    Got quoted for the repair at parts + labor. Labor was $230/h. It was a bit expensive but they did come in an hour. The quoted the part at $1500 and when I asked if they have a markup on it they said no. And only charge for parts what they pay for them, and are recouping that on the more expensive hourly rate. After the work was done, I checked the part installed and the price tag on it was $500 and change. So not only did they lie to me during the initial call, they added 300% markup on the part and even added another $300 for "shop supplies". So if you want to pay 3x on the parts, 100x on the screws, rags and refrigerant, and pay $230/h call these guys. If however you want someone honest, someone who will not blatantly lie to you and hey, not pad their bill with several hundred dollars of silly items (fuel for the torch they used was $170, even though a new torch system costs $60 and has enough fuel for over 4 hours of welding) better find another company. There are hundreds of them in South Florida.

    New A/C unit installed 2/28/18, at least 10 return trips since then, two times the breaker box needed to be replaced, two times the coil needed to be replaced. 8 of the 10 times the tech who came said there was nothing wrong. Have had to call the company at least 20 times about my new air conditioner, costing over $3500, not working. Several times the girls who answer the phone actually told me "it's hot outside, that's why the house is not cooling"... no, I'm not kidding. And they had nerve to charge me a $195 labor fee!! Wouldn't even schedule an appointment without a credit card number. I have been a customer of Air Around the Clock since 2004... not anymore!!

    Service requests were answered promptly. Repair staff arrived on time and were clean and pleasant. Front office staff is great to work with. We have now been with ECM for several years and have just renewed our service contract once again. We find that they always strive to help us resolve any issues we have with any of their services. In particular we have found that the renewal office staff are extremely supportive in helping us gain an understanding the ins and outs of their contract. We were with a different service company several years ago, made the switch after repeated unresolved issues and are now most happy to be with ECM. Our calls are answered promptly and service occurs quickly. It is good to know that unexpected issues resulting in needed repairs are covered and not an ongoing concern

    I had a KitchenAid wall-mounted canopy range hood that I needed installed as the final step of my kitchen remodel. Not having any experience hanging something like this, I called Tri-County Installation and was scheduled for the following week at a flat rate of $298.00 and the promise that I would have their most senior installer. The installer, whose name was Patrick, I believe, was punctual and knew exactly what he was doing. He worked directly with my HVAC contractor to trim the duct to the right length and then very carefully drilled mounting holes in my marble tile backsplash, ensuring that the hood would be level when hung. After connecting the electricity, he hung the hood and chimney, then polished it to a shine. It was an utterly professional job and I am thrilled with the way my hood looks. I would choose Tri-County Installation again in the future without a moment's hesitation. Thank you!

    IT WAS A PLEASURE WORKING WITH QUALITY AIR OF AMERICA. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. THE TECHS WERE PROFESSIONAL, HONEST AND POLITE. MY A/C WAS TURNING ON BUT WAS NOT PUSHING OUT COLD AIR. I WAS EXPECTING THIS REPAIR WOULD COST ME OVER $1000 AND WHEN THE TECHS SHOWED UP THEY TOLD ME EVERYTHING LOOKED GOOD AND JUST MY THERMOSTAT WAS DEFECTIVE. THEY INSTALLED A NEW THERMOSTAT AND MY A/C WAS PUMPING COLD AIR WITHIN MINUTES THANKS TO QUALITY AIR OF AMERICA A++++++ 5 STARS

    ECM has been servicing our 12 year-old air-conditioner, keeping it alive for a couple of years longer than we anticipated. This year, we decided to pre-empt the inevitable failure and had ECM install a brand new unit. All the paperwork was arranged electronically, and the installation was rather painless. It took only a couple of hours, and the installers cleaned up any mess they���d created from removing the old unit. All night, the new unit worked flawlessly. But on the afternoon of the next day when the unit turned on, there was a sudden flow of water (several cups��� worth) that was coming out of the unit. We shut it down and the leak stopped. When we contacted ECM, they were willing to send a repairman within two hours, but we agreed that the following day would be more convenient. To make a long story short, not only did the repairman immediately find a plastic component that had snapped and caused the leak, but after verifying the installation in the house as well as on the roof, made a couple of other adjustments to make the unit work more efficiently. All in all, our experience with ECM has been very satisfactory, and we will continue to use them to service our unit for years to come.
