Cabinet Refacing reviews in Deltona

they were on time but did a bad job. I almost hired them to paint the house I had an inspector check their work it was shoddy, and very expensive plus they added an extra $ 450 dollars to replace a secondary door. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

I tried to cancel the order within one week but was told the cabinets were already one the truck and there would be a restocking charge.  This was the Tuesday following the previous Friday that we had ordered the cabinets (after 5pm!).
Approximately 1/3 of the cabinets were either orderded wrong or installed wrong.   The owner/installer broke two holes in the walls that I had just had replastered.
In the words of someone in the supply chain who asked not to be mentioned by name "this is the worst installation I have ever seen".
Mind you I had five subcontractors on this job.  The remaining four were inconvienced, to put it mildly, while we went back and forth.
Not one complained.   I had no problems with any of them in spite of errors they made causing the electricians to lose time and money.
It is my opinion that this is a sham company and if you really look at the history, you will realize none of them really know what they are doing.
My kitchen is still not to standards and won't be for a long time.   It has cost me 1800.00 just to bring it to where the damage is mostly hidden and can be dealt with later.
I really don't have anything at all to say that's good.
I also went out back for a few minutes and returned to find two, owner James and helper prowling around each bedroom.  Said they were looking for a bathroom, which they passed (door open) on the way to the bedrooms.
I would never hire these guys again.  But then by the time someone does they will have changed thier name again and up to the old tricks.

They were very professional. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They were pretty much right on the schedule, they showed up when they said they were going to show up. They did a quality job. There were 2-3 people that came. Hopefully, what they did would last a long time.

One was Sears and the other a small local company. The local company
never contacted me. Sears came out and he was very nice, polite and
punctual. The estimate was over $18000. Way too high for me. I ended
up with another company who was much less. I just felt that for
refacing as opposed to brand new cabinets and counters it was a high
estimate. They later called me offering a much lower price. Should
have done that the first time.

Joe Asch specifically provided the cabinent service. Joe was a pleasure to work with. He had to make a 2nd trip to match the color of the old cabinent, but that wasn't his fault it was the company's. My ratings are reflecting Joe's service.

Initially the overall work went well once the work began. Chad Barnes was the foreman in charge of the actual work and was very courteous while working. Once the cabinets were refaced and the counter tops installed there were obvious mistakes that needed to be corrected. The countertop had a split in it and because it was one piece, a new one would have to be reordered and replaced. The caulking all around was uneven and very messy looking and it was agreed would also need to be redone. There were a couple of places where the facing was loose and glue was used very sloppily. One of the doors had a knick on it and was reordered as well as some of the nail gun holes were not filled. One corner of the countertop was left with a very sharp edge that ripped a brand new blouse of mine and needs to be replaced. Because we have a lifetime guarantee on the cabinets and a 5 year guarantee on the countertop I believed Chad when he said that as soon as the replacement top was in (in about a week) he would return to correct all of the mistakes. He lead me to believe that his men (helpers) would not be able to be paid until our job was paid for,so in my lack of judgment I paid and thus the saga begins. Calls to Chad went unanswered except for the occasional excuse call as to why he would not be able to make it. A week turned to a month and so on, I finally notified Ron Catti(owner\operator) and to his credit he did come out and take pictures and was puzzled as to the messy work, because Chad was "one of the best in the business." To his discredit he promised that the work would be corrected and done in a timely manner. Well the check was cashed in June and I am still waiting for Mr. Catti (Total Home Ent) to come and correct the mistakes. Initially I did place a restriction on them that I (not my husband) needed to be present which would have limited time restraints, but then opened it up to anytime and still have not had any further response.

Everything went fine with cabinet resurfacing and the workmanship was excellent. He was very willing to work with us on anything we wanted and any changes we requested. He was very responsive.
