I need a new board for my Maytag so he took a deposit and ordered the board. I am very happy with his service and professionalism.

    Service requests were answered promptly. Repair staff arrived on time and were clean and pleasant. Front office staff is great to work with. We have now been with ECM for several years and have just renewed our service contract once again. We find that they always strive to help us resolve any issues we have with any of their services. In particular we have found that the renewal office staff are extremely supportive in helping us gain an understanding the ins and outs of their contract. We were with a different service company several years ago, made the switch after repeated unresolved issues and are now most happy to be with ECM. Our calls are answered promptly and service occurs quickly. It is good to know that unexpected issues resulting in needed repairs are covered and not an ongoing concern

    I had a KitchenAid wall-mounted canopy range hood that I needed installed as the final step of my kitchen remodel. Not having any experience hanging something like this, I called Tri-County Installation and was scheduled for the following week at a flat rate of $298.00 and the promise that I would have their most senior installer. The installer, whose name was Patrick, I believe, was punctual and knew exactly what he was doing. He worked directly with my HVAC contractor to trim the duct to the right length and then very carefully drilled mounting holes in my marble tile backsplash, ensuring that the hood would be level when hung. After connecting the electricity, he hung the hood and chimney, then polished it to a shine. It was an utterly professional job and I am thrilled with the way my hood looks. I would choose Tri-County Installation again in the future without a moment's hesitation. Thank you!

    Was done the day after service call to unit that was not working. They came the next day, old unit removed, old compressor and new removed and lifted to roof of condo by crane went efficiently with pleasant workmen. A small area around the internal vent was damaged and inspector came and waiting to have repaired. Unit works well since it was installed this week.

    We gave them money down so they could order a part for our refrigerator, a front panel. They called back and said they couldn’t get the panel. They never returned the money. I’ve called them numerous times asking for a return for the money, which I believe was $300 and they never returned the money.  I went online and looked up refrigerator repair. We had a Gen-Air refrigerator so it’s hard to find repair places who service those. These people didn’t really service them very good either. Then they took off with the money to boot. We ended up buying a new refrigerator. I would highly recommend against using their services.

    The service was excellent and the owner Rob was very personal explains the problem. He corrected it at minimum charge we were extremely happy. While here we ask that he check our ice maker and recommended a new unit be replace which we will follow up on. Thank you Re-Appliance and Angie for this great service ..

    I called for the $19.99 special.  But, they had a ton of calls, and dropped the ball and did not call me back.  I had to call them.  The lady on the phone was awesome, and understanding and waived the fee because of the issue, and promised I would still get $15.00 off any service I had to pay for.

    He was polite and professional.
    He called 30 minutes before getting here, and said he would be on his way.
    He did this both times.  He is young, polite, professional.  Very Nice.
    He explained what was wrong, after looking into it.
    Said we have to order the part, explained the process, and told me I could have some time with the written quote to compare with others.  I decided to just let them do the repair at this point.  They took $100 deposit to order the part (on Credit Card).  He swiped the card right there, so no paper copy of my card is floating around.
    Today, he showed up, and did the install.  During the process he noted that the drainage piece had frozen over because of this issue, and did a quick clean out of it.  Showing me where it was at in case I ran into the problem in the future.
    WOW.  Probably the BEST customer service in South Florida I have had.  I have been here since 1992, so that says a lot.
    I will call them again.  Kevin mentioned he had been with the company for only 2 years, but the company has been around for a while.
    I must say they did everything right, and the people were pleasant and nice to deal with every step of the way.  When I call in the future, I will certainly ask for Kevin.
