    Cost is good, same as all of them.  Give them "A's" across the board.  The best thing they do, is they listen to what customer is saying and they are proactive.  They are always looking out for her best interest.

    I am restoring a 1976 Dodge Dart and needed to have the transmission rebuilt, after doing some research I chose Action transmission in Debary. When I visited their shop I noticed how clean and organized it was and I was impressed that they are truly a family owned business. They quoted me $850 and said it would take two days, two days later they called and it was done. When I went to pick it up we took it on a test drive to ensure that I was happy with the shift points (it is adjustable on my transmission). They did what they said they would do and did it on time and at the price we agreed on. It is great to deal with a company that prides themselves on customer service, I highly recommend them.

    I bought a car for my teenage daughter. On the way leaving the car lot a sensor blew. I took it to SNS with very specific instructions. Make it safe and sturdy for my teenage driver. I asked several times if there were anymore problems that I needed to be concerned with. I told them I wanted to be 100% sure about the vehicle. (Again 3 times) I was assured that the engine was great and that he thought everything was solid. I get it home and 2 days goes by. My daughter drive the vehicle one time to work and the oil drained out in my driveway. When I called Mike got defensive and said that it worked fine when it left. We brought it back and he stated that a valve cover was broke and that he didn't bring it up before because he was "trying to save me money". We paid for both engagements.

    Brian was very professional and responsive. I am from out of town so had to rely on Angie's list to help me find a reputable mechanic. He found the problem order the part and fixed it the next day. I would definitely use him again if I have car trouble. Thank-you Brian.

    I dropped the car of Tuesday night. They did not get to it til 3 o'clock on Friday. They called me and told me there were several problems. They left the car very greasy and dirty. There was nothing wrong with the AC, but I had them take a look at that and the idle, but they couldn't get to it. They told me that they wouldn't recommend that I drive my car. I had to sign a disclaimer. It would have been another week before they would have been done with the car. I think it was all a bunch of malarkey. I would not recommend them to anyone.

    They did do the repairs and everything is working.  HOWEVER, they told me it would be Wednesday late afternoon before it was done.  By that time, there was no call, so I called them.  They then told me they said Thursday morning, which they lied.  Well, Thursday evening came around and still no call.  I called them again.  They had it fixed but needed to complete the paperwork.  I picked it up that evening right before closing at 6 pm. 
    The biggest issue, other than the lack of communication and flat out lying, is that I found on that they offer a military discount on SERVICE.  I asked them about it - they said, 'No, they don't have that'.  Then I proceeded to show them the web site.  They did not care.  I then proceeded to pay and called on my way home to talk to a manager (sales manager).  He said I should have been given the discount and that he would have Carlos the Service Manager call me.  He never called me.  I have since left another message.  No follow-up call. 
    Will not be going back.

    I bought my car from Ritchey and always bring it there for service. I am so happy with Ritchey that I even drive by a local dealer to take my car to Ritchey for service. They have done everything to the car, and have done a great job. I always worry about the dealer overcharging, but not Ritchey. They only do what is necessary and are very reasonable in their charges. I would definitely always take my car there for service, and would definitely buy my next car from them.

    I have a 2006 Durango with 201K,  it was drinking about 1 qt of oil every 500 miles and making a squeaking noise.   I
    had previously took it to another mechanic shop and all they wanted was to replace my engine for 6K  and they had no interest in
    actually finding out what this issue was.   
    So, I decided to look on ?Angie?s List?  ,  where I came across SNSAutomotive.   They had a great rating so I took my SUV into
    their shop.
    The experience was like Night and Day.   SNSAutomotive performed diagnostic tests, then reviewed there finding with with me, and the work was performed.   In addition, SnSautomotive also research my engine for known issues.   After the work was completed, they again explained to me everything they did.   Turns out, the major issues was a water pump, Fan Clutch, and PVC value replacement.   This obviously a far cry,  from needing an engine replacement,  as suggested from another mechanic shop.
    SnS Automotive was a courteous and friendly environment.  I can tell you this ? without reservation ?  I will now always bring my vehicles to SNSAutomotive for now on..    It was a win win all the way around.   Incidentally, the other mechanic shop was not on

    I brought the car in with the spare on and had them replace the front tire. Also, they had recently replaced the timing belt and motor mounts and after picking up the car, it ran really rough and I brought it back to them and they said the motor mounts needed to work in and if it was still rough after 500 miles bring it back. It was over 500 miles when I brought it in for the tire and while it was better, it was still rough. When I picked the car up, they gave me a laundry list of expensive maitenance items and denied the rough idling was due to the new timing belt. They did not recommend an alignment and while driving the car home it pulled seriously to the left. As I picked it up on a Saturday and was going out of town the next week I did not take it back to them for the alignment.A week later I went to put something in the trunk and they did not put the spare back! Just threw it in there with all of the jack parts. A few months earlier I had a bad experience with them after an oil change - the interior of the car began filling up with exhaust fumes! Took it back to them and they said they forgot to replace a hose. I'll never go back to them again.
