I was doubtful that they would be able to move everything in the 2 hour window i was quoted but they proved me wrong. Professional, Personal, Hard working and with a sense of humor. I would recommend this team to anyone moving. They made the experience quick and painless!

  • All I can say is I would highly recommend Mike and Orange State AC to my family and other because of my excellent experience them. Their service was extremely professional, prompt, polite, and efficient. Mike was extremely helpful throughout the process and was always available for any questions. Orange State AC tech Mauricio and Jaime worked above and beyond to complete the installation of our AC package unit. All I asked from Mike was to get the job done right by the end of the day, and that’s is what they did. They did a great job, period. I would use them again if needed and appreciate all they did for me and my family.

  • Well folks, here I am again to give Mark another rave review. I was actually the first member to review Pristine Landscaping on Angie's List way back when and his standards and service have remained the same- honest, professional, perfection, knowledge and dependability since day one. We have used his services many times since then and will continue to do so in the future. We now live in Palm Coast,,Fl - too far for him to travel but trust him, his company and judgement to continue servicing our properties in Broward County. Our trust in his standards remain such that our last home (built in 1929 and across the street from our daughter's family in Dania Beach) was landscaped VIA phone calls and emails last month. It turned out so beautiful that my daughter said it made her house look frumpy. We told her we would use his coupon of $100 off any job over $750 as a gift for her birthday, husband's birthday, their anniversary and Christmas gifts! He finished that job yesterday and she and her family are VERY VERY HAPPY with the results. He's just the best of the best and I can't say enough good things about Pristine Landscaping. If you google our adddress 220 SW 5th St. Dana Beach, Fl 33004, You'll see what he did to our house. It's for sale!

  • I decided to surprise my husband with a lighting update in his office since he's been complaining about the dullness of the florescent and the brightness of the desk lamp. Contacted this company (saw their cute van on the road and took down the number) and requested a consultation. Serge came in and suggested track lighting and was done. Let's just say that my husband loves it. Awesome work done!

  • Even after deposit, she abandoned me and project with out any forewarning. What kind of professional does that? Stopped payment on my check so no money was stolen or lost but valuable time and energy were wasted.

  • Hired this company. They cost $2000.00 more than the 7 other estimates we got. The first day the worker urinated in my potted plant by my French doors. Had it on camera. Owner never told me he charges for using credit cards.They were not going to put back my doors they removed. We spent 9 hours on Thanksgiving putting up baseboards that they did not put back up. There are black handprints and cement up to 4 feet on ALL WALLS in home. Had to repaint all of kitchen due to their damage to walls. Big chunks of wood taken out of door frames.They lost our metal bathroom drain plug. Threw cement into bath tubs and kitchen sink. Cannot shut closet doors due to cement junk thrown into the tracts. Gaps to closet doors where tile was not laid properly. Still cleaning walls of cement, repainting/etc and it is 2 months since they finished. Left food out all over our floors and in our microwave. Used the toilet after we put it back on but told them not to use it because it was not hooked up. Left the blinds open at night/alarm off so everyone could see into our home. Told them numerous times to stop doing that. They threw water mixed with cement into our grass making a mess to clean up. They put cement sand on the top of our toilet that we had outside and we were going to reinstall it. Later we saw they did not put up tile behind bathroom doors. This company is a nightmare/dirty and they do not care about your home. They caused more damage to our home and it is costing us so much to fix it. DO NOT EVER HIRE THEM!!

  • We cannot say enough great things about Ariel Cusnir and his wife, Deborah Cohn, owners of Full Service Corporation. They are super professionals. Ariel is knowledgably of the home construction field. He is up to date on the current trends in home design and he works to make any renovation a very stress free experience. All work was well supervised, done on time, without and major surprises. And the costs were very, very reasonable. Again, this organization is very professional!

  • I asked for breakdown of the increased costs with the owner. I spend 10 minutes on the phone with the owner YELLING at me: "I have no business asking for a breakdown, there was a hurricane and costs are higher, I will not lose money," among other selfish anti-customer statements. I go back and check Angie's list again and see this is a recurring behavior from the owner. This is what happens when you challenge the owner - prepare to get yelled at. I ask for my $3,500 back and was told I'd be reimbursed $1,500 only. -$1,400 is already paid in commission. What company in the world pays commission prior to the job being completed - who does that? In many states this is illegal. Frankly, I think this is BS. If not, its poor business practice - another reason not to work with them, -$600 for engineering drawings. They note paying these mid-December, the same as the final version is dated, even when I put the project on hold in late November. Again, I think this is BS, if not poor attention to detail and not working with a customer. They did send me my $1,500 back, because after being treated like this I rather lose $2,000 than work with this company. It is clear they treat their customers like garbage. Don't stand for it. Choose someone else and be glad you did. If they treat customers like that before the work starts, imagine throughout the project is being done... I expect them to write a response to this review. I am confident it will say that costs have gone up, we were very nice, the customer is the problem, etc. The only response that is appropriate is an apology and sending me $2,000 back. Even if costs went up, there is no reason to treat customers like I have been treated, or run your business in such a fashion. By the way, we checked with other firms and costs DID NOT went up 21% in one year.
