    He is excellent. We had to change because our health care provider again, but we really did not want to leave him because he is very good. What stands out is the fact that he tries to prevent you getting sick instead of just treating you after you are sick. He takes blood test every six months, checks what is going on with your blood, and tries to find things that are going wrong before you get sick. He makes sure you are doing the right thing for your body. He is just very personable and a good guy. His office environment and staffs are okay. They change a few people at different times. His bedside manner was very good, but he was very quiet. It was hard to hear him. His communication was not the top-of-the-line, but it was not bad either. He would listen and talk to you.

    He sits down and takes the time to take to me and find out the problem without running me through like a machine. He never gives an impression that he is in a hurry to get through with me. He takes the time to get to the root of things other than what I ask him. He looks at the total health rather than just treating me immediately. He seems to take of the individuals. The office environment sometimes lacks efficiency. I have to watch them. Sometimes they mess up on prescriptions. It is an average type of practice and there is nothing special about them. The only thing that makes it outstanding is the doctor himself. It's hard to get in. He is there if I need him. If I call for an appointment they are way out.

    I have been using Dr. Lyon's office for a couple of years. I am a complete customer service snob and expect to be treated well ANYWHERE I am spending money. The girls that you first meet in this office are ALWAYS smiling and friendly. ALWAYS. They never act hassled or annoyed even at their busiest. I have never waited more than 20 mins to see Dr. Lyon and I never make an appointment. I have waited twice that with other doctors that I did have an appointment with. Upon seeing Dr. Lyon he is always friendly and easy going. When you talk to him you can see him hearing you. Like really listening. He always asks the questions you have forgotten to tell him on your own, he discusses with you the why and the how of his treatment. And then he listens again to how you feel about it. I can't say enough good about Dr. Lyon.

    Overall went very well. Mr. McGhan, p.a.c was very attentive and also sought the opinion of Dr. Roberts for the treatment of my allergic reaction. I had hives and welts on my arms, thighs and stomach.
    They asked that I return in 1 week to evaluate my progress. Also encouraged me to call if the hives and welts did not subside.
    I returned in 1 week and showed some but not enough progress so another round of steroid was prescribed.
    This did the trick.
    I was very pleased with Darrin McGhans services and desire to help me out.

    He did a poor job of treating my hypertension and failed in his due dilligence by avoiding his responsibility to both me and the F.A.A. He did not properly treat me or aid me in my response to the F.A.A. The Veterans Administration is now treating me and requested my medical records. Dr. Corbett's office personnel called me and demanded payment to provide the V.A. with my records. Over the years I paid handsomely for this individual's service and yet he attempted to nickel and dime me instead of doing the right thing for a disabled vet.

    first it was hard to get thru on the phone line to make an appointment, I got a busy signal for over two hours. Finally got thru and took four days to get an appointment and was told to just go to the ER if she needs to be seen faster. When we finally got an appointment we had to wait forever to be seen

    I had no problem with the visit itself. The doctor was very nice, a little hard to understand but she said that since I did not have insurance and I did not want a blood test done but she really felt that I needed one that they would draw the blood there in the office and send it off to the lab, thus saving me a few dollars and that they would not charge for the blood draw. 6 months later I am still getting a bill for the drawing of the blood, even though I have called and written repeatedly and they keep saying that they will fix the problem but they never do and have sent me to collections for the $25 draw fee.

    It was fine if you wish to see the PA all the time. The one time I saw the doctor, he wasn't familiar with my chart or me and had a rough bedside manner.
