    I purchased a pre owned 2016 VW Jetta for my daughter last week, She researched their website thoroughly and we made an offer via text to the salesman. The offer was accepted. When we arrived on site, one of the first questions we asked was if there were 2 key fobs. The answer was "Yes". The paper work followed and the price we agreed upon was $100 higher plus they added $199 for Zurich Shield protection, which was never mentioned on the website. After I challenged them, they reduced the price by $199. The price should have been reduce by $299 to account for the $100 discrepancy in the price of the vehicle plus the unmentioned $199 for the Zurich Shield. Although this is not what we were expecting, we agreed, as my 19 year daughter old loved the car and they obviously sensed that. After the agreement was inked, the salesman informed me that there was only one key fob and they weren't reducing the price any further.to compensate. The cost through VW for an additional key fob is $300. She will be taking the car to college out of town so a second key is a must. The deceptive part is that they clearly knew that there was only key fob to begin with! Why the dishonesty? My bad, I should have walked away at that point, but as I mentioned above, my daughter had done her research and this was a car that matched her expectations. The salesman told me that in preparation for taking the car home, the car was sent to detailing and would be gassed up. He told my daughter in a private conversation that "Your Dad's gonna be mad because it only has 3/4 tank of gas", which coincidentally was the same amount shown on the website photo from a week earlier and the same amount when we test dove it that day. I could care less about a 1/4 tank of gas, just be honest! It was my daughters first car buying experience and I can promise you that she and I will never return to any Grieco dealership no matter how attractive the deal looks. I share this story so that future buyers can be informed and prepared if they are considering doing business with any Grieco dealership.

    We go there every year. They are good, they are huge. They have all kinds of dealerships that people know about. There are probably things they can do better but they are okay. I bring the car around, I wait an hour, an hour and a half, they fix it, they service it and I leave. I wish they could work faster, have a better meeting room but its okay. The price is fine. I'm sure there are people cheaper than them but they do it and it works and they fix the problem and they charge what's a realistic price. Whatever they did worked, I didn't have to take it back. They tell you when you come in what time its going to take and within an hour and a half, I'm out of there. They are very professional. I bought the car from them too and the guy who did it was pretty good.

    They all know who I am. They are all very nice. There is a nice game room with a t.v that has a special channel. In case you have your kids with you, you know there is nothing wrong on the t.v. They have coffee and a coffee machine. Every body  loves you and they are all very nice. He never pushes me to make decisions.

    I purchased a plan for free checkup when I purchased my car. What stands out about the service is that I get free car washes though. The sales person was very pleasant. We were not pressured the way a lot of sales people pressure you. I am pleased with the whole aspect of it. I like the fact that you can go to the general manager if you have issues and they take care of it. They listen for what you are paying for the car. I can take the car there anytime and get a free car wash. If I cannot do it once a week, I can do it every other day. So far, they had been good. I had a problem with my service representative not calling me back. When we got there, he was not there, but they gave us somebody else. I filled out their survey and mentioned that. They are very professional.

    They treat you very nicely. They are a closed organization. They are going to treat you better than most places. Obviously, they are very knowledgeable and they know their cars backwards and forwards. The only reason I went to them was they are a little bit closer to where I live.

    I found them very good. The service was pretty good and I got a good deal. They did a lot of perks on the auto mobile. It was a used highlander hybrid. I thought the price was very good. They cleaned it and did an extra that they put on there. My car still looks new. Every time it rains it just looks new. They put some kind of treatment on it. The reason I went down there is because I went online, I was looking at rough forms and everything else and I wasn't able to get a rough. I went online and saw the hybrid highlander an 07. It was 119 or 20, but I got it for 185, I think it was. I had a good deal. I had to go down there to get the deal of the car. It's not that near me so I have to travel.

    I purchased a new 2012 vehicle from this dealer and have had nothing but issues with the installed Infotainment software system. The sales/service personnel have done little to aid in fixing the issues and Hyundai of America does not seem to care about the issues. I will NEVER buy a car from this dealer or company again. I regret not buying another Honda.

    The entire staff at Maroone was professional, helpful, fair, reasonable and respected my time.  There was enough fuel for a test drive, a rarity at dealers these days.  There was no prescribed route, and I was able to test the vehicle in a number of circumstances. Aaron, my Representative, was knowledgeable about the vehicle, it's features and prices.
    I hadn't planned on buying, so Aaron arranged for me to use a computer for an hour, to do my research on the value of my trade and the fair price of my purchase. He didn't stand over my shoulder or bother me at all.
    Research completed, I didn't have to wait for 30 minutes for the Sales Manager to get back to me.  He came in right away, introduced himself and the negotiations began.
    Armed with the online information, further enhanced with VW's own online info, we quickly reached a fair trade and purchase price.  Most unusual for any dealer.  It was pleasant and easy.
    The Credit Manager was equally as professional and prompt, securing a lower interest rate than the pre-approved rate I had from the bank.
    By the time we were done, car was out front, very clean, full of fuel.  Aaron reviewed all the features, and away I went. 
    This dealer must work harder to gain your business, because of the distance from Miami and Fort Lauderdale.  Want to save yourself a lot of stress?  Make the trip to Maronne VW.
