Excellent. Starting with the written proposal that outlined in detail the work that was to be done. Kept in touch with us until date we agreed upon. Showed up on time every day and verbally discussed what was to be done that day. Made sure we understood and agreed with process. Cleaned up afterwards on each day. Totally professional painting job. Pressure washed, caulked and painted the exterior of my two story stucco home including all doors, fascia boards, gutters, downspouts, pool lanai and pool deck. Used the highest quality Sherwin Williams materials and paint.

Mr. Lopez and his crew were punctual, hard working and very professional from start to finish. They were highly efficient and performed excellent and meticulous work. All work was completed as stated in the contract and to our satisfaction. We would hire him again and highly recommend him.

Excellent all around. Richard was easy to work with from beginning to end. He was honest and his work was outstanding. His pricing was very fair and there were no sales pitches or gimmicks, which made the process smooth and stress-free. He patched and painted a crack in our stucco, and repainted some fascia boards and soffits. He was able to match our existing colors perfectly and went above and beyond to make sure everything came out perfectly. Great guys and very friendly and professional. Highly recommend him and his company!

Painted 3 bedrooms closets included, 1 bathroom, 1 Master bathroom and closet, 1 Master bedroom with tray ceiling, Living room, Dining room added Hallway and Laundry room.

Richard Lopez LLC is so good at his job. We were both flexible with times and days so he fit me into the schedule in between other jobs, and much faster than I expected. He was kind, courteous, and listened to all of my concerns. Very professional! Richard knows what he is doing! I would hire him again in a heartbeat!

Richard Lopez has been to our condo twice for interior painting

Best painter I've ever hired. He runs his operation in a very professional manner. Perfectionist, leaves the place extremely clean, and works quickly. He is thorough and covers everything in the room. I would recommend him for both interior and exterior painting. He won't disappoint! He also repairs flaws in walls. Our condo looks like a model after his job.
