    Called and asked if I could get my car looked at, was told to bring it in.  Was quickly diagnosed and problem fixed!  best auto repair shop ever!  I have multiple vehicles that have had work done at this shop.  Always great fast reasonable priced service!  Highly recommended to all vehicle owners!  My Camaro running better than ever before, thanks to these great mechanics!

    Took the vehicle another well known service center in town for a thermostat replacement, timing belt replacement, and water pump replacement plus install new plugs, wires and coils, after they told me these items were worn out.  Upon picking up the vehicle the check engine light remained on and after three return trips the service manager replied that the car had a bad computer or "something".  The car also ran rough . Service manager insisted they did everything "by the book", and I should learn to like it as the car is ten years old.  With only 130,000 + - miles on it  I looked here on Angie's list and saw the good rating, so I took it to Bobby Gillette and explained the problem. To make a longer story shorter after an examination he determined that the computer was never cleared of error messages, the timing belt incorrectly installed and the thermostat was never replaced even after I paid for all these services. Bobby replaced the bad part, redid the timing belt, adjuster and tensioner, installed a new thermostat and cooling fluid., cleared the computer and checked for any,other problems, found none, thus the vehicle was ready to go.  All of his work done in professional manner, the car was returned clean and running like the day we bought it. Pricing was very reasonable, the job very well done, I'd recommend him to anyone and everyone.  Bobby knows his business, treats you well, charges fair prices and speaks the truth.  A service center you can trust.

    The price was right My truck needed at least two tires. My wife decided she could take my truck in after work and get done. The sales people were very friendly, knowledgeable and interested in my old 1994 P.U. They listened to her describe my usage and how I drive. They observed the wear patterns on the old tires and recommended the same type I asked her to buy . The price was right, the service great, the vehicle was clean and they didn't try to up sell her, or sell unneeded add on products or services. 
    I'd go back again in a heartbeat, they treated her right an I'd expect them to do the same again. The tires are a house brand, work great, quiet ride, great traction , wet or dry, and look great.

    Transmission was slipping, called, was told to bring it right in. E-mailed me pictures of the bad parts and description of work to be done and price and time frame. They were very good and my transmission is working fine.

    i left the van overnight to be worked on as they had time. had the van back the next afternoon, and it runs much, much better than before they worked on it. have had no problems with either car since then.

    We started the process of buying a home from showcase in July or August of 2012. My family was in a renting crunch so we asked if we could be in by November. Jaime the salesman said yes no problem. So we went forth with the deal. Happy to be first time homeowners but clueless at the same time we were taken advantage of at every corner. We didnt know that we could deal directly with our bank so we had a "middle man" so to speak deal with the financial part that cost us $6000 we could have saved. Thanksgiving came and went and no house. Not even on the horizon. Finally in January we find out the house is coming. This mobile home dealership uses contracted out dealers to install cut rate appliances and services and do horrible jobs. The FRIDAY BEFORE DELIVERY the guy bringing it comes to tell us he cant deliver due to trees not allowing clearance but if we can get the way cleared it would be there monday. So my husband and I were out cutting trees. We did end up getting a little help from the county and as everything always went sour it was a week before the house actually made it to our property. Jaime the salesman said that he didnt deal with the side of scheduling them to come look at the property but come on this guy had at least 2 months notice and couldnt bother to come look at our property so we could deal with the issue?!?! It had to be the Friday before right?!?!  The man hauling the mobile home almost dumped one side off becuase he purposfully got stuck so we would have to pay extra (the homeowners responsibility) for a bull dozer to set our house. I say purposefully because my dad drove a semi for many years and pulled into that spot many times and the man delivering the house cut the corner when he didnt have to. So it took much longer to set up due to rain. But 2 pieces finally became one! We were excited to say the least. Until we failed our first inspection. The septic/well people supposedly asked the set up people to hook the septic to the house but they didnt and so we failed that first inspection. The septic guy was furious that he had to come back to fix the problem but did and we passed inspection. The guys that installed the carpet looked they had just stepped out of the jail house and were in a very sketchy spray painted van. The people that installed our well/ septic didnt cover it up all the way and the well pumped mounds of sand that resulted in a sand trap and they never covered up the septic and pipe all the way. You could see the concrete box and bright teal pipe. Again with the homeowners resposibility. Showcase points the finger at the dealer and then the bill comes to us who had just put our life savings into this house thinking it was all inclusive. Somewhere in the fine print it says we were still responsible for all the extras we had no clue about or money to pay for with(still havn't seen that fine print). When the skirting guy came to finish the lap skirting around the house one of the anchors that are supposed to hold our home in place just fell off. FELL OFF!!!!! We called the dealership who eventually got him out to supposedly put it back on and we also call the county inspector again. The guy that delivered our house and the inspector show up and he tells the inspector they fixed the issue but had changed the type of anchor they used after our house due to that issue! Very comforting!!!!! The paint they used in the house is a matte paint that absorbs moisture and shows any and everything that touches it. So our kids bathroom has already had to be completly redone due to black mold growing from the tub to the counter. That was a $1200 renovation. When it was all said and done we asked Jaime why he had told us we could be in our home by November if he knew that wasn't the case... he said and i quote "If I would have told you the truth you would have left and not came back." Hows that for a salesman!!! 15 monthes into owning our home the house has never seemd to cool right but our air conditioner recently broke. Because it was 3 monthes out of service warranty we had to pay all the service call charges for them to come figure out what the problem was and then a week later come back to install the part. The week we were without A/C it was in the 80's and 90's in our house. Now not even 2 weeks later our well is broken and I have to contact the septic/well guy again this morning. Ther are so many other small issues we have but I cant even remember them all. I recently made a claim with the BBB and the vice president recently replied back basically telling me that what I said wasnt true, I am obviously lieing and making this all up and they are not in the septic business. That they would have covered the septic tank up but I wasnt willing to pay for the dirt! Wasnt willing?!?!?! I had just given them all my money... I couldnt afford the almost $500 for the 6 loads of dirt it ended up taking to cover it up. We had to wait until tax time to have the money to do that. So since we couldn't afford it, we went almost a year having to leave wood blocks by the metal hooks on the septic lid as to not hit them with the lawn mower! That is just not normal! I understand that Showcase is not in the septic/ well/ A/C/ paint business but Showcase are the people that hire these business's to represent theirs and so far all of my families things have been CRAP related to our home! I wouldnt recommend them to anyone EVER!!!!!!

    At the time of the last visit, Bobbie, the owner of Gillette's' Citgo, made time in his very busy, day before the Memorial Day weekend, to replace the two water hoses in our car. Two days before, we had been in a town 30 miles away at a doctor's appt. and on the way back suffered water pouring out of the hoses and the engine overheating. We were able to pull into the parking lot of a business on the trip home and wait for almost an hour for the engine to cool off enough. A salesperson from a vehicle part store in Lake City, FL told us what part(s) we needed and when he found we lived in Live Oak, FL, told us who specifically to ask for in the Live Oak, FL store for the best help. When we were able to renew our trip, we made only 5 more miles down the road before having to let the engine cool off again and add more water., The final stop was 3 miles farther down the road.. My husband called Bobbie and Bobbie came out himself in less than an hour with the tools we needed to repair the hoses enough to get home. My husband purchased the parts as he was going to do the replacement himself. However, when he went back to Gillette's Citgo on May 25th to return the tools (without having yet made the repair), Bobbie went out of his way to gently but firmly insist that he himself do the replacement right there and then. Bobbie stated he had planned to do the replacement himself all along. He is a gentleman enough to let his customers do their own repairs if they so choose. .My husband and I are physically disabled and this repair would have caused great pain and problems for my husband, so I am greatly appreciative of Bobbie's quiet but firm insistence. This is the way he treats all of his customers. We have done business here for the last 20 years. Gillette's Citgo will go to almost any lengths to get the part(s) you need, work around your schedule for working on your vehicle, and has allowed us to drop the cars/truck off and pick them up after hours (even if the business was closed). He bends his own exhaust pipes and will easily refer you to a reputable local business if you need something for or completed on your vehicle that he does not do.

    I guess they are cooperative with the local & state police so it was convienient for me that I did not have to deal with the paying of fees for towing & storage. They dealt with my insurance company directly so I have no idea if their fees were reasonable or not. All I know is they were not helpful nor sympathetic to my husband when he discovered the theft of our tag. Atleast they put a tarp over the vehicle when it initially came to their lot.

    didn't work they offered a tow at a discounted price of $35... WOW...
