The front desk lady was very sweet. However the man in charge of performing the MRI is a different story. I am nkt expecting a 5 star service but: 1) you make hop in one leg to get my mri and not offer assistnace or let mt helper assit me. (You are asking for a liability) 2) would it hurt to ask people if they need any assistance. I mean majority of the people going there cant move by themselves after all. And last but not least. Make sure to let clients know when the results will be available not just simply dissapear. I am paying for a service after all.

She is very through and knows what needs to be done. She finds everything wrong and gets the right plan to fix it.. She has set up rides for me to get to the office, pharmacy and to my home since i do not drive. The staff is really friendly

I was amazed ? I think she?s the best Doctor I?ve gone to in my life. She spent three hours with me, and filled out the intro paperwork with me vs. making me fill it out before my appointment. The only paper work I filled out was the legal paperwork they mailed me. She was very kind and compassionate. They even got me transportation to get there. I?ve never seen an office so well organized. I didn?t see anyone else in the waiting area, she said it was because she wants to spend time with and get to know her patients individually. She called me herself to remind me of my appointment, you don?t find doctors like this. She was so sweet, and her staff is phenomenal and well organized. They all had a sense of humor, and weren't stuffy.

She's so smart and amazing, and easy to understand! Another thing I liked is she's very humble, is 53 years old, and doesn't wear makeup. Yet she's also very sure of herself. I've never had someone like her who would sit and listen, and write everything themselves. She was also very non-judgmental, and very willing to help take care of things.

You don't have to wait forever when you make an appointment, they can get you right in. She spends time with you. If you have questions, she always takes time to answer. She doesn't rush you. She doesn't accept all patients; she isn't money-hungry. I had to wait to get in because they weren't accepting new patients, but then I got in and I've been really satisfied. If you are looking for a good primary doctor then maybe you should consider her.

She just takes her time. She was my husband's doctor, my mother's doctor when she was in the nursing home, my husband had cancer when he was sick and I have been with her for years. She is young and she is smart. She takes her time to really care. It's getting tougher to get in to see her for new clients but she is still taking them. If you are really sick they will get you in somehow but I'm not usually sick. She is busy. The office environment is nice and the staff is friendly.

The prep was tolerable and effective. The morning of my appointment (9a.m.) check-in was routine. However, once I was taken into the holding/recovery room I waited over 1-1/2 hours to have the procedure. Meanwhile, most other patients were in and out in a timely fashion. The nurses could see that my wait was over the top and brought me magazines to help pass the time. When I finally went into the procedure suite another doctor introduced herself and told me she was and quot;helpingand quot; Dr. Dhand.
At this point I was anesthetized and woke back up in recovery. While having some juice and crackers the nurses told me the results of the procedure. I then dressed and waited another 45 minutes for Dr. Dhand to show up. . .no explanation or acknowledgement of the lengthy amount of time this entire experience took. It's bad enough to have this proceducre and all that is involved to prep for it, and yes it is recommended to have a colon screen periodically. . .however, my impression was that my needs were completely disregarded by this doctor. There was no communication from him and/or explanation as to why a 1-1/2 hour process took 3-1/2 hours for an uncomplicated colonoscopy. This is the kind of experience that makes patients hesitant to have a screening in the first place.

Saw Doctor same day I needed appointment at one of FHCP's Work Force sites. He listened to complaint and examined me, and gave me appropriate meds to relieve pain.  It was great being able to see a doctor (not my primary) the same day.

My appointment was with Dr. Martin Gilbert was at 12:30 with an arrivaI at noon. I didn't get seen until about 1:00pm. Meanwhile I became upset in the waiting room because I witnessed an elderly patient who was in alot of pain being treated rudely by one of the girls at the front desk. This should have been a red flag to me but being optimistic I stayed. Mr Gilbert seemed nice, but a little slow. He ordered X-rays which were clear and concluded I had a pinch nerve and needed to take some inflammation pills along with something for the pain and stated he would see me in two weeks. The nurse told me she would call in my meds to my pharmacy but when I got there they hadn't called so I called back to the office to see how long I needed to wait. The girl who answered was so rude and told me she would get with the nurse who was supposed to call my script in and then call me back. About 30 minutes later she called back and left a message that it was called in. One week later after finishing my meds I am still in pain so I called office to see if Dr. Gilbert could give me a stronger inflammatory med and pain pills just to get me through to my next appointment with him. Every time I called they would tell me they would call me back but didn't. The girls were short with me and one girl failed to tell me he wasn't even there that day. When I called back that's when I found out he wasn't there and that I would have to wait until the next day to get my prescription. So the next morning I called and the girl said I would have to give them by the end of the day for them to call in my medication. So basically I had to remain in pain until they decided to have the time to have the doctor fill out my script. Then to add insult to injury they called me stating that Dr. Gilbert really didn't want to give me more meds but that he wanted me to go next week to have a MRI and asked if I had tried IB Profen, I explained I had tried everything over the counter, ice packs, icy hot etc. I'm even seeing a chiropractor but nothing is working. She again said she would call me back to let me know when script was filled. No call back. I found out it was filled when I got to publix later that night..again waiting in pain mind you. This is a very inefficient practice and I will be taking my business elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend this place to a pet. The office staff is very rude and short. No compassion or sense of urgency when dealing with patients

The procedure went well. It took a little over an hour from the time I entered the waiting room to the time I was back in the car. The check-in procedure went smoothly; however, the billing department did not know all of the information in order to properly bill my procedure. The pre-op nurses were very friendly and put me at ease. The day after my procedure, I am experiencing no pain or complications. My only frustration is with Dr. Meese. He did not provide us with a lot of information, and when my wife asked different questions, he told us to Google the answer. His ability might be very good, but his communication is not.
