Darryl was absolutely a wealth of information - VERY effective information, on how to tackle a few things with our beautiful boy, Dingo. We had tried a million things we found online, in other books, advice from other 'professionals' but nothing worked and we were just living with his few little nuisances until Darryl came to our home. Expecting it to be a complicated process, Darryl made it stunningly easy to see the corrections to be made and the remedies to employ. We are still fine tuning a bit, but the past few months have been a total joy working with Dongo and seeing the progress! I absolutely cannot say enough good things about the professionalism of Darryl and Pennie who helped every step of the way and left me knowing they are there if we need anything else. 110% the best there is!

Robin took great care of my elderly special-needs kitty cat - made sure she got her medicine and ate, cleaned up after her and refreshed the food and water.  She is friendly, easy to get ahold of.  When you meet her you can tell that she is an animal lover. And she gracefully dealt with our awkward situation of suddenly having an unplanned houseguest in the mix (who was not someone equipped to take over care of the kitty).  She took a lot of detailed information before her first visit, and she leaves notes on how her visit went and your pet's mood, so you know she was there and that everything went OK.

I really like how friendly and responsive they are, and that they are in a relatively convenient location from my house.  The first time I brought my cat there - sometime last year - it was relatively peaceful and they had the kitty condos out front where they were near whoever was at the counter all day and I really liked that.  All the staff seem to really love the animals and there are even a couple of feline residents who may greet you while you are checking in or picking up your pet.
The last time I went, the kitty condos were moved to someplace I couldn't see.  I was picking up my cat in the late morning/early afternoon on a Friday and there were a bunch of other people there picking up their pets.  It was a bit of a wait and there was a deafening chorus of dogs barking and yelping from the back the entire time I was there, and the whole place didn't smell very good. My cat seemed very freaked-out when they gave her back to me, I guess from all the noise. Because there were so many people I never got the chance to talk to anyone or ask questions - just pay and leave because I had an armful of cat and there was a line of other people waiting.  I even failed to notice they hadn't handed me back her canned food (or the cap to it, if they used it up). I never got to confirm she got all her doses of medicine or if she had any problems while she was there. I couldn't wait to get out of there and I can't imagine having to stay there day and night for four days as my kitty did.
I am glad they are doing well and have lots of business - but it was this pickup that made me decide maybe I should try harder to find a way for my kitty to be able to stay home instead of be boarded.  I would bring her back if I really needed someplace safe for her to be and it couldn't be home, but I think boarding just really isn't the best thing for a cat.

The pets enjoyed the attention. She helped us care for two cats, some guinea pigs, and a betta fish, while we were away. She even helped trim the claws of the guinea pigs for us.  This is the forth time we hired her to help out. We even have her reserved for our next trip away from home.  She is the best. I also cannot wait to see the new pet center when it is available. I enjoy her website, too.

    Holly Hill Dog Grooming

Andres has been grooming my two standard poodles for more than two years. One of the poodles is the mother of the mail golden doodle. The care and attention he gives each of my dogs is incredible. I appreciate that if there are any issues he takes the time to consult me and give me options compared to a local big box groomer that once ran into a problem with matting and rather than call me and offer me the option of paying for dematting, they just shaved down the dogs. I think that the reason for the difference is that Andres really cares about animals and the importance my dogs are to me. Happy to see he relocated to Davenport, Florida.

First of all, it is close and they always have what we want. I would highly recommend their pet salon. When he comes out, he smells delicious! My pet groomer, Eonnie is a wonderful person and she loves my pet.

Dr. Parrott is my vet and she is wonderful.  Everybody on the staff is great.  They are very personable and they greet me by name.  I follow them, she used to be in Lake Whales and when I found out that she moved here, I changed from up there to down here.  Vets are expensive but they are right on par with everybody else.  Their handling and their expertise is way above par, she does jungle animals too, monkeys and she is the vet for the Disney animals like those big dogs, lizards, parrots and camels and Disney doesn’t just deal with anybody.  She does every animal you can think of.  It is just wow!  She is not afraid of them, because monkey can bite you, but she walks in with her monkey, says, ‘here’s my kid’, and pets it.  She knows who you are, so she knows the pet owners.  They have that perfect staff and I can tell that they love their job.  The medication was $82 with discounts from Disney and they gave me a $10 rebate with six months so I will wait until I buy them gain.

As I stated, only went in to pick up flea control items but have used VHA for all my cats needs and have never had an issue. Their compassion, understanding, knowledge and service is second to none. I do not have a negative comment, per se, but know you do pay more than other vets. However, you get what you pay for and it's worth every penny.

I didn't like the price but otherwise, the care that my dog received and them explaining everything to me about why it needed to be done and why they were charging what they did, was very good. I don't know if their price was out of line, I haven't compared them to others, but for the regular cleaning, they were about average but because of the extraction, it went up.
