  • Our A/C unit died on Sunday and called Cunningham for repair. They told us over the phone that the emergency diagnostic fee was $159 to come out which was understandable since it was after hours and a holiday to boot. Julian was the tech who came out Monday morning. He was very polite and on time. Called 10 minutes prior to let us know he was on the way. The problem was a blown fuse which he replaced. We were very impressed with his professionalism so we signed up for two cleanings per year and were able to get a reduced diagnostic fee - total was less than what we were expecting for the after hours work. Very happy with service.

  • They came out initially because my 13 year old unit broke and was completely out. They came the same day and honestly I didn't feel pressured. They offered to fix it but it would ha e taken 2 weeks to get the part from the manufacturer. I know it's TRUE because we called other companies. So they left and came back the next day to do a full quote on a new unit. We got some other quotes from a few companies before they came back and even though I found better offers they really seemed to know what they were talking about and had great warranties . The first price they gave us was outrageous but we told them we had other offers and they were willing to compete. They left and had the owner call me back with what he could do. Honestly it still was about 500 dollars more than the other company but they promised they would put it in writing that if we weren't satisfied they would give us our money back guaranteed.. so they got our business. They even came out the next business day and literally had to stay until 10pm because they started so late trying to get the unit for us asap because we had no ac. They were awesome! Glad we stuck with them.

  • If only all my vendors followed these folks business model! I knew we were due a new air unit so I did my research to prepare. There was one thing that everything I found and read agreed on. It's not so much the brand these days, other than the warranty and seer rating. The key to a successful purchase is the prep and way the unit is installed. Especially the prep to be sure the rest of the system is in good condition and that your getting the right size unit for your home. Then it's all about the quality of the install. My next step was to use Angie's list to find the 3 top rated vendors in my area. Well I already had one that I'd been using who was in that top 3 and I was happy with. Certified was one of the other 2 I found and picked. I was leaning towards my existing vendor but these guys really did stand out in the crowd. They have this down to a science. Greg, the fellow who came to do the quote arrived on time and called to let me know he was on his way. He was a real pro. He spent a good hour checking out the existing system and even insisted on getting up in the attic to check out the size of the return and make sure the ducts all looked good. Neither of the other 2 vendors did anything like this. I was impressed. And especially when he told me he would want me to put in a bigger return duct and that some of the ducts had suffered some damage over the years, likely from the cable or phone guys, and that he would be wanting to repair them. He went over everything with me piece by piece, why I need it or should consider it, until he was confident I actually understood what he was talking about. He mapped out a complete strategy and explained how everything would get done and get me the best system for my home. And the whole system would feel like new and not like we just slapped a patch on it. All very impressive. I had already gotten one quote so had a good idea what to expect and I was convinced this quote would be way higher than that. To my surprise he quoted me a 18 seer unit instead of a 16 seer like the other guy. Included all the costs to do the upgrades and repairs he wanted to do and too my total surprise came in a more than a few hundred bucks less. He was giving me everything and more for less. Then my existing vendor came the following day and he just couldn't match up to the product and price and fell short on the warranty as well. When I told him what I got quoted and for what and the amount and type of prep work these guys did he admitted it was a good deal and he couldn't quite match it. The install was set up for the following week and it went about as smooth as I could have hoped for. The team of 2 showed up on time, scoped out everything, made a plan and followed through all day long. They were very respectful of my property, asked me first if they wanted to move something or if I had an option to have something done in a particular way. They took time to answer all my questions and while they worked steady through the day I didn't feel like they were rushing anything and that they were taking the time to do it right. Again, you just had to be impressed with their knowledge base and experience. They were real pros. When they finished they went over everything and what we needed to do for maintenance and how to use the new fancy dancy wi fi thermostat. And then they cleaned up after themselves and left my garage looking like it looked when they arrived. Amazing! A few weeks later they send out someone to inspect all the work that was done, make some minor break-in type adjustments and answer any questions I might have. He spent about an hour and half here checking everything. Like I said these guys have this down to a fine science and left me feeling like we got a great deal and made all the upgrades and repairs on a major improvement to our home and comfort for years to come. And we'll rest easy with a 12 year parts and labor warranty. Everyone was a pleasure to work with, from the ladies who set the dates and times for everything to all the guys who made sure everything went according to the plan. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to be sure this major improvement to your home gets done right and at a fair price.

  • This company has always treated us right ! My wife Denise found them a few years ago when our guy had retired. Chris is a very hard worker and does a through check of everything . Pricing is very fair and competitive. When it comes time for a new system I will be calling them .

  • We have used this company to fix and repair all the problems associated with another A/C company installing a faulty A/c unit, that they refused to service after claiming we broke the contract.This company has done a great job evaluating, and addressing all the multiple problems e have had.

  • AWFUL.. This was done 2 years ago and we have had NOTHING but problems and were told the unit itself is a piece of garbage. Here is the full story: I wrote a comment 2 years ago about the poor, rude, unprofessional, behavior and treatment by this company. And also how they do not stand behind their product. The comment the owners wife put under it is a LIE.. I am not a competitor, I worked for one long time ago, my roommate is a 69 year old woman on social security that unfortunatly chose Weber to install her new A/C Unit. After a few months the unit died.. So in the middle of August , in a mobile home, for a whole month the part did not come in. I guess they did not care to use Fed Ex to get it running, after all thy got their money. The owner would sarcastically refer to my rommate as my "girlfriend" ( we are not a couple)and if we were what is the issue? He also said that people were calling and harassing them about the poor dogs in the heat. Have no clue who would have done that. We had a man staying here whose mother had died and who would have been homeless if we did not take him in. He had serious emotional issues, whether he called or not, I have no clue. But I can tell you that we were accused of having our dog urinate on the filter, like a dog has that kind of aim, then accused of not changing the filter enough because we had lots of animals, and the unit kept freezing up. NOTE: Never HAD THIS Problem WITH THE OLD A/C.. And we changed the filter every 2 months. To make a long story short.. The A/C went out AGAIN within a few weeks on the weekend. I called and was told we cannot come out until Monday, and once again were accuse of it being OUR fault. So instead of sitting in heat ANOTHER WEEKEND WITH THIS NEW A/C I called the company I used to work for , they came and said not enough freon added it. and it worked and when I called the wife was rude, said we had broken our contract with having another company fix the problem in this NEW A/C.. And THEN proceeded to threaten to call the police on me if I called again, and accused me of something the man staying here might have been doing. So, I have ALL THE BILLS THAT IT COST TO FIX THIS NEW A/C and once again it is acting up. Then the wife tracked me down to where I used to work using the internet and had then emailed me to call her about the review and then threatened to have her lawyer get on me, the problem is when you tell the TRUTH, and have DOCUMENTATION it is hard to threaten someone with a lawyer.and she also lied and said she had spoken to my roommate, and I asked my roommate and she said no she did not speak to her. So, basically we were told the unit is a piece of the other company. So if you live in a mobile home, and look like poor white trash, which we are not, just struggling like many are to survive AND they think you have a "girlfriend" then I guess you do not get professional, courteous, customer service. Weber Air installed a piece of crap and two years later it is STILL breaking down. And the best is the reason it was freezing we were told was that the duct work that WE PAID FOR to be installed by Weber was too small for the unit, so we had to pay AGAIN to have the right duct work put in, and guess what? No more freezing up. I have NEVER experienced such unprofessional, rude treatment.The A/C breaking down was NOT OUR FAULT. And this morning when I called to speak to them they hung up the phone. So, I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and will be contacting other people and organizations as well.We want our money back, the unit OUT, and ALL THE MONEY THAT WE SPENT ON THIS PIECE OF CRAP REFUNDED. When I dealt with them I was a church going person , that is over..... So basically if you want a company that treats EVERYONE with courtesy and sticks behind their products look elsewhere, we have all the receipts of ALL the money we have put into this until and ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. So, would it not have been easier to talk to me on the phone rather than hanging up because NOW people will know the whole story. PATHETIC and SHAMEFUL IN MY OPINION. A 69 year old lady on Social Security.....I guess you have to have nice home to get good customer service.

  • Called at 1030 hrs, technician arrived 1230 hrs. After discussing the problem, John was able to immediately identify the problem. Parts were on the truck so the problem was fixed immediately. The unit was functioning appropriately by 1300 hrs. Vastly pleased with response and quality of work

  • My phone call requesting service (blower for air conditioning had stopped working) was answered immediately, and serviceman came that same day. Serviceman was very professional and efficient in identifying and fixing the problem.

  • I did the contract with them because I signed up through something that Angie's List had offered. I had to pay an additional fee but I have no idea what it was, that is a long time ago now. I didn't like to pay extra money to get things fixed. I don't like to pay extra money for anything. I gave them a B for price since I didn't have a comparison. Responsiveness is always an A for them. I kept using them because they were friendly and I got on their contract and so, they would keep coming out. Once you get one organization working, you don't want to have a whole bunch of people coming out not your system. They were very nice, they came in when I called. I don't think that they were trying to rip me off. You never know in the background. I have had some people come to the house and try to rip me off. The best that this company has to offer is quality service and their punctuality.

  • I got them from Angie's List a long time ago. They come out every 6 months or so. The cost was covered under contract, I pay them. Every 6 months they come out and hopefully nothing goes wrong while they are checking it.
