  • He was efficient and quick.  He diagnosed the issue right away.  He is a specialist.  The wait time is kind a worst than the average.  I waited during the first visit but the second one was okay.  

    I think it takes a while to see the doctor, I think three weeks.   The office environment is good.  It also took me a while to get in.

  • Dr. Mohan Sharma says about 70% of his patients are geriatric patients. I've been using him for about 12 years. He spends time with you. He's always answered my questions. He always referred me to other specialists that were great and top notch. He's a good gatekeeper. He's always provided service with a very quick response. You call him up in the morning if you're having a problem and he can take you right in.I can see him in a half an hour, if it's an emergency. He's never rushed me. He always there and available. He's provides excellent care. Generally you can get an appointment in a week or a week and a half. I don't know about a new patient, but I know I get in. He has a fantastic office. It's the most beautiful office you'll ever go in to. They just moved into a new building which is very well equipped. He's probably the best in the county. Unless there's an emergency at the hospital, he's pretty well within making your appointment time within 15 minutes. The staff is fantastic. His staff always answers the questions that I ask. He couldn't be any better.

  • great...It was just as wonderful as a breast cancer operation could be. I was completely taken cared for..from taking me from one service to another..answered all of my many questions, sometimes answering them over as I had forgotten them...I did chide. my surgeon about being late for the intervention..I had already been given some type of calmer-downer, he answered by saying that it would be better to say that after the operation. The follow up, and is still going on, is very thorough three years later. The team at Fish Memorial is a very comprehensive cancer care service and I will return if there is a need.

  • Dr. Patel always goes 110% I tried to get a orthopedic Doctor that was recommended to me to follow me for a cyst I have in the femoral head of my right hip, the orthopedic doctor refused to order the tests to check the hip and refused to treat me so Dr. Patel said he would follow the cyst and if and when I needed an orthopedic surgeon he would find me one.

  • I have purchased hearing aids from Costco twice now, once in Ct. and now
    7 years later in Fl.  I found their service, price and products
    available to be excellent and would highly recommend them to anyone
    searching for hearing aids.  They don't offer every name brand, but do
    offer many brands and  different types of hearing aids so everyone can
    easily find several options suitable to their hearing loss.  I did
    comparison shop and found their price was about 40%-50% cheaper than
    other vendors for the same hearing aid and they offer a free warranty
    for 2 years of free repairs or free replacement for either damage or
    loss.  After 2 years the maximum they charge to fix/replace your damaged
    hearing aid is $135 which is far less expensive than other companies'
    repairs.  You can actually try on the newer type digital hearing aids
    that fit behind the ear and have a small tube going into your ear and
    have it adjusted to your exact hearing loss during your hearing
    evaluation.  This way you can see if this type hearing aid is what you
    need before you actually order it.  My original hearing aids were the
    tiny in the canal model, but I've found In Fl. the humidity in my ears
    causes this type device to absorb too much dampness and shuts them off
    too often.  My new ones are the digital behind the ear model with just a
    tiny tube going into the ear.   The ear opening is not blocked with
    this model so they don't get damp and shut off.  They needed to be
    adjusted only once after my initial purchase and have not had any
    problems at all. This newer behind the ear model does not suffer from
    the constant ringing noise I suffered with my in the canal model and
    does not shut off because of humidly as the style itself is so open. My
    model now is the middle price range Rexton Bridge 12 and cost just $899
    each plus $89 for the simple, portable remote control [volume and
    channels only]. Other local vendors wanted $1799 for this hearing aid vs
    $899 at Costco!   Volume and channels can also be controlled manually
    on the hearing aids.   I have 5 programs programmed into the hearing
    aids, but have found that the "auto" setting works great thus
    eliminating the need to ever press any buttons for most settings. 
    Costco gives you a free vacuum to dry out hearing aids if they do get
    dampness trapped in them and also gives you some free batteries, a
    cleaning kit, spare plastic ear tubes etc. to get you started.  They
    also sell hearing aid batteries at very low cost.  You can get service
    for your hearing aids at any Costco hearing aid center in the U.S. so
    joining Costco just to buy your hearing aids is well worth the $45
    yearly fee.  You can make an appointment for your free hearing aid
    evaluation and trial without even being a member, then pay the
    membership fee only if you decide to buy them!  Do your comparison
    shopping first, then go to Costco for the best deal all around!!  You'll
    be happy you did.

  • All 3 of my visits had wait times in excess of one hour. One was over 2.5 hrs from my apptmt time to seeing the doctor. One I rescheduled as he was running over 3 hrs late (at 2 PM there were still pre-lunch people waiting in the waiting room. Dr Sharma claims that it is his thoroughness that makes him run late, but all he does is listen to the back and chest and palpitate your abdomen. ... which he does even if you are there for a sore that will not heal. He orders labs every visit.
    He has yet to check me for sun damage or to even ask if I have any concerns; he does his own routine. He is a kind and caring man. I am continuing to go to him but with reluctance (I could get someone worse and he is at least caring!

  • He is always willing to take you on short notice. He has an excellent group of referral doctors when specialists are needed. He does not invent problems or treatments that you don't need. He seems to be very down to earth and understanding. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. He always take care of you quickly when an emergency occurs. Most of the staff have been there for quite a while. They have the most beautiful facility in the Valley.

  • He is very good. He did spend a lot of time with me and he was very patient. It’s a busy office, last day I spent the whole day there during all kinds of tests, and it’s better than sending me outside. He is pleasant, knowledgeable, well informed, listens to the patient and makes you very comfortable. My husband is a doctor and I have a lot of medical conditions that I had for a long time, so I had really bad and really good doctors; so on a scale of 1-10  so far he gets a 9. I would use him again in the future.
