a company who did terrific work with my kitchen two years ago, this project was a total disaster. If I had another 30K I would have someone rip out the entire thing and start over.

    Creek Construction Group
The project went smoothly and was on time and budget. Every individual who worked on this project was very professional and seemed to genuinely care about the work they were doing and how it was performed. Each step was explained thoroughly and done to specs. Loose ends are Whenever there was a potential issue or another way of doing a portion of the project, that was explained. We couldn't be more pleased with the results and will hire them again for our next project!

    New Beginning Plumbing INC
The result is fantastic! Dwayne and his assistant Marisol are hardworking, punctual, clean workers. They showed up every day and worked a full day. They asked for my preferences at each step of the project, and treated our property like their own. We asked for the floor tile to be put down on the diagonal, and the result is a work of art. Dwayne did an excellent job installing the Kohler deep soaker tub and DreamLiner glass doors. Would hire again!
