    First Lady caulked around my garden tub and inside my shower TAN and not gray grout. Took a month for them to reschedule because people call out. Second guy came to fix first persons mistakes. Came with the wrong color and had to get someone to drive 45 minutes to deliver it to him at my house. He told me the garden tub should be caulked and not grouted because being on our second floor they tend to crack. Then went a grouted it...??? Now after two weeks it���s cracked more than it was before I had them come out in the first place. He grouted the shower but the bottom perimeter of it is a tan color and not gray... also from removing the grout by the tub. The wall is crack all the way up. $400 of a complete waste. Office people are rude. I called the owner (since he called me once to inform me of an appointment cancellation because the guy called out), told him my issues of my whole experience and left in my message hoping to resolve my issues, and NEVER RETURN MY CALL. I went a had to pay another company who is very professional and knows what their doing to mend this companies disaster.

    I recently shopped for floor tile. Visited half a dozen stores and settled on Stinson because of their selection and customer service. Emely made me feel welcome and valued, and Todd stepped right in one day when Emely wasn't there. They were spot-on in estimating everything I'd need for the job, too... much appreciated by me and my installer. They also were the only shop that allowed me to take samples home so I could see how different colors/textures worked in my space. I recommend them without reservation!

    Highly recommend! Nate is professional, kind, and really cares about doing the job right. My mom called Nate for a few odd jobs- replacing a vanity cabinet, fixing a cabinet, painting a wall, etc. He promptly returned her call and fit her into his busy schedule. He offered great suggestions for each project to make sure she'd love the end result and cared about her input and satisfaction along the way, even bringing samples of moldings for her to choose from. When we encountered a plumbing issue that could have escalated into a serious problem, he referred her to another fair and honest professional who was able to come out that day to resolve the issue. Can not say enough about how great this experience was. Would absolutely recommend!

    Chris came out and did what I requested in a timely and professional fashion. He even did work not contracted for, but that needed to be done, to achieve a professional result. No wonder his company is the winner of 6 super service awards putting him in the top 1/4 of one percent of all providers. On top of that, he's a really nice guy. Highly recommend.

    I dealt with the owner Bill Abell who was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional during the entire process ( purchase to installation). He did not try to over sell and his integrity is of the highest level as I have known him for years. Bill is a down to earth person who truly goes out of his way to please his customers. Just give him a chance and you won't be disappointed.

    It went great. This company is extremely reliable. John is very knowledgeable about his craft, techniques, and materials. He often has creative and helpful ideas about design or solving a problem. They are also professional and were very respectful of my home. And, excellent about cleaning up as they worked.  They did an amazing job keeping the dust out of the house when they had to cut a doorway through my concrete block wall. I have used them repeatedly. My house was built in 1954 and certainly needed some updates. I am thrilled to have found a company that does such a great job at a reasonable price and actually shows up when they say they will. I highly recommend them.

    EBG is very professional, skilled, punctual and responsive to the homeowners request.  All of the work done by the provider has met all expectations for quality and completion time.  The provider has done a variety of jobs requiring various skills and competency.  Our interior painting job required use of numerous colors and the meeting of different colors in the same room and painting rooms with vaulted and extra high ceilings.  All rooms met homeowners satisfaction and provider also shared an idea for the wall by the jetted tub creating a marbleized appearance.  EBG is exceptionally neat and cleans up as if they were never in the home.  I highly recommend EBG without reservation.

    It is a father-daughter team. Everything turned out pretty good. They are just very relaxed. They did a good job and everything. He is very thorough and meticulous, but their overall demeanor is more relaxed.

    Our initial visit to the Deland showroom in late July was excellent.  Their selection of tile was great and we found what we were looking for.
     When we returned on 8/8/2015 to purchase our tile, we should have paid more attention to the clues that this wasn't the best place to order our tile and found another store.  Our sales associate was very friendly I will say, had to call another multiple times to get a price sheet for our tile, and what they eventually sent wasn't accurate.  The next sign, was that the prices written on the order, were higher than those labeled on the display.  They honored the price on the display, but we would later learn they made it up on the rest of the sizes of tile we ordered.  The accent tile ended up being twice the price from the day we ordered.  We asked to see the matching accessories for our tile style (soap dishes, towel bar holder etc.,) but we were told that there weren't any and we'd have to find "something close" at a plumbing supply store.  Come to discover with a simple google search of our brand and style of tile, we found that there were exact matches from the manufacture and were able to download the sales flyer with the specific item numbers.  Thinking it must have just been a mistake, I called the store and told them I found them online and if they'd get me a price I'd like to order them asap.  About an hour later they called back saying I was wrong, and they did not have matching pieces, that they only came in base colors (white,biscuit, etc).  So back to google I go, and found a retailer in California who was more than happy to sell them to me, and have them shipped via UPS so I'd have them in 3 days.  The next day, WF called me because amazingly they found what I was looking for, and at twice the price for what I paid having them shipped from California......
    My tile ordered a few days later than originally expected, but I couldn't complain as they didn't charge me shipping or delivery..
    A few days in to construction, we determined that we needed more bullnose tile for the design we wanted.  I called the store (because I'm a faithful customer) and told them what I needed and for a price.  A few hours later they quoted $300 for what I needed which included "rush shipping" from the tile manufacturer.  Before ordering from them, I checked with good ol' google and the vendor I used in California, and found that Home Depot carried the SAME tile.  I had my contractor check to make sure he couldn't find a better deal, and low and behold, HD with UPS rush delivery was only $200..
    Tile is installed, and low and behold our grout is missing from the tile delivery.  It's on me for not double checking the large pile of tile, boxes and bags of stuff delivered.  Then come to learn they charged 25% more than it should have been for the grout, and for our project, we need two different types, sanded and non-sanded... Luckily our amazing contractor took care of matching the color and picking up the grout for us from his vendor.  We also had an extra box of tile that we ended up not needing and never broke the seal on the box.  So when we called about the missing grout, we mentioned we'd come by the store for the refund on the grout and return the extra box of tile.  We were told that under no circumstances do they take returns.  I don't remember seeing any signs in the store that all sales were final, nor is there any indication on the sales contract/receipt that they don't take returns.  Oh, we did get the $19 back for the grout.  
    We know now we over paid about 17% on what we ordered from WF, and we cant return a $166 box of unopened tile.
    We found WF on Angie's List, and being close to home we used them.  They have plenty of "thank you" notes displayed in the store, but I have to wonder if any of their other customers know, what we know now.  I'm all about supporting small business owners, but in this case we paid for it.

    Excellent job! Made a proper drain for the shower. Changed plumbing for tub and shower. Replaced Dur-rock. Installed tile and new shower and tub faucets. Really does the job right. Takes the time to get every detail right. It looks wonderful.
