    Dickens Plumbing
I called Lance Dickens, hw came out and provided me a cost of approximately $350.00 and we scheduled the date of April 18th at 8-9 am. On the 24th he called at 9 pm and said he was so busy could we push it to the following week April 25, 2018. I agreed. On the 25th he did not call or show up. When I called to ask questions on where he was, his wife acted like she had no idea he was to be here, so I cancelled and will not use this gentleman ever again.

I reviewed this earlier. want to amend my earlier review. Not long after the plumber left the hose began to leak again. I called the plumber and he did not answer. I was forced to stop payment on the check, as the work was not done right. I still have a leak in the hose.

    EMS Contracting Corp
There were a lot of delays. Subcontractors in unmarked vehicles and no uniforms arrived to perform the work. After the inverter was installed, nobody showed me how to operate it. The owner said to "Google it," implying a search for the owner's manual. He then sent me a text with the link to the manual (wrong one). I was told there would be a wifi monitoring system (which the inverter comes with), but was told it would be an additional cost. I also paid for other items to install, which were completed over a 2 month span. I made 2 payments on the loan, before anything was worked on. Included in the contract is 1-time roof remove replace, which the owner denied. Then claimed it was only for the solar water heater panel, nothing else. Then offered "a really good deal on a new roof," which I was under the impression was already purchased. Now, they won't speak with me, because I requested legal assistance.

John (I believe it was John, forgive me if it wasn't!) called me well before my appointment time to give me an approximate time of arrival, which was within the appointment range. He arrived early, and quickly assessed the problem and fixed it just as fast. The entire appointment took less than 30 minutes. He mopped up all of the water that leaked from the sink, and disposed of the part that needed replacing. He also gave me an approximate price after he'd discovered what was wrong. Will definitely hire again!

    Dunham Well Drilling
2 Days later, the Dunham Well techs returned and fixed our well. The cost on that was $1330 for parts and labor. ($995 for parts and the remainder in labor costs) When I was called by the company to settle the balance, I told them of the damage done and asked for a discount on the service to offset the cost of the damage done by the technicians. I was connected to Mr. Dunham (the owner), who refused to even listen to the complaints of my situation. He kept saying that he didnt think it was fair that he had to pay for the damage that was done by his techs because we had the wire buried in the driveway. He felt that we shouldnt have put a wire in our drive so it wasnt his fault for the accident. He said that the truck was heavy equipment and we have to expect that if we wanted them to be on property that our driveway should be expected to hold up to their vehicle. When I tried to tell him we had a truck double their size on my driveway in the same spot a month before with no damage, he wouldnt even listen to me. As he whined again about how he didnt think it was fair to be asked to pay for the damages, I suggested that we split the cost of the repair that had to be done and again he would hear nothing of it. So instead of a further futile argument, I asked him to return me to his finance department to settle the bill. So, to answer his question of is it fair I believe that it is fair to expect a company who visits your home to take care to not damage the property that they are on. As a small business owner myself, I believe that the fair thing would be to take responsibility for the actions of my employees even if it was accidental. So I believe it would have been fair to give me a discount on the service labor to offset my further expenses caused by his employees. I believe that I am being fair in giving them a rating of 2. Id be happy to give them the lowest rating possible for the whiny belligerence of the boss/owner and lack of customer concern, but the employees completed the job timely and my well is working again. So, I believe it to be fair to at least remember that, despite feeling that they are working for a man who runs a company as poorly as he does. Hire Dunham Well Drilling if you want a well company who seems to be knowledgeable in their industry, but say a small prayer that all goes according to plan or else you will end up paying for more than you bargained for. I, for one, wont take the chance again.

I called there company and was told they could send a technician out today. Jesse called me and let me know his ETA and arrived when promised. He found the leak right away. He replaced the pvc and connectors. He waited for adhesive to set, turned on the main water valve and no leaks.

Champions Gate Pressure Washing And Roof Cleaning
Mr. Sanchez Replaced three bathroom faucets I had purchased to update my home. He did a professional job, cleaned up any mess from the old plumbing parts, made sure there were no leaks, and had it done in no time! I paid $45 per faucet install. All the plumbing was already there, so all he had to do was connect everything to existing pipes. My faucets are updated and beautiful!

We called Doug on Saturday about a huge leak we had from the pipe in the bathroom that broke and flooded our home. He was quick and responsive even though he was on his own personal time. He told us what to get so we could turn on our water and use it again in the house without causing another flood, since he couldn't head out to us right at that moment. He kept in touch with us throughout the day and came out the very next day and fixed the problem and a couple of other issues we didn't know about. He was the best and super quick about it, I've never had that happened before.

    All Pro Plumbing
Greg called to confirm he was enroute and gave an eta. I was able to call the night before and arrange for a next day service call. Gave an estimate. The price quoted didn't change. It seemed reasonable. He did Good job. Took about two hours to complete and he has to re-plumb everything under the sink to get the new sink to work.
