  Even after deposit, she abandoned me and project with out any forewarning. What kind of professional does that? Stopped payment on my check so no money was stolen or lost but valuable time and energy were wasted.

  We cannot say enough great things about Ariel Cusnir and his wife, Deborah Cohn, owners of Full Service Corporation. They are super professionals. Ariel is knowledgably of the home construction field. He is up to date on the current trends in home design and he works to make any renovation a very stress free experience. All work was well supervised, done on time, without and major surprises. And the costs were very, very reasonable. Again, this organization is very professional!

  Exceeded my expectations!! It went just as I was told. The job was done in stages as explained, dust was certainly created but kept to a minimum with plastic sheets protecting my furniture and belongings. I was away for the first week and did not have any qualms about giving Yonnie a key and that is a pretty high compliment. Very good work.. I am sorry I was not able to upload a picture. The removal of popcorn ceiling TOTALLY changes the feel of my townhouse. It is clean, sleek and charming. Thanks to Yonnie!

  Bela Vista Painting Co

  Read before considering to hire Bela Vista Painting Co. owner Fabio Tarcinale. Unfortunately, I contracted Fabio Tarcinale of Bela Vista Painting Co. to remove all existing wallpaper in my condo as well as application of skim coat to the walls, prime and apply 2 coats of paint. The workers were dishonest and left wall paper in one of the bathrooms and painted over the wallpaper. I brought this to Fabio's attention, and he responded by saying he does not have X-ray vision and can not tell if there's wall paper on a wall. The worker came back and only removed the paper off one small wall in the bathroom. I showed the worker another wall with wallpaper that was bubbling and he pretended as if he didn't understand what I was saying. Again, we brought this to Fabio's attention. He gave a long and drawn-out lecture about how we should have told him and not addressed the issue of the remaining paper with his worker. In other words, Fabio does not oversee the work he gives to his employees. Bottom line, he only cares about getting paid. He was only responsive and polite when payment was pending. Once I paid Fabio in full, he was no longer concerned about the issues that remained, did not reply to texts until a week after and did not return phone calls. I noticed many areas of discoloration and white showing through the paint job and realized that only 1 coat was used instead of 2. Another act of dishonesty. I also brought this to his and his employees attention, and it was not addressed. Holes were left in the ceiling and walls. Many imperfections were overlooked and not addressed. There were craters left on many of the walls which I had to spackle, sand and paint myself. Before hiring Fabio, he clearly stated that if I bought new closet doors, that he'd install and paint them. This was not the case. After I purchased the doors, he painted them but did not install them. He made an issue about having to paint a closet that was behind a piece of furniture. He is the owner that gave the estimate and missed the closet. He was petty and complained that he usually would've charged $50 for this. I also paid him extra for 2 drywall repairs. These also had to be touched up as many bumps and cracks were left. They left the condo a mess with drywall dust in every inch of the condo. They were disrespectful to our furniture and belongings as they left dusty shoe prints on top of our mattress and placed a vacuum on top of our sectional. They removed the valances over the wood blinds and did not reinstall them. They left plastic cover with tape over 2 closet lights which is a potential fire hazard. They also left scraps of wall paper under the furniture. In our last conversation, Fabio agreed to have the remaining wallpaper removed in the bathroom. He did not give us a day and vaguely replied that probably could start in 2 weeks. I could not wait an additional 2 weeks as I needed to rent out the condo. I had no choice but to hire another painter to complete this job for an additional $410. Again we reached out to Fabio so that he can make this nightmare experience a little more tolerable and requested that he reimburse us. He never replied. I regret hiring this company and was left paying $4,960. for a horrible, incomplete and a mess of a paint job. Do not trust this painter with your home. He will take your money and cut corners.   I had a terrible experience. Sheldon disrespected my time and was inconsiderate of the fact that I was driving a long distance to meet him. I arrived from Palm Beach county to Broward county on time for the two appointments. He works locally and was unable to keep the appointments.

  Affordable Home Caring Services

  It went exceptionally well as she and her team went overboard to have the work completed in has short a time as possible. The trim and base boards as well as the doors were all neatly painted. All drops of paint was cleaned immediately, furniture was covered to avoid any mess and her assistant spray paint our flower pots for free. Viola and her team was absolutely amazing.

  Frank was profesional and friendly. he was very flexible with his time. because of the other work that was being done at my home he had to move and readjust his schedule several times. He did so willingly and did not charge me extra. He was helpful in picking the colors. Overall it was an excellent experience.

  AWESOME - this company does it right.  From the quote to the finished product, they are timely (usually early), friendly, and deliver a quality product.  Everyone with this company was wonderful to work with.  There were two painters who were very considerate of our living in the house especially my husband who is retired and in the house most of the day.  Candy was the foreman and she is a perfectionist!  We had two large areas of wall damage that we had patched that needless to say, did not look good.  She worked on both of those areas and you cannot tell where those areas were.  Our roof had leaked as well with a 2 foot area of damage - you cannot tell where that area was.  I was wanting to change the colors of my walls, ceilings, and woodwork.  Both Richard and Candace were helpful in making suggestions of colors for the ceilings and woodwork that would look best with the wall color.  They were right on! 
  This company is GREAT - don't hesitate to hire them.  You will not be disappointed.

  Saga Painting & Design

  The company went out of their way to work with our schedule to accommodate an afternoon appointment.  It was a small job, but needed completed in order to install gutters on our townhouse.  They arrived on time, were very friendly, and completed the work to our satisfaction.
  They brought the supplies that they needed to complete the repair, which we did get charged additional for, but that saved the time of us or them needing to go to a hardware store.
  We will use this company again when wood or painting needs are required for our home.

  If you don���t hire this guy, its your loss!  Sead is awesome and such a breath of fresh air as compared to the normal service you get in South Florida!  Within less than 24 hours of placing a service request on Angies List, I was contacted by the owner and someone was at my house the next day.  All three projects were completed in less than a week and the quality of the service provided was stellar!  This guy is not afraid of hard work!  They were accurate, fairly priced, on time, and simply perfect!
