    Time and money well spent. Scott is knowledgeable and low-key. I asked a lot of questions and he was patient, and explained answers very clearly. I had an issue after he left and he said come by the office and we'll take a look at it. No extra charge for that. So helpful, understanding and amiable. Would highly recommend him.     Sean phoned before his arrival to check in.  He arrived promptly at promised time. I happened to be outside and so we met in the street and he immediately introduced himself and presented his business card.  He got right to work on my computer.  I had changed security providers and now my e-mail account was asking for passwords much to my surprise.   He resolved that issue right away and went on to install a couple of free programs for me to deal with malware and a free cleaner for temporary files. He also set up a new g-mail account for me because I asked him for an alternative to my current e-mail provider.   He ran a scan and cleared up the issues he found there.    He showed me how to distinguish legimate offers/notices from malware offers/notices.   Exclusive Consulting Technology offers remote computer repair as well as live "warm body" help.  I am speaking for myself when I say  the face to face help and a chance to ask as many questions as I needed was priceless to me.  I have used certain "off-shore "  computer techs before and between the language difficulties and a bad phone connection, at times it was hard to know what was done to my computer. 
    Sean asked me several times if I there were any other complaints or issues I was having with the computer.  His goal was thoroughness and consumer satisfaction. Which he achieved. He also taught me new ways to set up passwords which I won't reveal, but it is very clever.   He also adivsed me on ways to upgrade my computer with more ram and perhaps a new dos.  There was no hard sell, no B.S.  Just the facts mam.  If I filled out the survey on his company's website, I could receive a coupon for 20% off of labor charges for the next time.  Excellent!  Of course I did that.  I would hire this company again in a heartbeat.  I would use with confidence either their remote repair capability or live in person repair.  Delighted I got this deal.

    In my first call to the provider, he decided that an entire clean up was in order.  (I had problems with Security application as well as an excruciatingly slow computer.)  He said that would be another $40.  Which I was more than willing to pay since I had paid far more than that at a big box office supplier last year.  We set an appointment for 12/3 between 9 and 9:30. 
    Donna, the tech phoned at 9:16.  She asked a few questions, and requested that she be permitted to have remote access to my computer, and of course I gave it.  At that point, she told me that I could hang up the phone and continue my daily routine.  She left a minimized app on my computer for me to use incase I wanted to let her know that I was leaving for a while, which I did not use.  I watched for a while and she was deleting apps that we discussed prior that I no longer used or wanted.  Then she started a series of scans, and then deleted other unnecessary items. She solved the problem with my security system very easily. She phoned me again at 12:14, asked a couple more questions, and then continued cleaning up what needed to be done.  She was finished at 1:43, and phoned at that time.  She answered all of my questions and set certain scans to the times I requested.  She was thorough and professional yet spoke in terms that I could understand.  Very Patient.

    They did it remotely and he cleaned up my computer really good and made sure he got everything. He made sure that the problem was resolved and the job was done. He was very dedicated. It worked out fine and he got rid of a lot of junk. It was a good buy; there is no question. The price was excellent. He stayed on the line until it was done. He got right back to me. He got back to me within an hour. I would use them again.

    I took it in to him to see why the fan wasn't working-sometimes I could start it and sometimes it wouldn't. It turns out it was the motherboard that was ruined and had to buy a new PC. He was a nice guy and very friendly.
