    Because of the age of the dryer parts was difficult to get. A replacement was advised. CHW paid for the replacement. Although the money wasn't enough for the total replacement I was satisfied that they tried their best.

After 2 months Victor still did not do it as he kept promising that he would do it. He was not responsive on answering my phone calls and text messages. On July 11, 2018, I left him a couple of voice messages and also sent him text messages to tell him to return my money back and I hired someone else to do the dishwasher replacement. Today is July 29, 2018, there is still no response from Victor and I am still waiting for him to return my money. If needed, I may have to take legal action.

    Javier is quick to respond and he takes care of all of our tenants with respect. It doesn't matter if I call him to replace a part in an oven part, or an HVAC system he's professional and kind to all! He sends detailed receipts with pictures the same day he services the account, which allows me to communicate with my owners that are often times in different states sometimes even different countries. Javier is honest which is extremely hard to come by these days. Example: He called to tell me that we had sent him a check for a job already done and paid for. I would recommend him to anyone looking for someone you can trust!

    I was connected with Cannon's Appliance Service through the Whirlpool website on 7/5/16. I was trying to get my dishwasher repaired as it has two indicator LEDs that aren't working. My dishwasher is indeed out of warranty.
    When technician arrived, he was completely unfriendly and didn't even introduce himself or the company was representing, he just walked in.
    He opened the dishwasher door and matched the serial number with the one he had on the paperwork. Then he told me he would have to repair the entire control board and that the price would be so much I would be better off to just buy a new dishwasher.
    He went out to the car to get the part number and the actual cost. When he came back in he said it would be $156.09 for the part and $125.00 for the labor. With tax figured in the total would have been $300.76!
    I, of course, told him there was no way I could justify that amount of money and I would just live with it. It was at this point he told me it would be $85 just for coming out and spending no more than 10 minutes at my house. He barely spent 5 minutes inside!
    I called their customer service department and Amanda answered. I told her their technician just left my house and charged me $85 for doing nothing over the course of 10 minutes. She began to argue with me first by saying she didn't even know which technician was at my house. I of course told her I didn't either as he never introduced himself.
    I told her I would never have had them come to repair my dishwasher if I had known it would be $85 just for the diagnosis. She continued arguing by saying she had tried to call me on 7/5/16 which was a blatant lie as I had no call received or missed from their number on the 5th. If she had called and I didn't answer she could have left a voicemail, which she didn't.
    She then told me the technician should have called and told me how much it was going to be. Again, this never happened. However, this very same Amanda called about a half an hour before the nameless technician arrived just to make sure I was home, but she never once mentioned the price.
    This is unacceptable. I'm out $85 for absolutely nothing. The technician spent 5 minutes in my house and another 5 minutes out in the service van looking up parts. No one did their due diligence of warning me how much the service call would be, so I had no choice but to pay the $85 on the spot.
    Amanda, of course, said she'd forward my complaint to the service manager, who I assume will only continue to make excuses and tell lies. I want my money back and I want no one to get taken advantage of again by this scam of a company.

    We hired this guy to replace the pump on our Samsung washer. He told us he knew a lot about Samsung appliances. Our washer kept saying, the digital read out " ND ", not draining. It was the pump. He told us he didn't have the part on his truck, but he had a supplier and he'd be back in two days and fix it. He came back and it seemed like it was running fine. After a few washes " ND ", not draining. We called him to say it's not running , again. Now he tells us it must be the motherboard. Thinking smarter, we contacted a " certified " Samsung repair company. When they got a look at the back of my washer and the jimmy-rig mess, they couldn't believe it.
    Duct tape holding it in place, it was not the right part. It's supposed to have 3 hoses for drainage, it only had 2. There was one of our towels underneath the pump balled up and wedged under to help prop it up. The certified repairman took pictures and emailed them to me for my documentation. He will either give us a refund or it will be a matter for the courts. Do not, " not " ever call upon this guy.

    It went great. He had the dryer apart in record time, changed the belt and roller. and put it back together. All in all it took about 15 minutes and it was working like new.  This was my first experience with Angie's List  and I am so pleased, I will not hesitate to choose him again if the need arises and I will definitely  recommend A & S and Angie's List to everyone I know..

    Highly recommended!! my experience with the technician was an exceptional. We received excellent service and would not hesitate in recommending this company to anyone. My AC was repaired well under budget and now AC appliance is under a Preventive Maintenance Plan twice a year to minimise costly breakdowns.

    And not to mention the technician came promptly on a Friday afternoon at about 4pm, took the time to listen to my explanation of what happened to the events leading to the breakdown of my AC. He educated me of all he was doing and why. He replaced a motor and thoroughly cleaned and serviced my AC.

    The folks at Absolute Temperature Controls really knows what they are doing, that was another plus. If you call them, they will take time to answer all your questions

    I contacted Art from the reviews off Angie's List.  He said that we were a little outside his normal area, but to give him a call and he would help figure out what was wrong.  He returned emails quickly and was upfront that we were not in his area but he would still try to help! 
    Called yesterday and away we went, after a little confusion on my part, bad electrical diagram reading skills, i sent a email to him of the diagram I was looking at.  A few minutes later he called me back and said "see the thermal limiter on the white wire?  Thats your problem."  It was, needed to get a new thermal limiter.  I am putting it back together and it is all good.  Great customer service, fast replies and a nice guy!
    My only disappointment, is that he does not come out to where I live!!  I would have him service any of my appliances!
