Pre-sale: Sales professional Bryan Hammond was on time and was able to answer all of my questions and get the specs for the proposal. He was very knowledgeable and gave me all the information I needed for research. He responded to all my inquiries immediately and professionally at all hours. Installation: Was completed efficiently and with courtesy and on time. The guys busted their butts and everything looked great. Breezed past the inspection. They completely lived up to their outstanding reputation for quality installation. Post-Sale: Brian came out and reviewed the system with me and showed me how to download the app for monitoring. I had a panel stop working, they repaired the inverter within 3 days. Brian Hammond reviewed my first bill with me to help me understand what to look for. He cares about his customers and is just as responsive after the sale as before. Overall: The system appears to be generating more than we calculated as my electricity was supposed be covered at 80% but I have had no bill for the months of Feb/Mar/April/May/June and I have 1.5 MwH to burn up during the summer.

    Charger Electric Services
He's excellent.  He gives a good price, he does the work beautifully, and he does everything you ask.  I'm about to call him for some work now.  I need a light put in and a ceiling fan taken down, and an electric under-the-cabinet thing uninstalled.  I haven't used them this year; I'm getting ready to use them.  He charges by the hour.  He doesn't charge a fee to show up at your house; he charges you per hour, so if you have one simple little thing, it's like $50.  If you have five separate things, it might be $100 or $125 or something like that.  He doesn't charge you like a basic call, for a house call.  He's very good.  He's prompt and when you call him, he responds quickly.  He doesn't charge for a basic house call and I appreciate that.  I think his pricing is fair.

The work was done correctly, the electricians were on time, efficient, friendly and put covers over their shoes so as not to track in dirt.
We needed a plug to be grounded in the kitchen in order for our house to pass insurance inspection.  They were able to troubleshoot and find why the ground was not functioning and repair that receptacle.
They were able to stabilize one receptacle that was loose.  There was also a 3-prong receptacle in an ungrounded room, so they replaced it with a 2-prong receptacle (Also an insurance requirement).
I will say that I we thought $300 was a bit high for 1.5 hours of work, however we were glad for the their expertise and we had to have a licensed individual complete the work so we were thankful they could get it done and write up a report the insurance would accept.  They also did a home inspection while they were here to check the electrical panel and the electrical work around the house.
As a side note - we also asked for a quote for them to switch the beige outlets to white (simply for cosmetic purposes) and he quoted it at $3200+ (that's after the Angie's List 10% discount)! Now, this house has a LOT of outlets - maybe 60, but I know that switching an outlet to white takes 10 minutes or less and is fairly easy, even for a non-professional, so I'm not real sure how $3200 is a fair price for that particular task!  We will NOT be having them do that cosmetic job for us.

Management company stated must be electrical problem because their ac associate replaced the thermostat and the breaker continued to flip. I called Sal based on his reviews here. He listened to what had been done. Stated he didn't think it was an electrical problem but would certainly check it out for me. Sal went to the property, replaced the breaker, made a second trip when the renters called him. Sal diagnosed the problem as an ac problem and called me. Sal only charged me for one trip and the cost of the breaker.

    Team Farrell
We were very happy with the end product.  We had previously used Farrell Roofing to install a new roof and were so impressed with them that we hired Farrell Home Services to remodel our bathroom.  This is an older house so the project included several unpleasant surprises but all were handled cheerfully and professionally.  Included cutting through concrete slab to install new plumbing pipe, electrical rewiring, installing vanity, toilet, spa-style tub, lighting fixtures, building a shelf and cabinet.  Regan, the project coordinator, was very pleasant to work with and all workers who came to work on the project were upbeat and professional.  Bathroom turned out great and we would definitely hire this company again in the future.

    Pinnacle Construction Services LLC
Since this renovation has been ongoing this contractor has done everything I asked to be done from modifying window openings, structural modifications per code, wall locations, wiring and plumbing but sometimes we make mistakes. By not paying attention to important details like the best placement for the tankless heater, the contractor placed them where I had asked him to place them. I had over looked the detail of accessibility to the units. This mistake of mine, cost me. After making arrangements over a couple of phone calls and e-mails they penciled me in to their schedule for this work to be done. On the schedule day, the work was done in one afternoon.

I found electricians on Angie's list and got a quote from each. Sal sent an electrician the day I called to provide an estimate and the cost was reasonable and showed a good understanding of the work to be done. They showed up when they said they would. The electrician performed neat and professional work. I definitely would use the company for any electrical work I had.
