If you or anyone you know are getting proposals for any remodeling work, pass this information along. Do not be a victim!. Please pass this information along. Dream Living Remodeling Inc
All required material was acquired/ordered and work was completed in a timely fashion. Besides, work areas were left clean at the end of the day. There was no need for work to be redone as it was done professionally the first time. Experience, knowledge, and reliability are the reasons for me giving Dream Living Remodeling, Inc. such high marks. I was very satisfied with the service done and recommended the company to my next-door neighbor who also used the services this year.

    Home Again Maintenance & Repair
Awesome. both doors were not closing correctly and both door jambs had rotten wood. he fixed both doors and replaced the rotten wood. I like that he repaired the doors and jambs instead of replacing them as I like to recycle/reuse. his cost is reasonable and his work is quality.

    Handy Randy Services
Bottom line up front: Randy is the best!  We had a several issues that were all addressed and repaired by Randy.  His does quality work and delivers, indeed exceeds, what he delivers.  I will go more into this later...
First, the former owner of our recently purchased home "attempted" to build a curio cabinet into the wall of our formal living room beneath the staircase.  It made the room uneven as the space was best filled with an end table.  Randy removed the curio and drywalled the space, which is now a nice corner where an end table sits.  The seams of the drywall are flush with the preexisting drywall and his work was exemplary.
Second, I received a call from my wife about two months ago indicating that we were having a baby!  Only the baby was a brand new puppy.  Needless to say, said puppy chewed our baseboards and door jambs.  The puppy even chewed the corners of my home office furniture!  Happy wife - happy life, I say.  Sooo, Randy to the rescue!  He either replaced or sanded the baseboards and door jambs where the "baby" had chewed (nothing to say about my office furniture, however).  This is where Randy went above and beyond.  One door jamb was so damaged, that he replaced it entirely without charging me beyond his original quote.
    I like that.
Third, the top hinges on our front door had come loose.  He fixed them right up and our front door now closes smoothly and without effort.
Bear in mind that Randy can get busy with other projects.  This is a good sign because if your handyman is busy it means he has work.  If your handyman is scheduled with work, it means he is reliable and good at what he does.  Flatly said - Randy is good at what he does.
Thank you Randy.  I highly recommend him to all.

    Garcia Services LLC
Cristhian contacted me on 9/7/14 asking for description of work needed  (very minor works needed).   From that point it was impossible to get any kind of commitment for him to show up and perform the work.   I stressed to him the urgency of the situation that it was for a tenant on a property I own but he would not contact him.   Eventually he contacted him but my tenant says he never followed up.   I have called him myself,  texted him and done everything in my power to give him the benefit of the doubt.  But 1 day shy of a month and nothing done is very poor in my opinion.

    Mr Honey Do
This is the second time that I've hired Ralph. He was punctual as always, made suggestions, and planned the job. The estimate was right on and I knew that I would be getting a quality job. He completed the job as planned and did an excellent job as usual. Raplh is a very personable guy and made the job go smoother than imagined. He also went out of his way to help me find another prospective contractor for a stamped concrete job. Thank you Ralph. Would recommend any day!

    Mr Honey Do
Ralph came to my home to give an estimate for the described job above, and arrived at the appointed time and date. He was very knowledgeable and personable. After going over the job to be done and giving a fair estimate, he asked if I had any left over paint from when the trim was originally done to better match the existing color. He took time to help me dig thru some old paint cans to locate what we possible described as the match. He then offered to go to the hardware store that I originally purchased from and see if they had my info on computer to match the color. He then went on his way. He called later that day and told me that they did in fact have me in the files and that he'd pick up the paint and return a few days later when he finished his current job. As promised, he returned on the agreed day with his helper at the time appointed and promptly went to work. Several hours later, they completed the job and the paint was a perfect match. He and his assistant did an excellent job cleaning the galvanized metal drip edge, prime/paint all wood as specified, and cleaned up promptly and was ready to go. No nonsense, exactly as described, and a superb job. He even told me that the job came in almost $100 under estimate. I was so pleased I met him with half of that with a tip. I plan on having Ralph return when I get some of my other projects out of the way for some additional work. I'd gladly recommend Ralph for any handy work that you need to have done around your home. He's very personable, experienced, and mostly very reliable!

We had hired him for quite a few small jobs around our house in preparation to put it on the market.  He was very good, nice guy, and did a great job.  I would definitely use him again.

    Mr Honey Do
Rafael Martinez, aka Mr. "Honey Do," was punctual and he worked quickly and neatly. He was very friendly, yet he didn't waste any time because he continued working while engaging in conversation.
When I called him two days after the initial installation of the security light to tell him that it wasn't working properly, he promptly came back to remove it. He suggested I return the defective light to Home Depot and asked that I call him so he could come back to remount it. Most amazingly, he did come back on a Sunday morning! Now the light works june fine.
With reference to the turbine on the roof, Mr. Martinez fixed the existing one rather than replacing it with the new one I had already purchased. In doing this, he saved me about $40.
As for the stall shower, the recaulking was done in a most excellent manner and there was no mess left behind for me to clean up.  The shower now looks brand new.
The kitchen ceiling was very, very grimy. Mr. Martinez took his time to clean it thoroughly before applying a new coat of ceiling paint. I was most satisfied that there was no line of demarcation between the new paint in kitchen area and the old paint in the adjacent dining room area.

    Handy Randy Services
His rate is around $55 per hour. He was professional, nice and outgoing. The only reason we didn't use his service was because he didn't have the capability in respect to the electrical work that we needed. We didn't think his prices were unfair. He said that the work was beyond his capabilities. We had no issues with him and we would have used him if we had other work to be done. The price was in the standard for the area for handyman work. He was very responsive and prompt. He was professional and punctual. He was on time when he said to do the walk through. We would use him in the future if we needed that type of service.
