Mr. Bender is extremely detailed and looked at every inch of this home. Report was generated quickly with pictures and detailed explanation of everything he identified as needing repairs. We were so thankful in having confidence in knowing a homes needs. Buying a home can be very stressful and not knowing home is worse his assessment provided us with future needs of the home so we won���t be blindsided in the future with unprojected costs. Now we know what we have and can budget accordingly . Having major unknown costs for your home always happens but due to his home inspection we at least have an idea of what we are buying.     Always Green Inc
    I should have known from speaking with the office staff from the start, this would not be a good experience. But against my better judgment, I chose Always Green simply because the services were cheaper than a quote I received from another pest control service. Ultimately, I had to end up going to the other pest control provider and paying TWICE for services when Always Green's services were not effective. 

    I called the office on 4/13/2016 to schedule services for my home, because I saw on their website that they had an $85 new customer special for Full Annual Pest Management. I confirmed with office staff that this annual service covered wasp removal and carpenter ants, which were my only pest control concerns as we had recently started seeing ants in our bathroom. Then when I started to tell office staff where I lived, they immediately stated they did not cover my area (because they had never heard of this city in Hillsborough County). I insisted that they look up my area on a map, because on their website they state they cover multiple other areas in Hillsborough that I am located right in the middle of. They then looked on a map to confirm that yes, my house is in the same area. Then they told me they would have to call me back to schedule an appointment. 

    Right there - I should not have waited for someone to call me back to schedule an appointment, after practically begging for them to service my house. Why on earth are they not able to utilize a computerized scheduling system, or even a paper book, and notify me of their available times and schedules while I'm on the phone? This in itself shows there is no organization in the company. 

    I got an appointment for the next available slot, 4/18/2016, when they called back. The technician was polite and did a great job of getting rid of the wasp nests outside the home. The issue of the carpenter ants remained and the service seemed to do nothing to get rid of them. I waited a few weeks to make sure, in case the pesticides might take a while to work. I still had ants two weeks later. I called back on 5/3/3016 to make an appointment. Granted, I called at 4:15pm, but I assumed they were open until 5pm. The person who answered said someone would call me back to schedule a follow-up appointment the next day. No one called back until 5/5/2016 at 4:15pm and left me a voicemail. By the time I was able to return the call, of course they were closed again. I contemplated whether I should still pursue getting additional treatments through them based on my experiences so far, but decided to call back the next week because the ants were still showing up.

    They were finally able to schedule an appointment for the technician to come back to my house on 5/12/2016. I emphasized that I was seeing the carpenter ants daily in my shower and wanted them gone. I left the dead ants all over so that he would see the corpses and know what ants I was referring to. He came, sprayed again, and left 3 ant traps I could have gone out and bought myself from the store. The ants remained. I gave it a few days to make sure. The next week, it rained terribly and the ants were coming out in DROVES in my shower. The ant traps he had left were SWIMMING with ants in them. I wrote the company a message on their website requesting a refund because clearly the services had not worked and I would need to seek another pest control company, and I didn't want to deal with calling office staff again based on my previous experience. Instead of just issuing a refund for the services that clearly did not work, they had the poor technician call me and leave a message offering to come out again and bring his supervisor. This is just poor practice. The services didn't work, he clearly saw this from the ants being there the second time he came, and the situation got worse the next week!

    I called back the initial pest control company I had received another quote from. I paid TWICE as much as I had paid through Always Green, but miraculously, the ants were gone from my shower the next day after they sprayed my house (which was two weeks after Always Green came back the second time to spray). I have not seen a single ant since. I���ve learned my lesson, never go cheap! I gave Always Green a month to issue me a refund for my lack of services, still nothing. Waste of $85, down the drain. DO NOT go with this company for pest control!

    Chet's Termite & Pest Management Inc
    I had Chet's come out to give me an estimate, but ultimately went with another company since they quoted me a cheaper rate to get rid of my carpenter ants. The other company ended up coming out twice and doing nothing for my carpenter ant issue, so I contacted Chet's again.

     Chet's unfortunately had to charge me the full price for my home treatment, despite having my house sprayed twice by the other company, but at least I know it was done right this time.  The carpenter ants were gone the next day from my house and I have not had any issues in the month since the treatment! I trust Chet's to take care of any future pest issues I might have with my home based on my experiences so far. 

    I paid twice as much through Chet's, but this is how much it costs for proper treatment. Do not go cheap, get Chet's! I am still mad at myself for not calling Chet's back after getting my estimate, since I paid another company for services and missed out on getting my scratch-off tickets from Chet's.

    The service turned out fine, he was okay. The service was good. I was going to have him come back out and do my yard, but he did fine. He was there on time, he returned my call quickly, and he was friendly. I had spiders in the house, and that stopped, so the job seems to have been done well. There wasn't anything that I didn't like about him. The pricing of the big deal was good.

    I spoke to the owner, Mike, on Friday morning about our rat problem, and he had techs out to our house the same afternoon. He was very pleasant on the phone and made a point of calling back when he said he would so I wasn't waiting around unnecessarily. The team who came to the house, Matt and CJ, arrived on time and were very professional and thorough. They did a great job repairing the rodent damage--my husband commented that it looked a lot nicer than what he had planned to do--and they were very clear when explaining what needed to be done and showing me the work after it was completed. The rat problem is in the process of being resolved--when Matt and CJ returned on Monday they removed one, and they will be coming back twice more to check the traps.  

    The Tuesday following the service call I spoke with Mike again because I had forgotten to mention the 10% Angie's List discount at the time of service. Although he certainly didn't have to do so, since it was my error in forgetting, Mike agreed to honor the discount and issue me a refund for the discounted amount.

    Everyone I dealt with at All Pro Wildlife was unfailingly courteous, professional, and helpful, and I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing their services.

    Update: All told, four rats were removed from our property. When I spoke to Mike about moving up the last appointment because something had died in one of the traps, he got us on the schedule to get it taken care of, which was much appreciated.

    The technician was very knowledgeable of the pest and the proper treatment on the initial visit. The initial treatment did not get rid of the pests. They have returned three times to continue to treat my premises. The problem has definitely improved. They have promised to return until the problem is solved. The company is very responsive to calls for follow up service. I am impressed with their
    promptness. They always come at the time of the appointment.

    They haven;t shown up since June - my grass is dying from chinch bugs and I have had to spray it myself. Today i got a bill for May and June - the ifrst bill I have gotten for this time frame and they have not been back since June.
