    A remodel is such an overwhelming project to take on alone. Working with Kitchen Solvers of the Gulf Coast was the best decision I made. From the moment I met with William, I knew this was the contractor for me. Everything from the initial meeting to the final walk-through was a pleasant experience. I did not have to deal with the daunting tasks of selecting, scheduling, and managing sub-contractors and all the other details that go into a remodel project. William made great suggestions in the design of my kitchen and kept me within my budget. William, Lisa and Diane took care of everything. They helped me with some design ideas and material decisions, and coordinated all the top-notch subcontractors. I am so happy with my splurge-item, the quartz counter tops. I always knew what was going on during the project. Diane kept me in the loop and worked with my schedule. There were no big surprises. The entire job was completed on time and was beyond my wildest expectations. I want to give a shout out to all the people that were on the job. All were professional and respectful. Mike, field supervisor, who was so understanding of my needs during and right after demolition. I really appreciate his kindness and willingness to accommodate my needs. I am sorry I cannot remember everyone���s name but thank you to the entire demo team!!! Shad and Carlos were great with installing my beautiful new cabinets. They were professional and so knowledgeable at their craft. The subcontractors: H&D Electric, Petrulli Brothers Drywall, Ceramic Creations, Calello Plumbing were all great. I felt comfortable with each sub and will hire them for future work. I am especially grateful that any questions or concerns I had were immediately addressed and resolved, much of which was my lack of understanding certain aspects of the project or contract. So again, thank you William, Lisa and Diane! I highly recommend this company and have recommended to my friends and family.

    This is the worst service provider ever. I ordered all of the above on Dec 29, 2017, 218 days ago, paid half down, and the only item that has been fully installed are the 2 regular bedroom windows. Every other item came in as a different item than I ordered. I was told that every item was being re-ordered and that it would take less time to receive because the person ordering could "pull strings" and "knew people". However, it has been 5-6 weeks LONGER than the original WRONG order took and my project manager has no idea when the items are coming (or even if they were truly re-ordered! have repeatedly asked for Mr. Morgan to call me with no response, and have also requested an itemized invoice several times, again, with no response. My project manager is very nice but he just avoids answering my questions. Nice does not get the job done and this job is ridiculously overdue. Very, very, very unprofessional in every aspect except to get half of my money down - $20,000 dollars!

If I paid for my membership I would want a refund. Have a nice day (Florida meaning bend over). I would be happy to show you the contract that was signed. Approximate cost of service, sorry over $5,000, $65,600.93. Retired widow over 65 moved to FL 6 months ago...Seniors unite.

    The first issue was that the worker was cutting the tiles with his heavy machinery on the front walkway. I told him this wasn't permitted, and that he should be doing it downstairs. I offered use of the lanai, as I just had an outlet installed (one thing that did go well.) Instead, after walking away and subsequently returning, I discovered that he brought the saw into the bathroom, and since there was no outlet installed in the bathroom yet he decided to move my bureau and use the outlet behind. At one point I saw him taping up the drawers with blue tape, as he said the drawers were opening when he moved the bureau. Again I told him to bring it out to the lanai, but he said he was almost done and I let him finish. The bureau has sticky tape on it that will need to be corrected. Someone had to come back two additional times to fix problems with the tiles and the grouting. From a company who did terrific work with my kitchen two years ago, this project was a total disaster. If I had another 30K I would have someone rip out the entire thing and start over.

    The floors were in very rough shape with paint and a large grate from a furnace. The did a beautiful job of removing the grate and patching in new boards to match and refinishing the entire living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms and hallway. You couldn't even tell where it was patched!

    This is the 5th floor I have had done by Empire and this last one has nearly put me out of business. The installation that should have been done weeks ago has yet to be done. Had an installer show up on Tuesday to remove old floor with no appointment made. Had hi make an 8:30 appointment today and I don't believe he ever showed but he wanted me to meet him at 10, which was impossible for me. The installer was rude, calls numerous times without leaving messages, texts numerous times and in general thought I was there to service him and not the other way around. Apart from the sales people, the company just seems like big machine that doesn't work if it doesn't go it's way. It's a broken, arcane system and I think people should know about it. I am a property manager and so have dealt with them more than most so I guess I will get a bad one, but this one was a problem from the start. So a word to the wise: if you can get the same product for a little more elsewhere, you may be better off.

    It took a lot of time to get the work agreement ironed out. We were doing extensive remodeling, including using other contractors to do some of the work. I wanted to make sure that everything that we were planning to do was clearly described so that neither Yeager, nor us would have any surprises about what was expected. Therefore, it took a couple of months to iron out an agreement, but in the end it all worked out to the best. We got the work done that we needed and there was never any dispute about what was owed for any completed work. I appreciated the fact that we paid for each part of the work effort after it was completed. Yeager's employees were all professional and did excellent work. The plumber and electrician that they recommended to do those parts of the job were also very good. The only complaint I had was when we needed to make a slight change in the plans after some of the framing was completed. I felt that Yeager was greatly overcharging for the requested change based on how much effort it would take. I expressed my concern and we negotiated a lower estimate for the work (still a little more than what I thought it should be, but not outrageous). I guess they try to discourage changes by charging a lot for them, but since this was the only change we requested from the original plan, I was taken by surprise at the original price tag for the change The work was completed in a timely fashion given everything that was done and with very high quality. We are extremely pleased with all of the work.

    Every worker paid extreme attention to minimizing dust and debris. They worked the details so that every piece that was completed looked fantastic. They were very open to questions and made every attempt to make sure we understood and agreed with what was being done.

    We had a difficult time selecting the flooring for our home. Rob Wagner, the store manager, was helpful and very patient on our many visits to the store. He let us bring multiple samples to our house. After observing our many choices he recommended a floor color and style. It ended our search. We were out of town for the installation but he kept us updated with pictures as the work progressed. We are very happy with the installation, the price and our new floor.

    It was excellent. For a project of this size and scope, it is unrealistic for things to have been perfect; however, Jim and his team go the extra mile and make sure everything is the way we wanted it. Our house looks exactly the way we envisioned it and what was promised was delivered 100%. I don't have any complaints and I would highly recommend Jim and his team. The level of pride in his work and his attention to detail is truly impressive. We partnered with a different contractor for a different project because we were in a hurry and deeply regret.
