  • I joined Angie's List to search for a mobile Auto Detail Service that would come to my residence in Dade City to Clean and Detail my 1994 Ford F-150 Lightning Truck. This truck had been sitting un-driven for (3) years due to water leakage through the Windshield after a BAD windshield installation by Service Auto Glass of Tampa, who refused to come and correct the leaks after they installed a "New" windshield under my Comprehensive Auto Insurance Policy (Geico Insurance) the insurance co. put me off for (5) years until I Blew my Stack and pressed really hard. They finally settled with my over the claim for the needed repairs and once that happened I was able to have SafeLite Auto Glass come and install a New Windshield and Correctly Seal the Glass. (They took an exceptional amount of time to Clean and Seal the windshield channel first and make sure I will not have leaks in the future) After the windshield was installed, I joined Angie's list to look for a Mobile Auto Detailing Service (the truck is not currently licensed and on the road) and I looked at several on the list of available services. I read the reviews and called (4) of them. One would not come to Dade City (about 30 miles N. of Tampa on US 301) and one didn't answer and one was Very Expensive, and one was not very interested in answering my questions and concerns regarding my request to have him look at the truck before he committed to a price (because it had been sitting and was Damp inside and had mildew and mold on the inside) I spoke to Marcus and he was Very Polite and Respectful and understood my requested service and asking for a look before a quote.
    Marcus was not sure where I was but said I have GPS and will find you. He came the next morning at 10 AM and we discussed the job for about 30 min. discussing the points I was concerned about and the condition of the truck. Marcus quoted me $175.00, and started work, he even pulled the Seats to better clean the inside of the cab and the seats. Marcus cleaned the whole interior and the seats, then cleaned and washed and Waxed the Exterior. The Truck looks Great. We discussed the carpet and decided I would get a New Carpet and Marcus said he would return and install the Carpet for me when I have it.
    Marcus first figured the job would be about 3 hrs. but he worked continuously for (5 hrs.) and never stopped for a break, I did give him cold water (I had to offer it, he didn't ask for anything) and when he was done did not ask for anything extra above the original quote)
    Marcus is a Honest, Personable and Hard Working Man, he earned my respect and Gratitude and  gave him a generous tip. I would Recommend Marcus to anyone who is and desires a Quality job for a Fair Price.
    I am a retired senior citizen, disabled Veteran, I don't have a lot of money. In my working days I ran Auto Parts, Salvage and Repair Businesses for years. I know Vehicles and what it takes to repair them, I know what Marcus had to do and he did a Great Job.

  • I have a 2005 Ford Escape that has given me no problem up to now - the car was shaking and not accelerating - I was to the point that I did not want to drive it. Called and spoke to a knowledgeable woman that got me in the next day. They were busy as heck but still helped me fast an professionally at an excellent price - my car now purrs - I am going back for tires and would recommend to everyone I know - Thanks so much

  • Rick Davis is the service manager, I am very happy with him, and I would like to mention him specifically. He goes out of his way to get my work done at a reasonable price and in a reasonable time. He explains everything to me before I go, and again, he will do everything he can cost wise to minimize my out of pocket expense. He has been very considerate of me and I really appreciate the work that he does and the service that he provides. Their slogan is , and ldquo;Building relationships that last,and rdquo; and I would agree with that. I found Wesley Chapel Toyotawhen I first moved to Florida and have been using these guys ,and stayed with them, every since. I just bought another car with Wesley Chapel Toyota. They do a great job.

  • it went well considering what bad shape our van was in...dave was very patient with me even through I called him several times as this was our only transportation. I asked him to check the van over. I need the front brake pads done and will be using them again. dave was very nice and sincerely wanted to help us get the van safe to drive at a very reasonable price. thanks again dave!

  • He told me the cost per hour upfront and was honest that he didn't know how much time it would take. He was through rough and spent an hour on it. He gave me a loaner charger and it fixed my problem. I am now purchasing a charger from him. I was impressed. He picked up my golf cart and took it to his shop. He diagnosed the unit and checked up the charging system. He found there was problem with the batteries and only charged me $75. This charge was trouble shooting, grease, oil, picking up and dropping off.

  • I was 100% satisfied with Integrity. They assisted me in finding a reasonable towing service, were very helpful and professional when I arrived, promptly fixed my car, and changed my oil. They thoroughly checked my car, found some potential battery problem and fixed it for a small additional cost. They have highly trained mechanics and the latest equipment. They are now my Auto Service Shop, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing any auto repairs or service.

  • The first time I took my car there they were not able to diagnose the problem so they did not charge me for the visit; a lot of mechanics would charge you just for diagnosing a problem. The second time I took it back they were able to fix it for a good price. I don't think they overcharged and they had the car done when they said they would. I will use them again in the future.

  • I called them and the man came out.  He was very nice.  He checked the furnace and it was okay, so he ordered a new thermostat and then another man came out to install it.  The second man was also very nice.  He installed it and that solved the problem.

  • I HAD TAKEN IT TO THE DEALER AND THEY HAD GIVEN ME A QUOTE FOR COMPLETE REPLACEMENT OF THE LINE. I INVESTIGATED THE POSSIBILITY OF REPAIRING IT AS OPPOSED TO REPLACING IT. LAKE ZURICH RADIATOR AND AIR CONDITIONING TOLD ME IT COULD BE REPAIRED FOR $340 AND THAT WAS A SAVINGS OF $400 OVER THE REPLACEMENT OF THE LINE. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS, EXPLANATORY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE CAR WAS DONE THE SAME DAY.
