    Stable Foundation Solutions, Inc.
My husband and I noticed water seeping into our downstairs through some tile grout and needless to say we were very concerned. So we found Stable Foundations Solutions on the web and read many great reviews about this company. All the reviews were 100% correct. Travis King came to our home on time and was extremely informative and professional. He gave us very good advice on what we could do to solve the problem without having to do enormous and expensive work to the foundation that would result in us having to retile our entire downstairs. He didn't charge us a penny to come to the house and was kind and helpful. If I ever did need to repair a foundation, this is the company I would hire!

    Stable Foundation Solutions, Inc.
Great. I was very happy with the work, I saw an immediate change in my floors. I own a 1920s home built on a crawl space, over time the floors have started to sag, and the support beams were no longer sufficient. I was having a really hard time finding someone to do this kind of work and the one other quote I received was 3 times more than Stable Solutions. The work took about a day and a half and honestly it was quick and painless, I barely heard any noise and minimal internal damage considering the scope of the work being done. Travis and his team were prompt, efficient and responsive to all my concerns and questions. The squeaking in the floors lessened, it felt more stable in the areas we needed support and the sagging portions of the floors were instantly lifted and stabilized. I was very happy with the end result and highly recommend Travis and his team.

The entire team at Stable Foundation Solutions were very friendly and professional. Extremely knowledgeable and talked me and my husband through each step that was taken with our foundation issues. Price was very reasonable for work done. Would highly recommend. If I could give ten stars I would.

    Stable Foundation Solutions, Inc.
I'm so glad I persevered and found this company. Stable Foundation Solutions is based in Lake City but does work throughout the state. In fact, South Florida is their most frequent destination. The company is a bit of a hidden gem right now due to admittedly being slow to update the website and gain footing on the review sites. Stable Foundation was logical and analytical throughout, focusing on my needs, not what they could sell via scare tactics and worst case scenarios. Foundation diagnosis and estimates are all over the map. I found that out the hard way. Basic reason: You can’t see what is going on underneath. That bedroom sink hole several years ago accelerated public fear. I sampled 6 companies. Estimates ranged from $3600 to above $24,000. Stable Foundation wasn’t lowest but among the lowest and easily the best value in terms of sensibly addressing areas of greatest need, while leaving scare tactics alone. In contrast, I had one high profile company (beginning with N) whose salesman launched convulsions every time he turned the corner: “That’s a stepladder crack…the worst sign of all.” I think he expected me to fall down in a seizure of terror. As a handicapper I love litmus tests. There was a basic one with my project. The back addition to the house was clearly slipping, but just as obviously the two corners were not under identical stress. Back was the long term problem, not the sides. Yet one company after another was robotically assigning two piers on each side, and only one in each back corner. I didn’t say anything. I waited for someone to pass the litmus test. It was mindful of my 24 years in the Las Vegas betting scene. Finally Steven from Stable Foundation matter of factly identified the logical remedy and placement: Two push piers at each back, and only one on the less troubled side. Steven also was the only one who placed back push piers on either side of a double door that was sticking and very difficult to lock. Again, I intentionally didn’t mention that it was sticking. I wanted someone to identify the likelihood, based on the cracked visuals. Only Steven did. I really appreciated that the 3-man project crew was knowledgable and offered input, as opposed to merely showing up to complete the job. Randall was crew leader. He quickly investigated why I had cracks and sinking in so many areas. I had assigned it to a deep crack in the pool, causing erosion underneath. Randall didn’t think so. He saw the spot drain but couldn’t find anywhere it emptied. That is my only pool drain. Randall removed the drain grate and discovered that I’ve essentially had a dummy drain for 40+ years, dumping water under the foundation of the house, smack near the middle. There was 3 inches of pipe underneath the grate, but not connected to anything. Just resting there. From lack of disturbance it was obvious the pipe had never been connected. I remember my dad didn’t trust that contractor from the outset. It was mid ‘70s and one problem and delay after another. The contractor for that addition became a curse word within the family. My dad passed away several years ago. I doubt he would be surprised at the latest discovery. Miss Debbie was friendly and positive while handling payment. Only 30% was required prior to completion...lower than other companies. Travis as Project Manager provided a specific schedule 2 weeks in advance. They met the schedule. One caution: Don't paint exterior walls prior to push pier installation. The Model 300 mechanism does tend to vibrate and can bump against walls, requiring modest patching.

    Alpha Foundations
The process was better than I expected they protected my home by covering my furniture, walls( inside and outside) where the work was being performed. They clean up after this themselves.

    QUIK CUT CONCRETE CUTTING
Anyone who uses anyone other than Quik concrete needs to really think about their judgement. Quik concrete did a great job on the concrete cutting (wonderful care and the quality was exceptional) but where I was most impressed was their level of professionalism, i can’t ever remember a contractor being more professional. QuikConcrete inadvertently cut an area that was not to be cut. These guys not only accepted responsibility immediately without any argument or discussion but repaired and replaced the area better than it was before. I would also say that repairs and replacement probably cost more than the entire job. You just don’t see this kind of professionalism these days. They’re one of a kind and as I said if anyone uses anyone other than these guys, get your head examined because you will not find anyone better and more trusting .

    Ground Control Inc
Excellent. I would definitely recommend Ground Control Inc and if they provided more services, I would be glad to work with John Tomassetti again. John Tomassetti was always responsive, either by phone and/or text. Repairing the foundation was a daunting job given the research it took to just find a couple of firms that would do this work on a residential home. I contacted 3 companies that all offered different solutions. John took the time to thoroughly explain his proposal and at every step of the way was flexible to incremental or extensive options, including being very straightforward with what was necessary and what could be postponed if I chose to. Further, John relayed his vast experience at several different job sites, so that I understood comparative work and what to expect. John also took the time to provide me with pros/cons of the available options. John did everything possible to make this an investment economical. The job site was kept clean and orderly. John and his staff were friendly and collaborative. Without my prodding, John provided other improvement suggestions outside his scope based on his observations. Everything was delivered as promised with excellent professionalism and service. Don't hesitate to contract with Ground Control, Inc.

    Leveled Out Foundation Repair
The owner explained the process thoroughly and gave me an estimate. I was happy with the price quoted so I hired the company. The crew was very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. After they finished the foundation repair, they laid sod around my house where they had dug to put in the piers. That was totally a surprise. I would highly recommend Leveled Out Foundation Repair.
