After a long conversation with Luke; we decided it would cost almost as much for the parking pad as a new driveway.  He suggested other ideas to get us by a few years until we decide to invest in a new larger driveway.  Which in the long run we'd be happier.  He was quick to respond to my email, was helpful & honest.  I would recommend using him for you next project & in the future plan on using them myself.  Thanks.

He was terrible. He never showed up for his handout. He was not really telling his workers what they were supposed to do when I got there. He was absolutely terrible. Like I said he did not show up, his guys would come and I had to say no you cannot do that, you are not supposed do that. It was a very floppy work. It cost us a lot to get some of the problems fixed. I am very very dissatisfied. I started texting stuff, because I had called him and told him that there was something wrong as there was a half-inch to one-inch drop in the concrete and he said that my house was crocked. I would hate referring him to anybody.

The skim coat was not applied. As a result, the acid stained concrete floors have large cracks, crevices, uneven, dimpled, rough surfaces. In areas, the floor is so rough that sharp edges catch on mops. Particles get trapped in the floor and must be hand picked out. Without the skim coat, the floor is several shades darker than promised. Color is patchy, with blotches of varying colors. The highly polished ultra durable sealant promised is very shiny in some areas and completely flat in others. The floor surface easily marks and scratches, without any furniture being in our home yet. The floors were left filthy. It took us days to scrub the film of dirt off in just the living room and one bedroom floor. There are stains and dirt on our ceramic baseboards as well as on every electrical plug throughout the home. Closet doors were removed to do the floors and not reinstalled they sit in a pile on the garage floor and may eventually be affected by the humidity. Garage floor was also acid stained. It was supposed to be a light blue (almost white). The floor is a dark blue and has not been sealed. Before we bought, the bank in foreclosure removed 16 in. of drywall up from floor level from almost every wall. Concrete design contracted to replace the missing drywall, tape and sand the joints, texture the wall in a matching texture and paint. The joints were taped, but not sanded. Every joint is obviously visible throughout our home. The texture was applied extra thick (not matching original texture) over the joints adding a rough uneven surface to the already obvious joints. The electrical plugs were not masked, so they are all covered in texture as well as floor stain. The sliding glass walkout also has spraying of texture. Random splotches of excessive texture appear on many walls. There are gouges and unsanded patches of drywall compound throughout our home. The wall surface is so rough in some areas it snags our clothes. All rooms (excluding the kitchen, baths and laundry room) were to be painted in a latex scrub-able eggshell or satin paint. It appears that flat paint was used. From the streaks, patchiness and blotches, I can only assume the paint was also watered down. Many walls were only partially painted with patches of unpainted surfaces. The bathrooms, kitchen and laundry were to be painted in a scrub-able semi-gloss enamel. They used the same paint as in the other rooms. Doors and trim were to be painted in a scrub-able high gloss enamel. The doors and trim have not been painted. Workers were so careless that they threw metal junk onto the pool deck and some in the pool. The pool and deck now have several rust marks. They damaged the screen on the side door to the pool. I have no way to verify if the anti-fungal was applied. The owner of the company has agreed to go and look at the job as soon as he has recovered from his surgery. I do not know how long his recovery will take, or what the outcome of his visit will be.
