    I don���t like them, and don���t believe anything they say. They lie, and are terrible. Mr. Cook himself came out to my house, and did nothing but lie to me. He didn't act professional at ALL. He didn't tell me anything about how many solar panels I would get, or anything about the panels themselves. He just said I would save half off of my electric bill. I called the solar panel company, and they said it was incorrect. He also said I could get a deduction on my taxes; and I spent $21000 and was only able to deduct $650. I even tried to cancel the solar panels when I tried to get in touch with him, but he wouldn't do it. They started the work in September and put the A/C unit in the next day, but the Solar Panels didn���t get put in until February. I even had to call the people I was financing everything through, and they had trouble getting in touch with them too. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!

    My yearly gas bill has been approx $40 and a rental fee of approx $30 This is so inexpensive compared to electricity. When I go to the office to pay, (my last bill was for $9) thestaff are very friendly and it is a pleasure to do business with such a good company.

    Provider was called and showed up within 2 hours, as promised. He quickly diagnosed my unit having a bad fan motor. He had the new fan installed very fast. I expected much worse diagnoses, this unit is ancient. I expected him to say "It can't be repaired", as other providers have done to me over the years. I was a little shocked and pleased. My unit was fixed and I did not have to hear the normal BS story to sell me a new unit. I was so impressed I asked him to replace a high tech thermostat I hated with a simple digital thermostat that is very easy to use. I would recommend this guy. I added him to my phone's contact list, I will use him again!!

    The appointment was promptly set up for a time that was easy for me with my work schedule.  He came out to inspect and service the furnace only for the yearly maintenance.  He took care of the service in a timely manner.  He was very polite, cleaned up after himself, explained what he was doing and the price for the service was reasonable,

    After reading the positive reviews on Angie's list, I called Arctic A/C and asked to speak to Steve.  I explained I wanted to have my unit checked out to make sure it was working properly.  Steve offered to come out that day, but I preferred to schedule an appt  and he was available the next morning at 8AM.  He arrived at 8AM, checked out the unit, gave it a thorough cleaning and checked out the pressures and that the blowers were working at capacity.  I would not hesitate to recommend him.

    Mr. Taylor is great, very experienced, very knowledgeable and very professional. We first went with a box store for the "free" financing but that cost us an arm and a leg in extra costs, aggravation and time for them trying two different installers to try and make the system work right. They were never able to get it to work right mainly because of incompetent install issues over and over again. We called Mr. Taylor to put our new unit in and he fixed everything they had damaged in one day and we've been up and running great ever since. Should have gone with him in the beginning he has always been very dependable and honest with us in the past as well, we just fell for that box store "free" financing, which turned out to be anything but "free". New Rheem unit is the right size now and quiet as can be . Most importantly it runs great, something the Trane never did.

    It took the guy a week to come after he said that he was going to come. I called him on a Thursday and he said that he was piled up then but he would be out on the first of the week and he came out the following Thursday after I have made one or two calls. He was very thorough with what he told me was wrong with my system. It was just I am not going to use him again if I would have to call him back a couple of times before he comes out. If he told me that that was going to be the date or whatever, no problem. One reason that I used him was that a friend said that he was his neighbor. His price was considerably higher compared to the same work that I had done in another place that I had but we are talking about two different locations. That would be $238 versus $350 and he was not very responsive and punctual. I would probably use him again because at least I found somebody that knew the thing and performed the work. He told me what was wrong and he knew how to fix it. He got the work done and the system is working fine right now.

    After experiencing several problems with the old unit, it finally dies.  Artic Air came immediately upon being called, provided an accurate estimate, and replaced the machine immediately.  Within a very short time, my system was back up and working  

    and comfort was restored.  A couple of minor bugs were experienced since the installation and Artic Air immediately corrected the problem.  They are a delight to work with and highly recommended.

    I called from the phone book about an estimate. Got the most helpful technician I've had the pleasure of speaking with in years. He gave me an appointment time the same day, and even called when his last call was running over to let me know he'd be late.  Never quoted me a price that was wrong or incomplete, and the total cost was more than fair market price for the work. He had my air back up and running in less than an hour.  I would recommend you call Stephen when you need A/C or heating service, I know he will be the only one I call from now on.  Thanks for doing exactly what you said you'd do and when for the right price.  Marilyn

    Florida Delta Mechanical Inc
    Was contacted by Jeff from Delta Mechanical. Jeff was not interested in performing any services and stated that Delta Mechanical does not provide the services that Home Depot contracted them to do. Jeff lied more than three times. He stated that R-22 is no longer available, told me that the price for the modern equivalent was expensive (more than $35.00 per pound) due to the tragedy in Japan, and stated that a mineral oil compound leaking at the base of the outside unit was a result of a blown compressor. I asked Jeff if the mineral oil compound could be a result of a leak in the refrigerant lines, Jeff stated that there was no oil in R-22 and that it was strictly a clear colorless gas. Jeff tried to sell a new HVAC system and said that my current system is not worth fixing. When I told Jeff that I could not buy a new system, Jeff lost interest in me as a customer and promptly left in a hurry. I called another local HVAC company and was told that I do not need a new system if my compressor (hermetically sealed) works and that they would fix the leak for less than $300.00 rather than $5,000 for a new system. Delta Mechanical is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. They are liars, cheats and price gougers, LET THE BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
