    Morgan Exteriors Inc
This is the worst service provider ever. I ordered all of the above on Dec 29, 2017, 218 days ago, paid half down, and the only item that has been fully installed are the 2 regular bedroom windows. Every other item came in as a different item than I ordered. I was told that every item was being re-ordered and that it would take less time to receive because the person ordering could "pull strings" and "knew people". However, it has been 5-6 weeks LONGER than the original WRONG order took and my project manager has no idea when the items are coming (or even if they were truly re-ordered! have repeatedly asked for Mr. Morgan to call me with no response, and have also requested an itemized invoice several times, again, with no response. My project manager is very nice but he just avoids answering my questions. Nice does not get the job done and this job is ridiculously overdue. Very, very, very unprofessional in every aspect except to get half of my money down - $20,000 dollars!

    Dwayne Faulkner - TNT Carpentry
I never met Dwayne and relied on his reputation from Angie's List.  He was very professional.  I was moving from NJ to Florida and needed flooring done in my new home..  He did everything he could to accommodate my situation.  He accomplished the job  on time .  His work was outstanding.  I ended up hiring him for several other jobs.  If you need carpentry work done in Pinellas county Florida this is the man for the job.  Dwayne and his crew are very precise, careful and respectful.  He is a master carpenter.

    A&D Master Built, Inc
Professional, courteous, respectful - helped us investigate an area in a pantry where we found some water damage from what appeared to have been a refrigerator hose leak. We were very concerned once we got into the wall that there may be pervasive mold and mildew hiding, but as it turns out, it was very minor moisture damage that was long-dried out. He was efficient, cleaned everything out, installed new materials as patches and left it paint ready for when the mud-sealer dried. We had other jobs to pass some of his time and he still left early b/c we ran out of things for him to do! :)

    B Griffith Roofing Inc
We contacted a lot of companies to give us a quote and he was very quick and responsive and I felt comfortable about that. He did a very thorough examination. He had a good conversation with my husband. He went out to his truck and wrote us a detailed report and printed it out there in his truck. I appreciate the detail. He gave it to us right on the spot with a brochure of material selections. He was very professional. Price-wise, the quote was comparable with the other two that we received.

    Dwayne Faulkner - TNT Carpentry
The service was great. Dwayne and his son in law were excellent. They were punctual and the work was excellent. They finished before the estimated time. They also did extra work for me. I will continue to use their services.

    A Finishing Touch Carpentry Inc
The job went very well.It took two days start to finish. John was extremely willing to listen to our ideas and several times we changed the plan and he redid some work that was already finished and did not change his quote. The cabinet work and door frame were added later and both were done for a reasonable total of $100 making a grand total of $700. John is an extremely hard working person and is very knowlegable about materials and carpentry.

    Tisdale Construction
This was a very controversial project which involved a vote by our membership. Many members were not in favor of spending $300 thousand dollars for fear their monthly maintenance would increase. Now that it has been completed, even the opposition are pleased with the results. Their maintenance did not increase because our directors were able to stay within our budget working with the builder to alter or modify items that were too costly. We started the project April 4, 2009 and our completion papers read 8-21-09. Florida summer rains caused delays, but overall workers were present constantly. Co-ordination of the different laborors and contractors was an amazing feat. We had an in-house resident and Board of Director President supervise the project to keep things on tract. At some points there was frustration in seeing an end, but patience and continued professionalism by Tisdale brought the project to a graceful finish with a lovely outcome just in time for our winter residents to see the final results. We also had progress photo albums on our web site the entire summer. Tisdale provided us with a very organized notebook of all the contractor contact information and warrenty information. Progress photos were also provided.

    McHugh's Residential Construction
(11/23/09) He had crews that were not efficient. He was rushing around and hurrying too much to try and get it done correctly. He didn't take a professional approach and he didn't perform what he kept telling us he was going to be able to do. He did want to do it but he would stop and say, "Well, that's it," and then he would go on. UPDATE (01/05/10) We knew we were going to have problems when they starting to rush things. Yes I gave a fair report previously, but since then we are finding lots of problems and flaws. Specifically, what follows is only a few. 1.) There were several areas in the ceilings that were replaced. Now we have several crack lines. It looks like the seems were never taped. 2.) The texture added to the ceiling in the dinning room/ living room is not "knocked down" the same and is inconsistent stands out like a sore thumb. 3.) Both bathrooms were gutted, rebuilt and new tile put up. The tile jobs were not done flat, smooth from one edge to the other. Even the floors are not flat high spots and low spots. Tile work next to door casing was never completed as promised, in the guest bath. 4.) The new ceiling in the guest bath room never had the insulation added as per contract. 5.) The shower valve in the master bath comes out of the wall at an angle, not perpendicular to the wall. 6.) The piece of expensive new vinyl in the kitchen was cut, no offer to replace only repair. 7.) The drywall areas around most of the doors where the old casings were was simply utility-knifed-out and never smoothed. 8.) Painting on all the rooms has air bubbles that popped leaving craters on all the walls. They told us when they sprayed the walls that they were having trouble with the spray gun. Did not stop and fix the gun or even stop spraying, just kept on putting flaws on the walls. What started out fine, went down hill from there. Mr. McHugh will some day become a fair contractor but right now he has a long ways to go, or at least pick better sub-contractors. UPDATE (02/03/10) Work as performed continues to deteriorate. The new vinyl floor which they installed and cut on installation now have lumps and bumps starting to protrude up through the vinyl, because the concrete subfloor was simply not cleaned well and now the dirt is starting to poke thru. The brand new Pella windows that they installed are now binding and sticking because the openings were not prepared properly. The work they preformed continues to deteriorate the longer we are here. Very, very poor quality.
